We had a wonderful stay here - our garden villa was spacious, comfortable and cool. The daily cleaning meant we always felt well looked after and the staff were very attentive. The plunge pool in our villa kept our 4 year old entertained and safe (as its shallow) and was a great bonus. The man working the pontoon to the beach was very friendly and gave our son a number of treats making him feel very welcome too.
This hotel is so lovely from the moment you walk in . The pool bar is good . . They have a raft which takes you across to the national park to the beach . So unique, they said they where going to build a bridge but I reckon it adds character. The rooms are huge . Seperate lounge and huge bathroom . The hotel itself isn’t rather large either so feels spacious. The pool is not very deep . They only issues we had were we had no steps to get out of our pool entrance to our room , being almost 50 we laughed as we tried to pull each other up . Much easier to walk around the path and exit from the stairs . Thst would be my only whinge. Oh and when we were due to check out we were charged the wrong room rate so had to make the difference up which was only $45. A 3 km hike up to see the planes land . Great morning walk . And pub crawl back .with a massage and drinks on the beach if you wish . Mini mart about 500 metres up the beach . Happy days would stay again but not in room 2 b .…
Very nice and good services from the staff from the Resort, especially Khun Rose. Good price good location and good service, walking distance to the eatery and restaurants. will definitely be back again.
It's an ok hotel but nothing more. We had a villa with pool access (swim up), but it was really hard to get back up on the platform outside the room so you had to go through the room getting it all wet. The room is like an aquarium with little privacy and there is no way to close between the living room and the bedroom so if you need to change you have to draw the curtains in the entire room. It's pretty run down and at one point the bathroom flooded from the sewer so we had to move to another room for the night while they fixed it. That room had a private pool that was really nasty. Not cleaned at all. The cleaning of the rooms was generally poor. They didn't change the glasses or take away garbage. If you wanted them to change sheet you had to mess the bed up a lot otherwise they just made it with the old sheet. We also had problems getting hot water even after them fixing our room. The breakfast was ok for the people who likes to eat thaifood for breakfast, but not great if you want a sandwich. There is no cheese or ham to put on the bread. We also ordered roomservice which was about same level as a frozen pizza they heated up. We also tried ordering a drink at the poolbar and it took about 20 min to get it even when I was the only one there. If you only want a quiet place to stay with no luxuries and close to the, pool, beach and restaurants, this is the place for you. Otherwise I would recommend another hotel.…
We have stayed here many times during our frequent holidays to Phuket. We travel around and always try to grab a few nights or a week here. Being only a small resort it has suffered hugely through the pandemic but we are so happy it survived. As always we booked a pool access villa including breakfast direct with the hotel who gave us excellent rates beating the prices we could find anywhere else. They arranged free airport pick up for the short trip to the hotel. The hotel is being spruced up and the gardeners were always working hard. The villas are lovely, yes they need a little TLC getting the wood stained again etc but this is all very minor cosmetic stuff. Our villa was spotlessly clean and as the air con was not working too well on arrival, they came within a few hours and installed a brand new system. The pool is lovely and so nice to step straight out of the villa into the pool. Swim up to the bar for fabulous cocktails made by the lovely barman. Breakfast was very good and staff always happy to cater for all options with omelettes, all variety of eggs and fresh cooked bacon. We went as a group this time and had 4 villas in total. We all had a fabulous stay and will return again. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive to the airport although there is no noise at the hotel. Yes there is a small raft to cross a little river but then you are straight onto a quiet and beautiful beach. If you want to stay out late, take a phone and call reception who will send someone to the raft if it is past 9pm. The staff were as always polite, friendly and helpful and it is so good to see the hotel has survived the pandemic and that the same staff are still working there. Thank you for yet another wonderful stay!!…
So run down and dilapidated hotel. The rooms are suitable for renovation. Old, worn-out furniture. Dirty curtains in the room, linen stained too. It stinks in the rooms. Air conditioning works very loud. The breakfast is nothing special. All the worst quality product. This hotel is already dilapidated. I do not recommend this hotel. If you wish to have a broken holiday then avoid this hotel.
Will start with the positive, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived our room really did not look as pictured, and when we mentioned it the staff moved us to a new room. The beach outside of the hotel was also nice and the lobby is the most elegant part of the hotel. However the quality of the hotel really declined after the lobby. The hotel in general looks like it wants to be a fancy high end hotel, and it's priced that way, but it hasn't been taken care of very well. In lots of places it's in slight disrepair and looks quite shabby. The pictures make the hotel look much nicer than it is. The pool was a little bit dirty, and there isn't really a nice area to hang out at the pool unless you have one of the pool bungalows. In fact I would not recommend staying here unless you have one of the pool bungalows, but considering the price of them even then I think you could find a nicer place to stay for the price. The breakfast also seemed a bit overpriced for what you got. The beach and "national park" outside of the hotel you can get to by a pull ferry over a small kind of gross river behind the hotel. Which means if you are out in Nai Yang beach for dinner or drinks you have to be back by 9 pm when the ferry stops or take a cab. The national park area is just a small wooded area, which is nice because it is not developed but it isn't something too special. The beach was again nice but hardly the nicest beach we've been to in Thailand. Generally Nai Yang beach was way more expensive than anywhere else we travelled and was the least nice. Maybe we were spoiled coming from Koh Samui and Koh Tao but I wouldn't recommend it. It is close to the airport but there are other areas you could stay that are close as well. They did provide a free airport shuttle.…
my partner and i stayed here for 7 nights under the sandbox scheme and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay! the staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful! being a relatively small hotel, despite many of the rooms being occupied, it always felt very quiet and private, the pool was particularly empty - serene in fact! only a short walk away from the beautiful beach and bustling restaurants of the town, it made a perfect location for a quiet beach getaway. i could not recommend this hotel enough for someone coming to phuket on the sandbox scheme :)
We stayed for one night at the very pleasant L'esprit de Naiyang under the Test & Go program between December 12 and 13. The rooms are very spacious and the staff very helpful. The hotel is very near to the beach and after we have received our Covid test results (within 5 hours), we could leave the room and have a very nice walk and have dinner. Highly recommended place! I've been here for 6 days as part of the SHA+ and plan to stay here for at least another week, possibly longer. The pool villas are a great service, immaculately cleaned every day. Including complimentary water. Super comfortable beds, air con in both rooms. Nice, fast wi-fi too. I'm getting 50mbps. The pool is always clean and well maintained. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I came here for 2 weeks but honestly think I will stay a while longer. I love the place and would recommend it to anyone; solo travel, couples, or families.
