I stay at T-Villa for 2 nights (pool access room type) for team meeting. This resort is self service. It is private and feeling like a home. However, T~Villa hosts are very friendly, good advisor and helpful I have good sleep and comfortable. There are lovely entertainer (cats). It is close to Airport but very quiet.
We did take 2 nights to endure the jetlag since it's close to the airport and the beach. Little we knew it was this awesome. Felt sad to leave, and our next hotel was... not comparable. We even shortened our 4 nights in the next hotel to come back to this one and finish our trip ! Positive: + The staff is welcoming and gives good advice. You may be suspicious from their recommandation (experience from other countries) but they just want to share good tips on where to go, how and at the best price. Once we figured out, we planned every activity with them. + Individual villas are very, very comfortable: access to the gigantic pool with wild squirrels jumping from coconut trees (paradise), breakfast/meals delivery to the room, cascade shower intern & extern, climatisation, bed & pillow where good, enough towels so that you can bring to the beach too. + Phuket region isn't that big, you can organise transport to any activity with the hotel at a good price (compared to what others ask for). + Free shuttle to the beach and return 4 times a day, other shuttle times for reasonnable price. The beach is nice, many delicious street food, bars, massage and shops for every needs. + Cats ! Negative: - Deckchair's cushion absorbs water and is hard to empty. Go on it with swimsuit only - Sink is not pratical for hand washing (you will splash yourself). We used the shower's lower tap to wash our hands afterward. Other/Suggestions: Maybe add some hooks at the entrance of the villas to hang hats, mandatory accessory in Thaïland ! Offer to borrow a cleaning net for the pool so you can clean in front of you before diving in the morning when staff hasn't started the daily cleaning. Greatings to the team ! Love from Switzerland…
I had an absolutely amazing stay at T-villa. The property is beyond gorgeous, jasmine and Bieu are the BEST. They treated me like family while I was there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Close to the airport, free shuttle to and from. I’ve never enjoyed any accommodation as much as I loved T-villa - extended my stay by a week. Much love for these people ❤️
It is very close to the airport and to the Nai Yang beach. They offer free airport shuttle (just notify the hotel at what time you plan to arrive) and also a free shuttle to the beach (at certain hours only). The exteriors are very nice, very cosy, traditional design. There is a swimming pool with pool bar. Unfortunately, they close the pool at 8.30 pm. The rooms and the interiors in general need some refurbishment / redesign. There is generally a lack of things to put stuff on or to sit on. The rooms are not very soundproof and the aircon was very noisy. The bed was big though and equipped with a very good mattress. Breakfast was rather simple but tasty. Wonderful staff (but that seems to be a rule rather than an exception in Thailand). The hotel was almost empty (probably due to the corona virus panic) so that added an extra serenity element into the stay.…
This place is perfect for people passing back through Phuket on their way to somewhere else. 5 mins from the airport. They do free transfers too. Huge long Pool outside the villa style bedroom. Rooms are lovely and clean and spacious. Breakfast included. Staff are lovely too.
We thought the private swim around pool and the swim up bar in the main pool were the best things about this hotel which had traits of being a five star hotel but is more like 3 star hence my rating. The air conditioning in our room was broken and extremely noisy, they did send someone to fix it but to no avail. I thought the shower was a little odd with the shampoo and soap dispensers attached the shower wall. Breakfast was the worst meal we ate over 15 days travelling! We really enjoyed our walk to the local beach (preferred over Patong!) and local street food was the best meal we ate over 15 days travelling across 3 countries, so the Sa Khu area itself has plenty to offer.
My daughter and I had a really lovely relaxing time at the T-Villa. The room with pool access was a good choice, the pool was lovely, meandering though the vegetation. The staff were very friendly and kind. We walked to the beach with ease (about 15 minutes) and the hotel also offered a shuttle service (5 minutes). The room was spacious with a big bathroom that enabled us to feel comfortable at all times. We were happy that the hotel was quite close to the airport so we didn't waste holiday time on the roads.
We arrived a day early in Phuket and needed a hotel room to stay in before checking into our time share the next day. Didn't know much about this resort, but chose it because it was close to the airport and inexpensive. Turned out to be a great little hotel. Service, food and accommodations were top notch. We liked it so much that we booked it again on our departure day because we had a 1AM flight and our time share management would not allow us to stay in our suite for that long without charging us an additional 400.00 USD fee for the extended hours. So rather than sit around in the hotel lobby we booked the T Villa for the 8 hours we had before flight time. Enjoyed the pool and had a great supper before taking the free shuttle from the T villa to the airport. Here's a tip tho, use your phone to book the room on line. Its about 50 a night, but more than 200 if you book directly at the hotel desk.…
Nestled away in what first appeared to be a very dubious part of Phuket we found T-Villa to be that special oasis of solitude and luxury. Only 1.5km fro the International airport the villas are very quiet and beautifully kept. The rooms and pool areas were a real eye opener for weary travellers. With beautifully appointed timber decor and clean amenities, you can step out onto sun decks and then straight into this massive pool that surround the villas in a giant U shape. The staff at the reception were extremely courteous and polite which made check-ins a breeze. The restaurant staff were just lovely and preempted your every need, including finding our party of four the best table in the restaurant, wine and Thai beers, tea and coffees. The buffet breakfasts were sumptuous while providing the unique tastes of Thai cuisines. We only stayed at T-Villa for one night while travelling further north into Thailand, but I would certainly recommend it for a longer stay when visiting Phuket. Surprisingly it was scarcely occupied in mid July when we were travelling through. But that just made it more appealing to our group that dont like to share these little treasures with too many people.…
We paid in advance to be picked up at the airport. On arrival nobody there and after tracking down a person with a phone called the hotel when a driver turned up after 15 minutes. This was late at night and not a good way to start the trip. We were upgraded to a villa type room which initially was great and private. Come to find out that there was a group of noisy Chinese guests in the main hotel so that's probably why we were relocated. Room was fine BUT only 7 TV stations of which only 1 in English! A grainy FOX movie channel ( we went on to another hotel with the full spectrum of English channels, about 15 including sport, news and movies) To say this hotel has satellite TV in their literature is misleading. The Internet is very slow and every time one logs off have to re-enter password etc very frustrating. Breakfast very bland and boring. Big complaint, it seems that Chinese tourists everywhere and they ' give in " to this crowd. As a non smoking hotel they were smoking and they were cooking their ' noodles" poolside! Lastly, we were moving on to Ao Nang so asked three times if they could take us to bus stop by police station instead of the airport( which we had paid for) each time saying yes. Day of departure they now want Baht350 saying the stop was further. I insisted they give us the free ride, driver was ready and no other guests to take care of. They refused so I ended up walking a 100 yards to get a taxi for Baht250 All very unpleasant and an indication that at low season want to take every dime where they can Overall this may rate as a 3 star hotel at best but with lack of amenities and not by the beach, go to Proud Hotel right by the beach which has just been finished. We walked there from T-Villa about 10 minutes and over the last 5 years has improved with a lot more eateries and coffee shops Give T--Villa a miss I think they as many others are caving in to the Chinese invasion which surly will end when they get bored with Thailand and go somewhere else…
