Great location for Naiyang beach, a few minutes walk. Very peaceful place with lovely grounds, pool, gym. The rooms are very clean and spacious, light and airy, nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel is a bit outdated, not quite enough for 4*... Pool is really far away from hotel but it is close to airport and it was clean. You have 5 min walk to amazing nai yang beach. Breakfast was biggest dissapointment there, every day you have 4 choices of eggs and that is it...

We booked 2 nights here to be close to the airport but I was really shocked to see the state of disrepair at this hotel. As soon as you approach from the car park you notice it. It all looks really tired & unappealing. The toilets by reception are awful & smelly. The pool area is lovely as you approach, through a few trees & by a lovely pond - but then the sun beds & umbrellas are stained & ripped. There is construction going on right by the pool too so it was pretty noisy. Nice big bed in the room, but with 2 single duvets not a double one. The bathroom was also dirty - black smears on the shower wall where it seemed to have been “cleaned” with a dirty cloth, stains in the toilet. There look to be some private bungalows or similar out back but it’s all so overgrown they must not be in use. I would not stay here again!

Maybe our fault but we were expecting a villa type room. However. the room we had was large and very clean, although the air conditioning wasn't quite cold enough. The gardens and pool are well maintained and the pool area is lovely. Despite being close to the airport and a main road it was fairly quiet. About 7 mins walk to the beach and restaurant.

I stayed here after a long flight arriving in Phuket at midnight. Conveniently located, 5mins drive from the aurport and only a 5min walk to the beach and the restaurants / bars. The hotel has more of a Motel style layout but the rooms are clean which matttered most to me. It‘s still basic but just for a night more than enough.

If you are leaving Thailand or just landed in Phuket , and need a rest from your long flights , this ! Is the place. Beautiful , relaxing , little hotel near the beach ( 5 minute walk ) . We all good services. Great Wifi. Good pool in the middle of a bunch of trees which gives you the feeling you are in Thailand. Good food . Also if you don’t want to eat there , just walking you have places to eat in front of the beach . And also ! Is ten minute drive or less to the airport ! Great room. I really loved it. Super clean. Spacious , comfortable. Great bed. What else do you need!?

Booked 1 night as flying out from Phuket next day. Got a nice surprise! This place was clean , spacious, modern and had everything I needed plus a super comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Breaky was average. Pool was a 2 minute walk away. Stunning beach 5 minute walk. Airport 5 -10 minute cab ride. Lovely little beach village there with shops, massage and bars. Really enjoyed my stay. I think it was good value.

My husband and I recently spent a night in this hotel. It is very conveniently located near the airport, however do ask for the hotel pickup service before arrival, as the taxi prices from the airport are very high, including Grabit. The rooms are large and clean, although the furniture is a bit dated. There was a place to work in the room, which was good for my husband. We were told that there is a pool, but we didn’t get to use it. Breakfast buffet was rather limited, but they do have eggs, fruits, toast and cornflakes. The beach is a walking distance from the hotel, but I didn’t understand if it is good for swimming or not, as we went there late night. One place which is a must visit just 200 meters from the hotel is a restaurant call Black Ginger. A great date-night kind of experience. The staff was nice, but not 100% fluent in English.

We spent a great week at the Touch Green, the staff and the management were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and had a big balcony. Some traffic during the day but at night very quiet. The pool was also very clean and big enough for a good swimm. Only 5 min. walk to the beautiful beach and the restaurants.

There are many things to admire about this hotel and I will start by listing some of the positives. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The walk to the pool is simply stunning and the pool itself was quiet and relaxing. We checked out of our room at 11 and the staff kept our luggage and also provided us with towels to have a shower before we left for the airport that afternoon. For me that is where the positives end. The hotel had the strangest setup I've ever experienced. It is like two separate hotels! Our room faced out onto a carpark. The curtains had to be drawn at all times to retain some privacy. This however, was not a big problem. On two separate occasions we were woken before 7 by a bus which was parked directly outside our room door. The bus was left running and it was extremely loud. On the second morning of us being woken up my husband approached the bus driver and asked him to turn off the bus. He refused. He pointed towards the reception and my husband went to ask the front desk staff to ask the driver to turn off the bus. Again they refused. The bus was eventually moved but only a few meters away and we could still hear it making loud strange noises as people got on and off. This woke us up 2 out of the 4 days we stayed here. The other days we were woken by a faulty smoke alarm(a staff member came to the room and pulled the alarm off the ceiling so we were left in a room with no alarm) and on the other occasion another staff member was outside the door at 6.50 sweeping leaves which also woke us up. This all may sound very dramatic however, the main reason I go on holiday is to ensure I get uninterrupted sleep. I dont think its unreasonable to ask not to be woken up before 8 am! Perhaps the biggest let down was the lacklustre breakfast. My eggs were either cold or undercooked or both. The dining area is quite big and has potential. I'm not a fussy eater however only have cold, undercooked eggs on the menu was not acceptable. I feel like the staff in this hotel are directly responsible for its pitfalls. If I wasn't awoken 4 out of 4 mornings and the breakfast was better I would of scored this hotel much higher. Overall, a it was a disappointment.
