It is true that this result could do with some maintenance but these have been exceptional times and it is completely understandable that not everything is tiptop. Having said that, it is one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in a long, long time and offers exceptional value for money. We initially checked in for one night but actually ended up staying a week as we enjoyed our time there so much. The villas are considerately laid out and give you a feeling of real privacy and almost being in your own little home. We spent ages on our terrace in the morning in the evening enjoying the great Wi-Fi and the sounds of wildlife around us. Absolutely everything you need is provided in the Villa and it has the feel of a five star resort as a result of this. The air conditioning was just about the best we had in Thailand and this is really important in these temperatures. The bed was exceptionally comfy, safe provided free of charge along with umbrellas, robes and so on. The bathroom was big and roomy with a huge rain shower which was brilliant. The staff simply cannot do enough for you and were exceptionally helpful. This resort has a family feel to it and you can tell they all want you to have a great stay. The hotel is perfectly located being literally one minute from the beach and a leisurely five minute stroll into the lovely centre of bars and restaurants. They have their own great boss bar as well with an excellent barman if you don’t want to go too far or if it is pouring with rain like one night when we were there! The pool area could do with a bit of attention but often we had it entirely to our self and it was comfortable with both sun and shade freely available. We can’t wait to go back.…
Everything looks fine when you first arrive and check in: dark teak wood with lots of greenery but the hotel is desperately in need of some TLC and is now looking very neglected. The wooden boardwalks that link all the bungalows are rotten and uneven, there is a big section of boards by the pool that have gaping holes in and has been fenced off by rope. Health and safety would have a field day! When I was there, the rubbish bin by the pool had not been emptied for 3 days, there were used plates and glasses left poolside and not cleared up, I never saw anyone cleaning the pool itself or putting the sunbeds back in position. I understand that staff numbers will have have been cut due to Covid and fewer guests but the lack of maintenance/upkeep has become a big issue. Although there were only a few people staying, I was put in a bungalow next door to other people (they are divided into two rooms) and you could hear people next door at night. It was a big room but there were no plugs sockets either side of the bed or charging points. The only English TV channel was Al Jazeera (?!), the TV remote had Netflix but this didn’t work and worst of all the WiFi kept failing so you had to login each time with passwords on a fiddly piece of paper. Water also had a yellow tinge to it and it looked like the toilet wasn’t clean, ditto if you ran the sink tap for a long time. To sum up, this was expensive for the money. I Much preferred the first hotel I stayed in Nai Yang, the Nai Yang Beach Resort. This hotel needs to spend some money and take pride in its appearance.…
I stayed here for 2 weeks during the Phuket Sandbox period. I enjoyed the whole experience. The staff are genuine and friendly. (I told them I wanted them to help me to learn as much Thai as possible and they took their jobs seriously). The food is delicious, the atmosphere relaxed and the facilities are fantastic. Not only would I recommend it, but I'm returning with my family and ten of our friends in April next year.
Very comfortable property next to the beach, and airport. Lush, spacious gardens, shuttle to airport. Rooms large, well maintained. Ours was looking onto a bamboo fence, masking the carpark, but most overlooking gardens. Food at dining rooms good local, much seafood, and western.Live music in bar. Breakfast standard, but pleasant outdoor setting with view of beach. Pool clean, refreshing. Poolside service limited. Overpriced for amenities provided. Would stay again if less expensive.
The resort if about a year old and it being very well maintained. I stayed with a group of work colleagues and the meals were very good. Boss Bar was good in the evening. My only down side was the free wifi was so patchy it made it painful to use in the rooms
The best resort I have stayed in in Naiyang beach. The rooms are very spacious, as is the bathroom. Very clean and nice comfortable bed. Plenty of light too, to get ready for an evening out, which makes a nice change. Great pool and beautiful surroundings. Close to the beach and about a five minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. I booked their taxi from the airport (only about a 5/10 minute drive) and there was someone waiting for us when we walked out of arrivals. We also got their taxi back and it was free of charge both ways, although we did tip the driver. Would definitely go there again. Highly recommended.
We chose Naiyang Park Resort because it’s minutes away from the airport. Our flight didn’t arrive until 11:30pm, & the other hotel we’ll be @ for a few more days is about 40min away. I’d emailed the hotel for a shuttle ride a few days prior & got no response. I then called about 6hrs prior to our arrival & they were there @ the airport waiting on us! Even though it took an extra hour to get thru Immigrations. The hotel is very quaint & comfortable. The glass shower was wonderful & big enough for 2. We booked a ‘Deluxe King Room’. We probably saw 3 tiny ants on the desk in the room which was not a problem, There was probably 1-2 mosquitoes in the room & we weren’t bit. Breakfast was included & it was delicious w fresh fruit, pancakes, bacon, chicken sausage, eggs made to order, rice w chicken & veggies, some seafood that my husband said were ‘fish cakes or fish balls’, croissants, some of the best OJ ever..... Our room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel is literally right across the street from a very nice beach. We actually didn’t arrive @ the hotel until about 1am & the check-in was quite smooth. During check-out, they have you to wait about 5min so that someone can go check your room to make sure that it was left as you found it. They did have a very cute, cloth laundry bag w the hotel logo that I kept as a souvenir that was 100 baht (abt $3 USD). There’s a list in the room of what everything costs if you’d like something to keep. Overall 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. 😊 We’re now traveling on to our other hotel that’s about 40min away, still in Phuket. So this is a great stop over. AND the pool was great, very warm, almost like bath water! Our only complaint is that there were no pool towels in the room as advertised.…
Stayed here from the 19th to 31st Dec. Booked directly and arranged for collection from airport and they were waiting for us on arrival in a luxury MPV. Such a beautiful resort, we were allocated room 5 which was a large semi detached bungalow, close to the pool, very spacious and lovely huge bathroom. Spotlessly cleaned daily , free WiFi and white fluffy towels. Large TV , huge bed, perfect air con, dressing gowns and safe in room free of charge to use. The pool was very large and well maintained, with a pool bar -excellent service from the staff here especially the gentleman. The grounds are immaculate. Food/Drinks are available round the pool and are very reasonably priced. The resort is right across from a huge beach and the area is nice and quiet. Toiletries included every day (shampoo, shower caps, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, soap), a safe, bath robes, slippers, beach/pool towels, umbrellas, hairdryer. Away from the rooms there is the Boss Bar and restaurant which has a great atmosphere, live band, inside and outside seating, plus a pool table and aircon. Gee the barman makes excellent cocktails!!! So beautifully quiet we didn't want to leave. 12 nights stay but could of stayed longer. Also a few bars and beach restaurants within 5 mins walk .. definitely recommend. Our first choice for Phuket.…
Great location and beautiful surroundings. Few minutes walk to the beach, cafe and some nice restaurants. 7/11 close by too. Great breakfast, enough to choose from as well as eggs cooked to your liking. Big spacious rooms and bathroom. complimentary water in the room. Only thing that needs improvement is the thin wall between the room next door. We had a noisy couple next door for a few days. Will be back
I wanted a quiet, easy to get to the airport place. I got way more! Beach is beautiful and 3 mins from the hotels, not crowded and very chilled. Swimming pool is perfect, with shaded areas and towel service. Great spot.
