Room is large. Hot water not hot. Internet good. TV good reception. Front desk- hopeless at English. No free bicycles as shown on hotels.com. Close to beach .. as in on beach. At $50 a night AUD it could be better. 2 nights was enough.

We stayed here for a few nights and it’s an awesome location. The restaurant has great food. The hotel staff was friendly as well. The room was clean and roomy and inviting. They have a refrigerator with water in it for you and coffee if you like. You can walk to restaurants,bars and shopping and of course the beach. Would recommend and would stay again.

we had 2 nights before leaving, perfect for quick access to the airport on a great beach. It is quiet and offers lovely food in on-the-beach restaurants. AC good and reasonably quiet as small hotel and local surrounds are quiet. Comfortable, clean and nice hot shower, good towels and comfortable room. Beach superb, right there, safe , lovely to swim and walk its length. Airport is far enough away to be of no problem.

We booked at the last minute, to be closer to the airport. I got the feeling most tourists there were there for the same reason, and the whole area is quite quiet. The hotel was good; clean, quiet, and they were very relaxed about checkout time.

The place is Ok but room smell not good in the room. The place was fully empty and we spoke to the owner but no way we could keep our room. This is really not service oriented and not friendly in any manner. I find this really not customer oriented place.

Stayed at discovery in the rooms seperate to the main building. The views, restaurants, beach and room excellent. The beach is crystal clear. Everything you need is less than one minute walk.. food, laundry, shops, mini mart.

The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The beds are comfy (not those ultra soft hotel beds which leave you with a backache) and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. They even have a little balcony / sitout where you can sit and watch the birds or the lush greenery and a stand to dry your clothes after a swim. The service is EXCELLENT. Thai style. Every one is VERY polite and kind...and people look like they mean it when they smile at you. It is just across the road from the beach...so thats a plus although a beach veiw would have been fantastic. The food is good too. I dont really know how much this place costs (i was here for a camp for my students) so i cant say anything about value for money, but i expect it to be a mid priced hotel. I would definitely recommend this place.…

I stay 6 nites at Naiyang beach. Very little concrete. There are much sand, willow poplar forest. People are friendship. Some restaurants along Naiyang beach are good as Phen’s Restaurants.... And specialy, a few mini mảket, place help you choice water,..... cheaper than.

Our upstairs room was very clean and quiet in a good location on Nai Yang beach. The hotel is close to the airport and the front desk couldn't be more helpful. They allowed us to check in early without additional charge and helped us with taxi's and tours by Mario in front of the hotel. Breakfast was included in our room rate and a good way to start the day. We also had several dinners here and all the food was good. This is a budget hotel but we had first class service from the lovely ladies at the front desk.
