Service supreme!

My family and I recently stayed at this lovely, clean hotel. The kids club was fantastic and Violeta in the gift shop was an extra special treat to our stay. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. She entertained my daughter in the shop while we were stuck inside because of rain by making beaded bracelets. She makes this place special! All other staff were extremely kind and catered to anything we asked for. Thank you!

Super surprised by how nice it was!

We got a suite and a regular room. Both were very nice and extremely clean. It was like a brand new hotel. Rooms were roomy, very nice everything. The staff couldn't not have been more helpful or nice. We spent one day going back into Palma for the day, wish we had stayed put and visited closer by places. Spa, indoor pool, outside pool all very nice. Walking distance to many restaurants as well as very nice on-site restaurant. I would definitely stay here again and my kids(12,19,20) loved it! I'd rate this hotel Luxury, BUT at mid-range prices! Super value.

Fantastic hotel with excellent service and attention to detail

We stayed here for a week and the hotel definitely lived up to the five star rating. Located only 40minutes away from the airport, we were greeted by friendly staff who took our luggage to our room whilst we had dinner. The restaurant staff were all genuinely friendly and seemed to be passionate about their job during long working hours, they made our stay really enjoyable and the service was great. The selection of food on offer was impressive, providing anything you could want at breakfast and dinner time. The hotel rooms are spacious with great showers and comfortable beds. They were cleaned each morning and beds turned down at night time which was a nice addition. The outside area of the hotel was lovely with a large pool and snack bar which had a path leading straight down to the sea. After dinner the hotel bar had on performers each night for around an hour which was entertaining. We had a lovely holiday and thank you to the staff. The only minor complaints I would have is that the bar service was quite slow and also children were allowed into the spa and were diving and splashing into the pool when there were signs saying not to do this, this made it quite hard to relax and lifeguard seemed to allow it.…

We are terribly sorry that you could not find the relax, that you were looking for in the Spa, usually the Spa is available for children until 16:00 and after is only adults ( wednesday and saturday are family days), like this we try to make happy all clients, but gladly we take a note and we will try to improve the service in the bar and the control in the Spa area. The best hotel and service in Mallorca

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I travelled a lot. The hotel has a nice picturesque territory and spacious rooms. The beach is fantastic, best in Mallorca, it has never been crowded. But the best thing that makes this hotel excellent is service and staff, everyone from the reception, restaurant and room service were very attentive. I would like specially to thank Hristina, who was looking after me and was always very helpful with any request or question; also special thanks to Gloria, who was very pleasant and helpful with spa reservation. I am also very grateful to the waiters in the restaurant, everyone was very attentive to my tastes. The food in the restaurant was delicious with wide choice. Relaxing and fun weekend away

We went for four days, 3 nights and we had an amazing time. We had a really good experience in the hotel. The food was excellent, attention and the facilities are great. We each had a massage in the spa and it was really good. The beach was calm and beautiful. We scheduled a SUP yoga session at the beach next door. The hotel is located in a great place. We went to a few of the chiringuitos in the south and a few of the restaurants at the north. You dont really need to get out of the hotel as you have it all inside of their facilities and their people are great. The sauna and indoor pool are great. The room was very comfy and had everything we needed.
