We stayed in Grand Nefeli in early October. The room was nice and bright, and very clean with beautiful views of the beach and mountains. We enjoyed very much the large balcony where overlooking the swimming pool and beach but was private enough not to be bothered/bother next door neighbours. The downstairs bar/restaurant by the swimming pool was very cosy and comfortable but most importantly, all the staff was very welcoming and helpful with any queries we had about the hotel (parking, rooms etc.) but also the local area. There was even service provided at their private beach so we could order refreshments straight after coming out of the sea. The location was perfect as it's at the end of Vasiliki (15 minutes walk to the marina) but literally right on the beach. There were still restaurants and cafes available within 5 minutes walk. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Lefkada.…

The room was quite large in addition to other hotels . But the unacceptable subject was that in the bathroom there was no hot water,only cold . So that is an important factor to choose your hotel. Although the room was not quite clean as it suppose to be

The location is fine. However the hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Not clean. We stayed 4 nights and they never changed the bed sheet and towels. The cleaners only made the beds. They did not even mop the room. No toiletries which is a shame for a supposed 4 star hotel. Last but not least, I had an electric shock when I touched by mistake into the rusted electric stove. Not worth for the money I paid. Dared to have lunch once and they brought us completely different order from the one we placed and also of very bad quality. I would be ashamed for this kind of service.

Zuerst. 4 Sterne hat es nicht, 3 Sterne kann man aber geben. First. It doesn't have 4 stars, but you can give 3 stars. Betten waren weich, Kopfpolster hart. Man bekommt 3 kleine Haarwaschmittel + Bodysoap. Die werden nicht nachgebracht. Für 2 Personen und 7 Tage zu wenig, besser selber zur Sicherheit etwas einpacken. Beds were soft, pillows hard. You get 3 small shampoo and body soap. They will not be brought later. Not enough for 2 people and 7 days, better pack something yourself to be on the safe side. Zimmer sind großzügig und für Familien mit 2 Kindern kein Problem. Sauberkeit leider nur oberflächig. Rooms are spacious and no problem for families with 2 children. Cleanliness unfortunately only superficially. Frühstück bescheiden, aber ausreichend. Eier oder Speck in der Warmhaltung trotzdem kalt. Man könnte das Gerät auch einschalten. Breakfast modest but sufficient. Eggs or bacon are still cold when kept warm. You could also switch the device on. Unterschiedliche Teller, Gläser und Besteck waren dagegen schon lustig. Different plates, glasses and set, on the other hand, were funny. Strand toll, der beste Abschnitt der gesamten Bucht, Surfschule, kostenloses Equipment für Hotelgäste finde ich großzügig. Great beach, the best section of the entire bay, surf school, free equipment for hotel guests I think is generous. Etwa 3 Kilometer zur Stadt / Hafen, sind in 20 Minuten ohne Probleme zu bewältigen. Please avoid this hotel. All the negative comments are true! Mouldy and dirty, lying and arrogant manager. Fitness room a bad joke. At best a 2 star. To be fair, the location, sea view from upper stories and the surf school are positive aspects.

Previous stays were great. Good beach location , rooms ok. I booked a stay for August 2021 but due to a medical issue we were unable to go. Having been hospitalized I missed the deadline for cancellation. I had an email from Nefeli saying they were about to take 50% of the total stay cost! I immediately contacted the hotel and was given the managers mobile no. Having explained to him my predicament he said he would have a word with the owner and get back to me. No email ,no phone call just £700 lighter. Is there no compassion? do they not understand the situation? They have defiantly lost a customer over this.BAD COMMUNICATION, BEWARE

Honestly one of the most worst places when I have been in my life. So expensive, so dirty, so demage, so small. Awful place. Just a staff was very helpful and friendly. 134€ per night’s for what’s. Bathroom is to small like for dwarf. Shower doesn’t work well and shower corner is broken.

Our stay at the hotel was really nice, the owners are very kind ! The room was big enough for two adults and a two year old. The pool is very nice, and they bring u everything u need for the breakfast.

Very good spot to learn how to windsurf or SUP. Apart from that it is anyway a very good place to relax, as the hotel is literally 20-30m from the very beatiful sea of Vasiliki, and also a 20-30m drive away from the famous Porto Katsiki beach. Lots of hospitable people with always a smile on their face. The food has been great as well with lots of traditional Greek food.

Great place! Beautiful, spacious rooms with kitchen and balcony. The staff is very kind. It is located directly on the beach. Perfect place for windsurfing! The place also offers free parking. Would recommend 100%!
