We were on the return leg of a Similans Dive Trip and to save us transfer time Taplamu Pier to-fro Phuket and airport we chose to stay Nai Yang area which is 10 minutes to the airport. Nai Yang beach area is a great family friendly area though off the streets everything is pricier than the other beaches. There's a nice night market though on the way in from the airport street to Nai Yang Beach Rosrt and Spa. 15 minutes walk from the resort. Good size rooms, clean and tidy. Reception can use a little more friendliness, though efficient. Ground floor rooms enjoy a nice patio. Good size beds and clean sheets. Peaceful in the evening around the compound and a great place to chill around the pool. Airport transfer if required is reasonable at THB200 per room by their trasnfer van. If you dont have heavy luggage you can actually take a scenic 20 minutes walk to the airport through a very nice Park.

Very welcoming and helpful staff.
Clean rooms and quite peaceful.
The room door opens to the pool which was never crowded during our visit. There was hardly 2people each day.

The hotel is a 10min ride to/from airport.
We got a ride to the airport (front desk called for a taxi)and then travelled to Phuket via shared bus service from airport (150baht/person if i recall well).
You need to tell the cab druver to drop you at the bus stand at the airport.

The beach as well as food stalls are just across the street.

We left our hotel key at the counter, grabbed towels from the front desk, crosses the road, left our belongings (towel, shirt, slippers) on the beach and enjoyed a dip in the warm waters.

The hotel also have a shuttle to and fro the Nai yang market. They picked us up in 2hrs. You may choose to walk back (~10min) if you want to spend more time which is more likely the case.

Breakfast is vast, ypu have fruits, cereals, bread, milk, eggs (made at cooking stall), soup, steam rice, meats in thai recipes.

They also serve really good food, lunch and dinner at the premises. Look out for happy hour alcohol.
We were handed coupons for massage and restaurant next door.
The restaurant serves good seafood, i found lobster to be cheaper than a restaurant 3min away frrom the hotel.
Massage was 500baht for 2hrs.
There are lot more massage parlours with similar/same price throughout the street.

Will try to get same place on my next visit in the area.

My first return to international travel since before COVID was a very nice stay at this resort. Stayed here many years ago and am glad to see it made it through the last two years with more visitors returning now.

This is a great place to stay for those arriving on a long international flight as it is very near the airport and is not an expensive taxi trip to the hotel. It is a place to relax, chill, enjoy the pools or the beach and a cluster of nearby cafes and low key small bars within walking distance.

A bonus is the adjacent spa which had exceptional therapists. For easy food options there is a buffet breakfast and a noodle shop connected to the hotel. This beach area is not the party life of Patong, rest up, recharge, and head there later if you like.

I gave it 4 stars for convenience and consistent, helpful service. It isn’t a 5 star resort with all the new bells and whistles, more of an authentic Thai resort with beautifully landscaped grounds. The resort has the choice of bungalow style rooms or more contemporary 3 story garden building hotel rooms.

NOTE: As we found to be true all over Phuket, their comeback is in progress. Staffing is a challenge at all the restaurants and hotels, some are not fully open. On the plus side, the crowds are wonderfully small. We took a longtail boat trip to James Bond Island and our time on the island had less than 50 people, normally there would be hundreds packed together at the photo op spots.

Probably not the newest or modern hotel to be found in Nai Yang beach, but it offers everything you can expect.
We stayed in the standard room and it was exceptionally clean and provided a good size room, modern AC unit, full size fridge and a splendid and pleasant mature grounds with flowers, shrubs and trees.
Three delightful pools are clean and located in the well maintained grounds with sunbeds and umbrellas, pool towels are available daily near reception.
Where this hotel shines is the location, absolutely in the middle of the resort, a hop to the beach, bars and restaurants.
The staff, from receptionist, room attendants, ground staff and breakfast staff are helpful and determined to ensure you are happy. No miserable faces here, at all.
Breakfast has a wide variety on offer, may not be to everyone's expectations or tastes, but you cannot possibly leave hungry. All the food is fresh and replenished frequently. The egg station chefs make the most delicious omelettes.
We cannot wait to come again.

I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the recent bad reviews but I had a really good stay. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a room that had direct pool access. It was fab with all the trees and greenery. Best of all I had the pool mostly to myself. Room was well equipped and big.

The beach is just the other side of the road and there are heaps of street food stalls right in front of the hotel with tables on the beach so you will not go hungry. Naiyang is a lovely little area. Can recommend walking up to the Airport Landing beach which takes about 30 to 40 minutes through the national park.

Only downside was the hotel Wi-Fi, which wasn’t working at all on the day I arrived and kept cutting out throughout my stay. Like most Phuket hotels now, pool bars are closed, facilities are scaled back. Staff were all friendly enough.

Also, don’t believe Agoda or hotel websites about “last room” or “in high demand”: when I stayed there, I would estimate hotel was only at 20% occupancy so very misleading! There are heaps of rooms within the hotel grounds and when I walked around, a lot of these were deserted and undergoing renovation.

Well we know hotels are suffering with a lack of tourists but this really was a disgrace. 1200 baht a room (which were pretty basic) no facilities and no service available at the hotel...Just a room!

Would have been nice to know that when we booked. Granted 1200 baht isn't expensive but when there are deals in brand name hotels at half the price with 10 times the service and facilities you have to question why the hotel is charging like this.

Could only pay in cash and had to ask for a receipt! Says it all

Booked for 2 nights including breakfast, and requested an airport pick up, they failed to collect us so had to pay for overpriced airport taxi. When we arrived it took nearly an hour for the inexperienced staff to find our booking and check us in and by now it was past 8 in the evening, having been travelling since 9am from Ko Tau this extra additional delay was unacceptable.
Our room was basic but clean and the a/c efficient, so no complaints there.
The position opposite the beach was good and the pool was fine.
The 2 buffet breakfasts that we had were probably the worst We have had anywhere, cold fried eggs cold chicken sausage virtually no fruit plus toast and jam - Sorry no toast the second day toaster had gone and no staff to ask. Frankly what was on offer was an insult!!
There was a large turtle figure at the resort entrance but I think it should have been Mickey Mouse because they were a Mickey Mouse outfit.
It’s a shame because it’s very convenient for an overnighter close to the airport and just needs competent management

I stayed here previously with my wife for a short stay and thought it was ok.
Now after about 8 days in covid isolation my view is a lot different.
I paid 31500 for 9 nights of isolation.
This was shortened by 2 days for unknown reasons and with no refund.
The grounds/garden is really nice and relaxing to be around. The pool was great.
The food however was some of the worst I've experienced. Strange chicken hot dogs and ham were seemingly the only food they could think of to fill the box. No pork as it seems to be a muslim resort.
For the price range of around 4500 a night the food should have been a much higher standard and not influenced by religion as I'm not religious.
The staff were a mixed bag. Good that they were bringing me stuff i requested from outside. Bad that they would call at 6.30am for no reason then hang up 5 times when you call them back.
The room really needed a good scrub as well and lizards removed.
For what you pay you can get much much higher standards elsewhere.

Rooms: we upgraded to a room that was on the ground floor located directly in front of the first swimming pool. Rooms were a good size which included a small daybed. Main bed was very soft and comfortable. Air conditioning and wifi worked extremely well.

Location: the location was fantastic, directly across the road from the beach, with access to shops and restaurants all within a short walk.

Pools: both pools are a good size, however the water temperature was very warm. Like swimming in a bath.

Breakfast: a decent selection to choose from each morning. Food ranged from fresh cooked eggs, pastry, salad, cereal, local cuisine, juice and coffee.

Overall: this was our second stay at this hotel. We enjoy coming here after a long flight and the fact that it was only 5 mins from the airport. For an affordable/ budget hotel, this is highly recommended.
