good points. great location, right on the beach, 15 mins in cab from airport (less than tenner one way). Very clean, newish hotel with good size rooms, good ac, nice gardens right in the centre of the bars, restaurants and street food sellers. I got a very good deal on line (£250/wk with breakfast on line) 3 small pools. Not so good points. Plenty of hot water at the shower but no hot tap at basin. Food at breakfast sometimes cold. No bars at any of the pools and no bar as such within the hotel.

You can find a lot of resorts in Phuket but this one has a family spirit and the employees will be there for you. The rooms are in a green place with lot of trees and you can find an amazing pool ! I love the Gym with a lot of good material ! For sure I will be back next year. You can go there eyes closed

Lovely stay! The property in itself is huge and beautifully kept. We booked the sea turtle suites. The rooms are comfortable and with well appointed amenities. Has 3 large pools and the property is clean and neat. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The biggest plus is the location. We love Nai yang beach and this hotel opens up right onto the beach. The breakfast could be better. Definitely coming back to this property. Absolutely worth it if you want to relax and make the most of Nai yang!

We originally booked 2 nights as a stopover but loved Nai Yang Beach resort so much we stayed for 2 more weeks. Everything we needed was here. The rooms are spacious, very clean & comfortable. Our room wasn’t directly by a pool but was only a short walk along a path. Love having chairs & table on a little patio & a drying rack for clothes. I do wish there were mosquito screens on the windows then I could have turned off the aircon at night, that would be a big bonus. There are 3 pools which were never crowded. Breakfast was adequate but there are plenty of food options in the street. Great size fridge in the rooms is handy. Beach is a short walk across the road & we used it every day. There are quite a few dogs around the streets but thanks to the Soi Dog Foundation they are desexed and not aggressive at all. The taxis on the street are very expensive to travel to other areas of Phuket so we walked to the main road & caught the airport buses to different areas. Very easy, very cheap, so do yourselves a favour & find out about the orange or blue bus. I saw a negative review that mentioned the cats. Yes there are a few cats around but they are very timid. One or 2 will come by the breakfast tables hoping for a tidbit but the Hotel discourages feeding them. staff at Nai Yang are fantastic & very friendly & helpful. The cleaners are superstars. We will definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed here for a night to be close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic and the air conditioning takes a long time to become effective. They could do with updating things..I.e usb sockets are more sockets in general. Its quite a basic hotel and doesn't feel like a resort. Looks a lot better than in the photos, where it appears to be a higher standard. The location is great for the airport and there are a few restaurants in walking distance.

Value for money, clean and well mainrained resort. I could even borrow an adaptor for mobile charging. Breakfast is good. Cons: Made online arrangement with resort to pick me up at airport for a fee. Upon arrival, waited for half an hour no sign of pick up. Asked airport official to help call resort. Then the pick up arrived. Resort to airport by car is about 10 to 15 mins. Took a taxi back to resort and the reception had no change for 500baht. Made me go out of resort to look for shops along the road to change 500baht. Night before check out, made arrangement with reception to bring my luggage out the next morning (250m away). Next morning when I called, told me that there is nobody to help bring luggage out to reception.

Stayed here for 5 nights. We had a nice and clean private room by the swimming pool. The grounds are very well kept and the staff were friendly. The resort is located in a small village type area, straight across the road from Nai yang beach. The beach is not a well kept beach. There are alot of stray dogs and alot of plastic and rubbish washed up. There are a few bars and eateries scattered around the area, serving different foods to everyone's tastes. What I didn't like about staying at the resort was the amount of stray cats around the place. They are everywhere, including under the table at breakfast time. They need to have a clean out of cats, that's for sure. Otherwise it's a nice , well presented place to stay, close to the airport.

My first return to international travel since before COVID was a very nice stay at this resort. Stayed here many years ago and am glad to see it made it through the last two years with more visitors returning now. This is a great place to stay for those arriving on a long international flight as it is very near the airport and is not an expensive taxi trip to the hotel. It is a place to relax, chill, enjoy the pools or the beach and a cluster of nearby cafes and low key small bars within walking distance. A bonus is the adjacent spa which had exceptional therapists. For easy food options there is a buffet breakfast and a noodle shop connected to the hotel. This beach area is not the party life of Patong, rest up, recharge, and head there later if you like. I gave it 4 stars for convenience and consistent, helpful service. It isn’t a 5 star resort with all the new bells and whistles, more of an authentic Thai resort with beautifully landscaped grounds. The resort has the choice of bungalow style rooms or more contemporary 3 story garden building hotel rooms. NOTE: As we found to be true all over Phuket, their comeback is in progress. Staffing is a challenge at all the restaurants and hotels, some are not fully open. On the plus side, the crowds are wonderfully small. We took a longtail boat trip to James Bond Island and our time on the island had less than 50 people, normally there would be hundreds packed together at the photo op spots.

Booked for 2 nights including breakfast, and requested an airport pick up, they failed to collect us so had to pay for overpriced airport taxi. When we arrived it took nearly an hour for the inexperienced staff to find our booking and check us in and by now it was past 8 in the evening, having been travelling since 9am from Ko Tau this extra additional delay was unacceptable. Our room was basic but clean and the a/c efficient, so no complaints there. The position opposite the beach was good and the pool was fine. The 2 buffet breakfasts that we had were probably the worst We have had anywhere, cold fried eggs cold chicken sausage virtually no fruit plus toast and jam - Sorry no toast the second day toaster had gone and no staff to ask. Frankly what was on offer was an insult!! There was a large turtle figure at the resort entrance but I think it should have been Mickey Mouse because they were a Mickey Mouse outfit. It’s a shame because it’s very convenient for an overnighter close to the airport and just needs competent management
