Billy's house consists of 4 studios,and 4 2-room apartments ,all ground floor , that are surrounded by a well maintained, large garden and sheltered by mature plane trees.There are two barbeques in the garden as well as wooden tables under the shade of the trees where you can enjoy your meals or drinks and relax. There is a sheltered garage to park your car ,a children's playground and a brand new swimming pool!There is free Wi-Fi everywhere in the building and premises.The place is popular with regular guests who come back year after year as the atmosphere is very friendly and ideal for families. AND! Most important...we smile at people!!The owner (Chrissa) speaks English fluently and a little Italian.

We are a family of 4 with two children and a dog. Our stay at Billys apartments was excellent. The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a great location right by the sea. The surroundings are beautifully landscaped. Next to the apartments there is a very clean swimming pool! Krisa, the landlady, is very friendly, always ready to help and full of great suggestions for a delicious lunch or an excursion. We really had a great time and hope to come back soon! We are happy to recommend!

Calm, tidy and best located place. Our kids loved the pool and the garden. The houses are about 100 meters from the beach but it is very calm and in the same time close to everything you could nead. Chrissa was the greatest host we have ever had, she told us so much nice places to visit in Lefkada and even gave us a small present when we were leaving. We are already planning our next visit there!

We stayed here with our family in 2022. We could not have wished for a better place. Walking distance from the beach, Billy's House is a beautiful, green, tranquil setting, where you can relax by the super pool, have a bbq in the beautiful grounds or play games on the terrace. The host Chrissa had thought of everything to make our stay simply the best time we have had in Vassiliki. We can't thank her enough for making our stay so wonderful. We are already looking forward to staying again next year. Thank you.

Beautiful place. Simple but tasteful apartments surrounded by trees. Beach is a 1 minute walk. The garden has a number of shaded tables where you can eat and drink with friends, as well as a very well maintained pool. Chrissa the landlady is very kind and always helpful. Highly recommended.

The place is beautiful and in nature , you can hear the birds for a peaceful and relaxing experience. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk in Vasiliki . The host Krisha is very attentive and provides all you need for a perfect vacation. Don’t miss her singing at a taverna on the island, amazing experience !

We are a family of four and this was our first time visiting. We were so glad we had chosen to stay at this beautiful accommodation. First and foremost everything is so clean and well kept, the gardens are beautiful and the pool was brilliant. Our kids definitely enjoyed our stay just as much as we did and they loved the swimming pool and play area. It takes a few minutes to reach the beach and has a supermarket also just over the road. To sum it up it was perfect and we cannot wait to go back. Chrissa was a fantastic host and couldn’t of done anymore for us. Thank you for making our trip one to remember! James & Beth

We spent eight wonderful days at the same beautiful location, between June 25 and July 3, a family of 3 adults. Everything was perfect, the rooms clean and comfortable, the kitchen equipped with absolutely everything you need, a beautiful yard with big and shady trees, a clean pool and a host, Chrissa, of an extraordinary kindness that was very helpful in absolutely any problem. The property is located about one hundred meters from the beach of Vasiliki, with direct access to it and a few hundred meters from the center and terraces of the small port town. For us this was the best accommodation in Greece and if we return to Lefkada, we will definitely stay here.

Perfect location: Close to the beach - 3 min walk, close to the tavernas - 10 min walk, a supermarket is nearby - 3 min walk. Accommodation: very clean studio, good mattress. Nice garden with 2 barbeque areas, clean pool, lot of space for parking. The owner, Chrissa is always helpful and making sure that you have everything you need. I highly recommend this place!

We spend 2 lovely weeks here with our friends and we loved it . We liked the place and the host was awesome . The place had all the utilities we needed such as : bbq with a nice area where we could have lunch or dinner , free parking , pool area which was great for the kids to play and swim . Rooms were really clean and trash and towels were changed daily. The position is convenient, therefore you could walk to the to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants in the area. Even though we had the air con we didn’t needed because nights were breezy and we could sleep and rest properly which was a bonus . Thanks you so much for everything !!!We highly recommend this place!!
