Our house has two spacious and welcoming double rooms, LIMONE & MANDARINO, each with an independent entrance, a private bathroom with shower and an equipped outdoor area. Heating in low season. The two rooms can be connecting. Bed linen and towels are provided with change weekly. Our house is on the hill of Montagnone, in Via Quercia 101, at Mezzocammino, precisely mid-way between Ischia Porto, the largest town on the island, and the municipality of Casamicciola Terme. A bus stop with frequent links to Casamicciola/Forio/Sant'Angelo is 300 meters from our house, at the Castiglione, next to the Thermal park of the same name. After about 10 minutes' walk downhill you reach the Port of Ischia and the bus station. Via Roma, a real shopping paradise, and the main centre are 20 minutes' walk away. The path downhill is very pleasant, although going back uphill is not as easy but it also depends on the time of the day and, after all, you can always take a bus to come back! If you like to get around the island freely, you can hire a scooter or a small car. Upon request, we can provide you with the prices of local rental services before your arrival. We recommend La Cycas to enterprising travelers, who love to spend time in the Green Island at the discovery of new landscapes, views and corners, and who like to be independent and set their own agenda. Weather permitting, breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the Gulf and the coast, in the shadow of the gazebo. In-between season or in the case of bad weather it is served in the sitting room, while enjoying a wonderful and always different view of the sea with its hues of colours and shades. At the time of booking please mention any food intolerances so that we meet any specific requests. Our breakfast consist of milk, coffee, tea and herbal infusions, juices, factory-made cakes and homemade cakes, biscuits, yoghurt, fresh fruit and more. Cheese and cold cuts are also served on request.
