Housekeeping team always get overlooked as they work tirelessly in the background. The team of Kaimoou, Tom, Auto, Duang, Zul, Namyen, Kitti, Yan, Leem, Did a fantastic job and thanks for the wonderful service of keeping the villa cleaned everyday!
A fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. Has everything we could wish for in terms of facilities, food and outstanding service. The pools are really good, the main pool has an area for small children that is big and fun (not the normal mini pool you find in most hotels to say they have a pool for small children), also an area for swimming and a slide that our kids enjoyed over and over. There is plenty of greenery. We took a family room, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer that made for a more homely experience. During this time of year we had some rainy days but it was never a problem, the kids club is very well staffed and equipped, and there are other activities and games organized by the hotel for days like this. Really enjoyed it and will come back.
The hotel is surrounded by many plants and stream. Its very near from sea. There are many swimming pool for each purpose, Sun bed were enough. Always you can find cozy sunbed. Breakfast buffet's quality was great. Thai food and many bread were there, I enjoyed much. All equipment for cooking, washig cloths are there. So convinient. You can buy food at the seven eleven at the front of hotel and cook at the room. Very satisfied hotel.
I think this was my fourth stay so far this year. (Jan, feb june and july). So as you might imagine I am a fan. I will also be returning in September and possibly October. Got a lot of points to use up from the Covid period. 😂😂 To me it is like a second home. Everything is exactly as you would expect from a Marriott hotel, but a lot more besides. It truly is a wonderful property, with fantastic facilities, excellent food, and some of the best service you will find in the world. It seems unfair to single out individual employees for specific praise when everybody here is fantastic, however it also would be unfair not to give credit where it is due. Therefore I would like to give a special shout out to Yaya (making sure I had my favourite room, with early check in and late check out arranged where possible) to Rita in the beach club (always Remembers how I like my drinks, my name and always so pleasant and helpful) and Manju in the beach club - who always goes the extra mile. Looking forward to seeing you all again in September. On a separate note, I am very disappointed that the bonvoy rewards have been halved to 10% from 20. I think this policy should be revisited. As it will cause me (and several other guests I have spoken to) to seek alternative F&B options However, that is a decision from Marriott corporate, and I won’t take away from the review I am leaving for this property as a result. But I would ask upper management to take note, that there is a sense of betrayal amongst bonvoy members at this erosion of benefits. Please revisit this policy. I will be putting all purchases of future club points on hold until it is reversed.…
Another great stay! It’s giant - Love the vast space especially the long walk along the beach. Service is excellent. Remember do the bike ride by the lake next to hotel. Fire show by the beach was also great. Just a pity we missed the signature fire dance next to lobby, wish we were reminded at check in.
The accommodations and units was amazing. 2 Bedroom Units with full kitchen everything in area and Phuket attractions and hot spots 30-60 mins away. Recommend shuttle service or rental car. The Staff at resort were welcoming, friendly, just great overall and happy to assist and even help resolve any issues from book activities to food at resort, reservations and the accommodations then selfs I give this resort five stars and two thumbs up. Will definitely be coming back.
My name is Salim and I am a presidensial member of Marriott Vacation Club, Which I expected would have enjoyable experience like the other Marriott Hotel I ever stayed. However, today , June 27th, 2022, I am very dissapointed as soon as i am going to check in at the Marriott Phuket Beach Club. I have a reservation under my wife name, Valentina, and I checked in around 5PM , I came with my parents and my father already about 80 years old and he was tired. As soon as i tried to check in, it was very dissapointing that the reception staff was unfriendly and kinda make it harder for me to check in , and even worst they didn’t even feels bad about it nor value me as the guest. Now I dont know What is being a presidensial member Really means if even the low staff doesn’t show any respect to me. Maybe the staffs does not care to their guest anymore as it appears that Marriott Phuket Beach Club got many good review, Which i think those are false review. No matter How Nice the property is, staffs manner is very important. Unlike Marriott Empire Place Bangkok and Marriott Mai Khao Beach, Which i also recently stayed at, the staff in Marriott Phuket Beach Club was the worst staffs i ever experience during my stay in any hotel, my whole life. Staffs in Marriott Phuket Beach Club are NOTHING compare to the staffs at Marriott Empire Place Bangkok and Marriott Mai Khao Beach who are friendly, warm, and very helpful. It is funny and embarrassing that even the waiters at Andaman Grill even have manner than the reception of the Marriott Phuket Beach Club. Hope the Guest Relation Manager or the General Manager knows How to hire and train their staffs.…
We had a wonderful stay, despite some small hick up s. Normal after and during covid. If you look for a magnificent resort, with wonderful parks, and facilities, heaps of restaurants, and amazing staff..... Look no further. Love you
My husband and I, together with our 4 other friends really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at this resort. The place is big, well kept with a lot of amenities that we can enjoy. There is a lot of options to choose from for dining too, and the food is simply delicious ! The breakfast buffet offers a lot of tropical fruits in season and the Thai restaurant has delicious local food. We also tried the Andaman grill and the deli both of which we really enjoyed. What I am really so impressed about was that the help and service they offered was way beyond expectation. I discovered while I was at the airport that I left a personal item at the resort. It was a good thing that I asked for the contact number of Jay at the reception and was able to call him and ask for help. He immediately took hold of this situation and arranged for a taxi to deliver the item to me, right in time for boarding! Truly amazing. Thank you Jay! You will see us again very soon because we feel so much at home and with family when we are there at the Marriott vacation Club in Phuket.…
My husband and I experienced the kindness of the Thai people and Marriotts staff. When we went, the Thailand pass was still required. My application went thru without problems. However, my husbands did not. Loch san helped coordinate with other agencies to get it completed before we flew out, thankfully. Upon arrival, we enjoyed a refreshing butterfly drink. I’m still craving the fresh prawns and linguine from La Cucina. And housekeepings creative towel artists put a smile on our face daily. The surrounding jungle entertained with its sounds and amazing birds and other animals.
