We have just returned from the Village Coconut Island and first and foremost I must say, we had the most fantastic holiday. The service is absolutely second to none. The staff are unbelievably friendly, helpful and genuine people. We had a few that served us more than others that I want to personally thank - Nuree Yah, Bert, Janice and Johnny were absolutely wonderful, as were all the other staff but we got to know these guys a bit better. We wanted for nothing for our entire trip. The food and drinks are fantastic, we went as a couple and are pescatarian and vegetarian. We ate something different every day and they were more than accommodating taking out meat from dishes so we could try things, not that this was necessary as there was so much on the menu for us. I have 2 tiny issues with the rooms. We had a one bedroom pool villa but we didn't use the pool once as they get no sun and are always full of leaves so if I was to come back I wouldn't bother with one of those, we used the main pool and beach and found this to be absolutely lovely, plus you're right near the bar so bonus! Secondly, there's no full length mirror anywhere in the villa, this bugs me as a woman I like to see the full outfit! But is a very minor thing. Ladies try on all your outfits with shoes beforehand and you'll be fine. I had to rely on my husband for which shoes! There are also a couple of things I wish I knew before booking, however for us turned out to be a great thing as we really did just relax and enjoy everything that the resort has to offer. Getting over and back from the mainland is a pain. The boats are quite frequent, they're a bit iffy but ok, its more the other side, you're about 25 minutes minimum in a cab from any shops and about 45 minutes to Patong, then the boats to each pier change depending on the tide so we generally stayed in because we couldn't be bothered with the hassle of going out and getting back. We booked B&B thinking we would be popping out all the time but we ended up upgrading to All Inclusive on the second day and staying at the resort. Not a complaint just something to consider when booking. We had an absolutely amazing time, and I am sure we will be back. I would recommend 100%, I love nice food and I couldn't fault anything I ate or drank. Even the all Inc wine is nice! A lovely relaxing atmosphere with great food and service. …
I have recently returned from what I can say the most amazing holiday I have ever been on. The Village Coconut Island just perfect all the staff offered outstanding hospitality from the General Manager Mark to the cleaner nothing was ever to much. Our experience started with a well organised transfer ( pre booked direct with the hotel) greeted at Phuket international with a smile 😃 boat service to the island was quick arrived to transport to the reception with the resorts golf buggy’s.Check in at the hotel with a cold local drink and cool towel a lovely greeting. Room 31 a jacuzzi suite exceeded our expectations. Well designed with a modern architecture with a touch of culture. Perfect with a toddler fridge for milk sink to clean bottles kettle to heat. Hotel Reception- staff very efficient very friendly helpful -Hasan front office manager doing an excellent job . Bar & restaurant staff Quick Quality friendly professional service thank you Kyle and Bert. Food out of this world 🌎 with a wide variety throughout several restaurants in resort. We decided to go with the All inclusive plan on arrival value for money with the luxury of ordering from the menu . The spa offers a wide range of treatments I can recommend the Thai massage very good. We booked our excursions directly with the hotel value for money well organised the Elephant sanctuary was an amazing experience. We will be back soon Mark keep up the hard work.…
Everything is amazing. We loved this place. The hotel team is very kind and ready to help you anytime. Always support with transportation. Room cleaning is very good. But the only disadvantage is reception does not answer room calls on time. I have even called more than 5 times and haven't got an answer.
Absolutely amazing place to stay. Loved it. Romantic getaway lived up to expectations and grounds were kept immaculate. Favourite part of the day was breakfast by the beach. Entertainment in the evenings was always excellent. The only criticisms I have was the lack of a small supermarket on site (this was closed) to be able to buy snacks etc. limited choices in the foyer and mini bar was rarely replenished. Had to request room to be made up as sometimes this wasn’t done for 3-4 days which wasn’t expected for a 5* resort. However these are details that can be rectified and would stay again if the shop was open! When on holiday it’s not ideal to have to go without basic needs like snacks and drinks in the room.
The resort was wonderful, helpful staff, with good facilities and great quality food. It was extremely helpful they catered to vegan/GF. We had good weather and sunset / sunrise was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would love to come back. Thank you!
Wow what an amazing 2 weeks we’ve just had! Spent 2 weeks celebrating my 50th birthday with a group of friends. From start to finish the time spent on coconut island was the best. Hasan is a great guy & a real asset, all staff were fantastic they were always friendly & welcoming, special shout out to Archie& Bert . We were lucky enough to stay in the newly renovated villa 114 pure luxury did not want to leave! The food was delicious as were the cocktails, executive chef organised a pig roast for my partners birthday what a perfect way to celebrate! I could go on all day such a fantastic place easy to relax & unwind from reality! All staff were amazing they were still smiling at the end of a very long day. Perfect place, perfect holiday ! Turning 50 didn’t seem so bad! Can’t recommend the village highly enough, we will definitely be back to stay in Villa 114! It’s nice to feel that staff are happy in their jobs & this is obviously a reflection on being looked after by the management.…

Wow, what a resort! Full of the most lovely pools, beach, villas and restaurants. Complete with the lovely, finishing touches, it’s undeniable that the scenery is paradise equivalent. The slides are second to none, as is the ferry service. The restaurants are divine - a la carte and buffet, filled with live music and delicious food. Tennis facilities on site too. M at reception was lovely; Nureeyah at Kebang restaurant too, were particularly lovely. Spa treatment is lovely too, with lovely staff. We’ll be back soon!
We had an excellent stay in Coconut Island. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect in paradise. The staff couldn’t do more for you (I’d love to give a shoutout to M behind the desk and Nuree Yah at The Kabang) and the facilities were excellent - there was table tennis, tennis courts, slides, a couple of pools, a pool table, and more. You could not ask for anything else. Away from the facilities, the food was divine - serving Italian and Thai food and alternating between A La Carte and Buffet option too. Live music was always on point too during the evenings. The villa we stayed in was well kept, lovely and spacious. It was literal paradise and we will definitely be back.
I took my partner to The Village Coconut Island as a surprise trip for his 30th birthday and I can happily say it was a wonderful experience. The island is stunning and the hotel is lovely, whislt I can't highlight all the great things here are a few of our favourites; The staff: Everyone at The Island was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and really welcoming. We would love to give a special shout out the Karen from the Kucina restaurant who always went above and beyond to talk to us and make us feel welcome. Also the receptionist at the spa, who was always so happy to talk to us (unfortunately we didn't write her name down). The spa: We went to the spa twice during our stay, once for a 3 hour treatment each, and once for a 1 hour treatment each - the experience was amazing, we both left feeling like jelly (and smelling amazing thanks to the oils they use). Dinner on the beach: As an added surprise I booked dinner on the beach for my partner (I booked in advance, so I don't know how easy this is to do last minute). The food was incredible, we had the surf and turf menu - what could be better than amazing food, amazing cocktails, and such an amazing setting, watching the waves and the sunset. The cocktails: Theres a great variety of cocktails, we were all inclusive, so made it our mission to try them all (personal favourite was the James Bond Island Martini). They also do a cocktail of the day which is definitely worth a try! The Villa: We stayed in Villa 31, which was stunning! We had oir own private pool which was perfect. The space was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and the aircon was perfect after a day of baking yourself outside. The villa was very clean, thanks to the wonderful housekeeper who came daily. The pool is designed to rid itself of any stray leaves or flowers that may blow in, there was one occasion where we needed the pool cleaned and all it took was a quick stop at reception and someone was there in flash to sort it out. If you are looking for a little slice of paradise where you can forget your life at home and relax I can't recommend the Village more, its perfect for a sun drenched retreat surrounded by beautiful plants and lovely people. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday, we will definitely be back! Rich and Adam…
