I would suggest speaking direct to the bookings team at Potters, very friendly and helpful. It wont hurt to ask the question! Sorry I couldn't answer your question more directly.

From memory the second bedroom in the bungalow I stayed in had both a tv...although smaller than the main room and wardrobe space.
