Our friendly holiday apartment complex is situated on a quiet side street just 50 metres from Gympie Terrace on the Noosa River in Noosaville, where you can find chilled out cafes, beautiful restaurants, interesting shops and water activities galore! We have 16 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom/1 bathroom self contained, self catering apartments that are fully furnished and fully kitted out to be your home whilst you're away from home. Our boutique resort features a heated pool, spa, a BBQ area, tranquil gardens and undercover parking for each apartment. We look forward to welcoming you soon! This place is super well rated for a reason! Spacious - even a simple one-bedroom has plenty of room and storage. Clean - spotless to fault everywhere. Quiet - really smart how the units are built to all have a patio yet well sound proofed. It's also tucked away in a quiet little street. Kitchen - I have never been to a place where they really thought of EVERYTHING you can possibly need... down to even cling wraps, picnic ware, and plastic containers of all sizes! TV - smart TV you can sign into Netflix and Youtube. Location - Literally, you walk out of the entrance, turn left, and in about a block you hit the gorgeous river that is lined with cafes, restaurants and shops. Be sure you go out there for a wander and a jog along the river. If you walk out and turn right, you will hit the main road that has a big friendly Woolworth and Reject Shop (5-7 min walk). Pizza, McDonalds and Red Rooster maybe 10-15m walk. Accommodating - we were able to be checked in early! Also Adrienne, the property manager, was always available and ready to help with anything in the most efficient and no-nonsense matter. She was amazing and even helped us retrieve our toddler's lunch bag! The only thing I can complain is...not much free wifi. If you go over the allotted usage (less than 1 GB), but it's such a small thing! Stairs and stair cases are not that wider. We were able to leave our pram on the bottom of the staircase, and walk up two levels carrying a toddler if need be, but might want ask for a lower level room if you dont want the hassle. We loved everything about the Rimini apartments especially its convenient location which was walking distance to a huge variety of restaurants. We didn’t feel the need to hire a car as the bus stop was only a short walk away, the free bus takes you directly into Hastings St. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The hosts were an absolute delight from the initial enquires I made about the property to the day we checked out. We will definitely return to this wonderful property!

Stayed for a few nights across the Christmas period. Everything was perfect from check-in, location and the unit itself. It was modern, very clean and comfortable. Can’t recommend Rimini Holiday Apartments enough.

We are very glad that we discovered the Rimini Holiday Apartments and we have been back for another much needed break since. We plan on making the Rimini Holiday Apartments our go to destination as it is in great position, close to the Noosa River, an abundance of restaurants/cafes within walking distance and a short drive to Noosa. Adrienne & Paul are super friendly and very accommodating hosts.

Loved the Rimini Holiday Apartments ! The management - Adrienne & Paul are so friendly & helpful. The apartment that we stayed in was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Really appreciated the washer and dryer after our road trip. The grounds and gardens are immaculate and very relaxing to view with a drink. The location is great, easy walk to Gympie Terrace and also to Noosa Parade. Close to the supermarket ( they provide a shopping trolley to bring your purchases home !) and the great restaurants in Noosaville. We would recommend Rimini Holiday Apartments and we will definitely return !

We have stayed at Rimini often on visits to Noosa. The units are spacious, very clean and a great location with short walk to restaurants and the ferry stop. Rimini are well managed apartments and very competitively priced.

Once again we had a great stay at Rimini Noosaville. Adrienne & Paul were great hosts & nothing was too much trouble for them. The deluxe apt ( on 1st floor) was lovely with all you needed.If you want to cook there were all the bit & pieces in the kitchen such as gladwrap , baking paper , pepper,salt & more . The river is 100 mtrs away, with cafes , restaurants, ferry & Woolworths all within walking distance. Fantastic accommodation for a short or long stay . Enjoy!

Rimini Apartments are just back from the Noosa River, a 3 minute walk from all the restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, clubs, and boat hire places. Rimini is quiet, very pretty to look at, well run,. The standard apartments are very functional and comfortable; the next-level up apartments are beautiful and worth the extra. We've stayed in both, and enjoyed the visit both times. Good parking under-cover on site. Nice pool area. Helpful and knowledgeable hosts
