Good value hotel. Stayed in garden bungalow (not swim up); weather wasn’t greater but we had a pleasant break. Extensive breakfast buffet. Ate mostly in a la carte restaurants in the evening which we enjoyed. Not much within walking distance (bus stop good 20 minutes walk away). 3 beaches, 3 pools. Bit glitzy for us (lots of gold, marble and designer labels) but an enjoyable holiday. Stayed at Miramar last year and preferred that.

I booked a treatment here whilst I stayed in the nearby sister hotel Eva Palace I had the 'ancient spirit elixir' which was a lovely full body scrub to start then a mask on my legs which I then showered off, I did have to stroll through the lobby with a towel draped over me which felt a little risqué. Whilst the mask was on I had a lovely head massage which I usually hate due to either too much pressure leaving my scalp sore or fingers getting tangled/dragging in my hair but this one was SO relaxing restoring my faith in head massages. The massage therapist checked frequently if I was comfortable and relaxed which I very much was. I then had a wonderful lympathic massage of my legs, stomach and back which was so relaxing. I personally have a disorder of the fat tissue in my legs which makes normal massage painful leaving me covered in bruises. This was the perfect amount of pressure to drain lymph system. My partner also enjoyed his full body massage, we would definitely recommend.

We have just come back from a lovely 5 night stay in this gorgeous hotel. We moved from another hotel where we were very unhappy and this place was heaven! We stayed in room 437 (a deluxe sea view) and had wonderful views across to Gouvia. The room was extremely well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had an extremely good walk in shower. Towels were changed every day. Beach towels also seemed to be changed on a daily basis. The hotel’s outside spaces, gardens and beaches were immaculate. The main outside pool was heated which was a huge bonus for me! We used the pool as well as the beaches which were sandy and kind on the feet. The buffet restaurant was extremely good. I don’t usually like buffets as you tend to get a weird mix of food on your plate - this place was different and I had some very good meals in the evening as well as breakfast. Fresh fruit, many salads, cold meats and cheeses and lots of hot food choice. They had an amazing honey comb in a wooden rack which I was impressed with! We also ate in the Italian restaurant one evening and if you’re on a half board basis, you get €20 euro per person taken off the bill. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and at the start of our stay they were very helpful in moving us from our original hotel. This level of service carried through every member of staff that we met. We would certainly stay at this hotel again and as I’m extremely fussy they should take this as a large compliment!

Lovely hotel, as soon as we arrived we were treated really well. The entrance lobby area is very nice, Margarita checked us in, she was really friendly and helpful. We mentioned we had stayed on Corfu for our honeymoon, and they kindly upgraded us to a beautiful suite. The suite had amazing views over the bay and towards Albania. The suite had a beautiful bed, 2 bathrooms, 2 balcony’s and a large lounge area. We loved it. Everything was taken really seriously with COVID, masks in all public places, and mostly everyone adhered to the measures which made it feel much safer than the uk. The staff wore them constantly inside and outside. The main restaurant was quite busy during breakfast but they Have plenty of room. The breakfast buffet was excellent, food was amazing, so much choice. Only downside awful teabags! Can you tell I’m british! We enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace enjoying the view and sunshine. Our stay included half board, which was a little confusing, basically it’s included if you want in main restaurant Mon Repos. If you eat to the Italian or seafood you get 20 euros each towards the bill. We liked the Italian and booked Yali (seafood) for one night, it’s so beautiful overlooking the sea, but unfortunately Yali was shut due to an incoming storm, so we had Yali food at the Italian. Still nice but not the same. Loved the gym, very large with weights and quite a few treadmills. We also Enjoyed sitting on the beach and loved the sunbeds around the small pool. We had a drive around the island and visited Corfu town and Dassia. Unfortunately a massive storm arrived for 2 days, which did ruin it a bit, there was nowhere to sit indoors apart from our lovely room, as indoor pool wasn’t open due to COVID. We really enjoyed our stay and will return to Corfu again one day, and would definitely recommend Grecotel.

After travelling since August, we couldn’t choose a better hotel to stay for a week and wrap-up our vacation with comfort. Located on the tip of a peninsula, Grecotel Imperial has great views. The hotel is luxurious and not cheap; however, we don’t have regrets about spending. We booked a deluxe suite with sea view located on the fifth level of the main building. Our personalized check-in was comfortably done in the lounge (not at the reception) by the concierge who thoroughly explained our package. We were greeted with kumquat liqueur typical from Corfu and refreshing soda with lemon. Our package included transfers to and from the airport arranged before when the hotel contact us to provide information. We also had complimentary Covid Rapid Tests which proved useful on our return to the mainland. We included in our booking The Dine Club with half board dining; however drinks from water to alcoholic drinks are not included. The restaurants are good. The main restaurant offers an extensive buffet. We also used vouchers for two a La Carte dinners. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only suggestion would be the addition of a desk and a chair. We had an extensive choice of coffee and tea. Water for the coffee maker and the kettle was provided every morning. Also, the beach towels were brought to the room. WiFi had a good signal. Days were sunny and great to spend on a sun lounger on the hotel’s beach of calm waters that were reaching our umbrella spot. The hotel was serious on its commitment of safety. The guests were asked to use masks, reduce the number of people in elevators and keep distances. Free masks and disinfectant were available everywhere. Last but not least, we were satisfied with the service from the checking-in to housekeeping, restaurant waiters and staff on the beach.
