We decided to stay at the Romantica in March this year after our flight home was cancelled. I have been to Thailand many times and I can honestly say this was the best hotel I have stayed at. I really wished we had booked this for our honeymoon from the start! The staff were amazing, the rooms were massive and so clean. It is a beautiful hotel, very romantic and would suggest it for any honeymoon couple.

The best thing about this hotel is that you can eat at any hour throughout the day, because the restaurant is open from 12.00 to 23.00. The food is very tasty, specially the Phad Thai, the chalanai sandwich, fried chicken…. Also, The staff is super nice and willing to help you at any time. I defitnely recommend staying here if you are looking for a well located resort to go to the beach and to go on trips.

Absolutely loved the experience of staying at Romantica. The staff are amazing and always available and keen to help in any way. Had a poolside room which was perfect. Great size and loved the bathroom setup. Was very clean. The pool area is also perfect. There is plenty of room. It's well kept and has a lovely feel to it. Would definitely stay here again.

If you’re coming to Phuket, you have to stay here! The rooms are absolutely stunning and the pool is as good as any I’ve ever been in. What really stands out at this hotel is the service and hospitality that the staff provides. Gutted to be leaving this place and when we come back, there’ll be no other place to stay than here. Stayed at the Chanalai Romantica Resort for a week and am happy to say it was one of the nicest places I stayed at in Thailand. The staff were very friendly and offered sound advice on places to visit and tours to explore. The facilities were great, very clean and organised which was a pleasure. My husband and I have just returned from a two week stay at this hotel. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Yes it is small and at times quiet (untill we arrived) but we like this. The staff and management are amazing, from the day we arrived to the we left they were attentive and friendly couldn't do any more for you if asked The breakfast was all you could ask for, the food was amazing and not to mention the cocktails which I consumed a few whilst laying round the pool made by Cola, he would do well having his own swim up pool bar! Our room (a swim out pool room) was big, clean and actually looked like the pictures. Most days we would arrive back to the room with made up animals and flowers on our bed, these little touches are most appreciated. Thank you to pin, pop and all the staff for our amazing stay at your hotel. We will return to see you soon....…

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights. I would like to thank K'Yaya, K'Jiab, K' Pond, K'Fred for the warm welcome! and special mention to a very friendly and hard-working bartender named k' Pui. We really enjoyed our stay and we loved the 99 THB cocktails promotions! The rooms are well decorated, spacious and new. overall we had a great stay and the staff are amazing!

I went here with my partner and stayed for a week and the customer service from the staff was amazing. From the moment u arrive to the moment you leave they really make you feel welcome. Thanks to Pin, Pop, Golf, Pond, Yaya and Jaed from being so friendly and going above and beyond. Location of hotel is perfect and rooms were extremely nice and clean. 100% recommend this stay.
