It was filled with a wide range of activities for everyone, and for all ages. the teens program especially was great with workers like Ach and Rere making the experience that much more fun and enjoyable, regardless of if you were by yourself or with siblings/friends. There were activities for everyone and the days were eventful, whilst also relaxing.

I am 52 years old and I still cannot bear to cut my club med bracelet off.. never mind my son who loved the place.. We were greeted by the amazing Susan and Hiroko. It was lovely to have a fresh towel and fruit drink upon arrival. We had booked 1340 days ago so we had done some serious dreaming of the place but our expectations were exceeded. We upgraded to a suite which suited us with our son who had a sofa sleeper in the other room. Having a dressing room was really nice. It was bliss to sit by the pool with endless cocktails.. Mojitos galore but we did not see anyone who had drunk too much which was great. It was a little disappointing that the Zen pool and Cha Du restaurant was closed but the buffet more than made up with the myriad of choices. My son made a habit of doing reverse dinners by starting with dessert. It took me a couple of days to work out what freedom Club med gives to parents.. The kids are busy and engaged during the day leaving the parents to go out and play knowing the kids are safe at club med. We booked a baby sitter one night for 100THB an hour (oh my goodness that is cheap). They asked one of the local staff to babysit and that gave us even more freedom for a bit of fun down at walking street in Patong. It is an extraordinary experience including a magical show. Our son was very happy when we returned. We did the elephant excursion which we seriously adored. Our elephant Boh was a beautiful gentle giant and the nature park seems to be very ethical. We fell in love with Boh and had fun making her porridge/feeding her and washing her off after her mud bath. We also went to the snorkeling at coral island which was a great inclusive trip and so much fun for beginners. We met Sid who was fantastic and also a great performer in the performances at night. Our 10 year old had on a life jacket while snorkeling and loved it.. you could hear his squeals through the water. We returned to club med for lunch which we really needed. There are massage places all around Kata Beach and close to the non sea entrance. It was about 350-400 baht for an hour and they were all great in the 3 different places I tried. I also tried surfing which was fun. So easy to cross the road to the beach. I went scuba diving and will do a separate review but it was fabulous diving around Phi Phi island.. I am almost new to diving and they took me for a swimming pool test first at the Meridian hotel. I loved it. We also anchored near Maya Bay between dives. I saw the hugest moray eel and gorgeous clown fish.. so cool.. The house wine was nice at dinner and we were quite happy with it. We had a performance each night but they do not usually start until 8.45pm. The circus performers including the amazing Susan, Kerry (Kiwi Chap), and Stephanie were amazing. So cool for kids to see them and be inspired. I actually tried the trapeze.. I wanted to show my son it was ok so I climbed the ladder and swung on the swing before dropping down.. I was so happy.. My son also tried it on the last day and I was so proud of him. We were in K block which was not too far away but some blocks are some distance from the main area. We had a frog pond in the next block and we loved doing 'Froggy patrol' each night with a torch. We also loved the foam party which was so much fun. I agree with another review where the smoking area should be moved further away or around a couple of corners from the performance area. Club med has a saying to 'feel free to be free' and we really did feel free at club med. Leave your shyness behind and you will not believe the time you will have. The GO's made the difference.. Vincent, Hansley and Kugar were a delight to be around. The positive vibe was catchy.. I would go again in less than a heartbeat..…

I highly recommend Club Med in Phuket The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is amazing which made our vacation amazing. The food is great and varied. Mentions the wonderful staff at the place who made the vacation enjoyable and especially mentions: Apple, Rico, Salah and the manager Vincent who made the atmosphere great. I believe that we will return to Club Med in Phuket in the future as well.

The GO team is been amazing during our stay, we found Genesis at reception who helped us change rooms and suggested different activities for the family. She helped us book our taxi back to the airport and joined us a few dinners. Incredible young lady.

I have just returned home from an 8 night stay at the beautiful Club Med Phuket woth my 13 year old and 10 year old boys and I'm already looking at the calendar to see when we can return. There's so much to love at this resort from the picturesque grounds, delicious food and the various activities but the thing that makes this place great are the people. Vincent and his team go out their way to make sure you are looked after and enjoy yourself. Rooms: The rooms had all we needed and the beds were comfortable. The only negative was the shower design in our room. The water didn't flow towards the drain and collected in base and if you didn't watch out spilled out into bathroom and room. It certainly made for an entertaining shower time. Spa: I had a wonderful massage and felt amazing all holiday because of it. Weather: Unfortunately for us it rained for 5 days of our stay but this is expected in the wet season. Even though it was raining we were never bored. The GO team had indoor activities set up in the theatre and games at the bar. Even in the rain Phuket is beautiful. Food: Delicious meals with lots of cuisine choices. The thing that is special is that along with buffet there are plated meals each night to try. I recommend the Thai chicken rice and Chicken Kebabs. They looked beautiful and tasted amazing. You can eat as much as you like with food being available pretty much all day (with breakfast, late breakfast, snacks, lunch, late lunch, more snacks, dinner... the list goes on). Make sure you bring your appetites. G.O Team: We spoke to so many G.Os and they were all great but there are a few I'd like to mention by name. - Hiroko: When we arrived at the resort she showed us to our room. We saw her many times over the week and she always stopped to say hello and make sure everything was OK. - Robin: We returned to Phuket knowing he was here and looking forward to watching him perform. He has an amazing voice and works very hard on his talent. We enjoyed chatting with him and getting to know him more over lunch. - Yomi: Like Robin we met Yomi last year and were looking forward to seeing him again. He is full of energy and makes the resort a special place. Everytime we saw him he would stop and chat and ask about our days. It was nice getting to know him more over dinner and chats around the bar. - Zee: We had lunch with him and it was the most entertaining lunch ever. He was so relaxed and easy to talk to and we just laughed the whole time. During this lunch he convinced my kids (who hadn't really done many activities) to try padel ball and golf. The sports centre became their favourite place and I only wish they'd gone there earlier in the holiday. They enjoyed their golf lesson with Zee and will definitely try golf again. - Salah, Sid, Mai, ReRe and so many more. My list is so long. - Bar Team: Very skilled and friendly team. If your looking for a cocktail but dont fancy one on the menu then you can request they make one up. I had some of the best cocktails doing this. We also got to know Sai over dinner one night and enjoyed her company. - Raja: She is everywhere making sure everyone is happy. If there is the slightest problem she fixes it straight away. She is a warm and caring person and very approachable. There's so many great things I could say but this review is already very long (haha). I do hope we get to return next year so I can spend more nights chatting with her. If you are thinking of booking a stay here I say stop thinking and just book it. 4ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れての海外旅行、日本では一般的ではなく、周りの友人も本当に大丈夫なのかと否定的でした。 確かに心配でしたが、初めての妊娠、出産、子育てを頑張ってくれている奥さんに少しでも休んで、楽しく過ごして欲しくて4ヶ月から赤ちゃんを預かってくれる施設(baby club)を持つクラブメッドを選びました。 結果は本当に素敵な旅行になりました。 一番心配だった赤ちゃんもG.OのLucyが毎日しっかりお世話をしてくれ、いつ頃、何分お昼寝をしたとか、ミルクをこれくらい飲んだなど報告してくれ、時にはLineで赤ちゃんの写真を送ってくれました。 英語でのやり取りでしたが、Lucyはゆっくりと話してくださったおかげで問題なく会話ができました。 日本人スタッフのG.O(Hiroko,Ami)もいてくださり、特にHirokoさんはチェックインからチェックアウトまできめ細かいサービスを提供してくださりました。 2023年9月に建て替えたお部屋は清潔感があり良かったですが、部屋内にアメニティはやや残念でした(リンスインシャンプー、櫛がない、消耗品系は基本何もない) しかしながらトータルで見るとベビークラブのスタッフを初め素晴らしいG.O達のおかげで本当に素敵な旅行になりました。 本当にありがとうございます。 次はLucyにお勧めされたバリ島のclubmedに宿泊をしようかと妻と話しています。 I’m glad to hear you had a wonderful trip with your 4-month-old baby at Club Med, despite initial concerns from friends in Japan. Despite the challenging weather, my children had an absolute blast, and it turned out to be one of the best family vacations we've ever had. The warmth and hospitality of your staff truly made all the difference. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and valued as guests. I want to extend our biggest thanks to ADD, Bom, Da, Ice, Amas, Jupe, Marie, Yoyo, Jack, and Ping. Their dedication and care not only ensured my children's safety but also encouraged them to try new activities (circus, wall climbing, archery!!!) and make new friends. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and it made our departure even more difficult because it felt like leaving family behind. Our holiday in Club Med Phuket is unforgettable and amazing! We had a relaxing yet fun time at the resort. The room and all the facilities are great, shows are amazing, and all the services are excellent. GO's are friendly and accomodating! Thanks to Danya, Riko, Ice, Ousman, Sheriff, Zandile, Apple for making our stay more fun and special. We highly recommend Clud Med Phuket!!! We are definitely coming back soon.

Club med is the best holiday I’ve ever been on, the atmosphere, food and people are unmatched to anywhere else I’ve ever stayed. As a 16 year old I was able to get the most out of my experience with Junior club where I met life long friends. The GO’d of Junior club Rere and Ach made us all feel extremely welcome and safe, their opening and fun nature made us want to return to Junior club every day. (They definitely deserve a raise). I love club med 💗

It was my first club med experience, and overall I got a good rest (which was my goal). Even though I went there on my own, I wasn't lonely as the GOs were very friendly and will make sure you are well taken care of. One star taken off for the underwhelming thai food offered, both in terms of quality and variety. Disappointed to see no lemongrass drink offered (either as a paid option or free-flow), no Thai milk tea offered, insufficient variety of Thai food and dessert options offered. It is extremely strange, because Thailand is renowned worldwide for high quality food and in Bangkok it is common to see Westerners eating traditional Thai food or sampling Thai street food. There should be a meal-day/time-slot devoted to thai street food and desserts.
