The resort is in a great location, in the heart of Gympie Tce. Our one bedroom unit was modern and well-presented with a view over the river (but of course there’s no beach in Noosaville). It had everything we needed: plenty of crockery and utensils, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, hotplates, toaster and a microwave as well as full laundry facilities. Consistently with the fact that it’s self-catering only minimal consumables were provided, but there’s a convenience store just down the street and Woolworths (and Dan Murphy’s) are within easy walking distance out the back gate. The wi fi worked very well, and the TV included a number of Foxtel channels. Everything around the resort was really neat and tidy, including the pool. We LOVE staying at Colonial whenever we visit Noosaville. Kathie is briliiant, efficient, super friendly and always so accommodating. The location is simply the best, so central along Gympie Terrace and Fine coffee at the base/entry level is awesome too! Cannot recommend Colonial Resort highly enough and can't wait to return in June :)

The Colonial ticks all the boxes for us. Great location on Gympie Terrace, with arguably the best coffee shop/cafe in the area on the ground floor. The pool and surrounding gardens and facilities are fastidious maintained and scrupulously clean. The Colonial is walking distance to nearly every where. Resort managers Kathie and Malcom are very professional being friendly and accommodating. Minor issues are resolved immediately. Two levels of accommodation is available, pool or river views. We opt for the river view as there is always something happening on the esplanade or river and the balcony is the idea spot to enjoy this with a cold drink. Kathie and Malcolm should be justifiably proud of the standard that they have achieved and maintain. We have stayed at a few different places in Noosa Heads and Noosaville which have been good but the Colonial really does tick all the boxes for us.…

Love coming to Colonial Resort in Noosaville, you feel relaxed right from the moment you step into the resort. Beautiful, spacious apartments and a lovely pool to relax around. The Colonial Resort is in a fantastic location being right across the road from the river and restaurants, cafes etc right outside your door. Also thank you to Kathie, she is always a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to our next stay in August.

We absolutely love Colonial Resort! Beautiful self catering apartments, always clean and in the perfect location. It’s located right along the river with a variety of restaurants to choose from and is only 3km from Noosa Main Beach. The resort also has a lovely pool (both hot & cold) which can also be seen from each balcony. We have stayed at Colonial Resort on numerous occasions and keep going back because we love it so much. Kathie (who managers the bookings) is always so helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a lovely spot in Noosa to stay, I would highly recommended Colonial Resort!

Thanks to Cathy and the awesome Colonial resort Noosaville for a fantastic holiday. The resort is in the perfect location for restaurants etc. we have been coming to Noosa for 17 years and this is our now our come to resort. Go here. You will LOVE it

A lovely getaway to one of our favourite destinations, Noosaville was made even better by our hosts and accommodation at Colonial right in the heart of Gympie Terrace. Our room was nicely appointed and very clean, the pool and surrounds were well kept and our hosts were friendly and welcoming. From here, without getting into the car, we got to enjoy our favourite restaurants, took a sunset boat cruise, took lots of walks along the river, had a twilight picnic, and even enjoyed a glass of wine under the moon light, after a perfect night out. Couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Thank you!

Colonial Resort was absolutely amazing. Our top floor river view apartment was awseome with views over the river. Apartment was excellent and spotlessly clean. Perfect in every way. The complex is so central to everything. the river ferry service, restaurants and bars. Many restaurants all within walking distance The car had a break in the underground carpark as well. We walked everywhere highly recommended. The managers were most helpful on arrival.

Our visit end of March to the Colonial Resort was absolutely amazing. Our top floor river view apartment was stunning. Apartment was large, so clean. Perfect in every way.The swimming pool is fantastic, large and all so well kept. Loved the complex being so central to everything. We have booked for August can’t wait to return. Beautifully run complex.

We first stayed here when our kids were toddlers and have returned many times over the years. We just returned with our now 13 & 15 yo boys and we still think this place is the best. Great spacious accomodation with everything you need nearby. Well done Colonial!
