Lovely hotel on the edge of an inlet, a 20 min walk to the main restaurants and shops! It was fairly quiet so easy to get a sun lounger and pool towels available at no cost or hassle. Pool Is very large but very cold, could do with heating it a little more! Breakfast very good! Restaurants were closed so only had breakfast and lunch in the hotel! Lunch at the pool bar was ok but nothing special. Room was slightly disappointing, we had two junior suites (interconnected), I felt these rooms were dated especially the bathrooms, walk in shower was one of the worst I’d seen, door opened inwards so very awkward and it wasn’t a modern shower or powerful! No water in the room too which I found strange for a 5 star hotel! Room towels were old and thin, generally needs an update. Aircon was noisy during the night. Staff great very helpful and friendly!

A fabulous experience with the cocktail of Eva, the bar tender and the music of Abbe just magic. A nice time for a experience to do in October, time is soft and colorful. Incredible beautiful and lovely.

My wife and I stayed here in early October for 8 nights. It was a really relaxing holiday at an excellent hotel set in beautiful grounds. 25 minutes from the airport by taxi, costing just over 30 Euros. The hotel is located just to the west of the main part of Santa Eulalia but within a short walk. We walked into the town every night for drinks and dinner. Overall the hotel has good facilities, a lovely pool and the service we received was great. Only suggestion would be to provide some bottles of water in the room each day. The cost of a bottle of water bought at the hotel is extremely expensive at 4.60 euros per bottle!

It's the first October - Back to a wet and windy England after two relaxing weeks at the very well situated and welcoming Hotel Fenicia. Weather was warmer than we expected - 25 to 30 degree C and only dropped to 20 - 22 in the evening, perfect for dining outside. There was some cloud and two days of rain in our two weeks but overall warm and sunny. We chose to have Bed and Breakfast at the Hotel as there is a great selection of restaurants in Santa Eularia. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice from the buffet and a selection of egg dishes, pancakes, bacon etc that were cooked fresh. Guests we met on Half Board, were generally pleased with the evening dinner offerings. The hotel is located five minutes from the sandy, safe beach and ten to fifteen minutes from the centre of town, with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is a cosmopolitan, well kept town with a lovely walk way along the front, from the marina at one end to the river, next to which the Fenicia is located. We stayed in a Prestige junior suite with sea view. This room had not yet been modernised (much of the hotel had been) but had a private sun terrace with jacuzzi, which was a bonus. We were very comfortable here - huge double bed, balcony overlooking the pool and then out to the sea, plus all the facilities you would expect. We did not use the spa or gym but they had a good reputation with people who had. The pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds and a large grassed area for those who did not want to be next to the pool. It was just a short stroll to the beach where you could hire sunbeds for 7 euro each plus 7 euro for a sunshade, and we did this a few times as it is a lovely bay and good for swimming. Overall we had a brilliant holiday, with much to do and see on the Island, and an excellent selection of restaurants in the town. We really liked the hotel, and although it was a little quiet in the evenings, the real bonus was the friendly and helpful staff. Typical of these was Marissa who greeted us at breakfast every day and Jorge, the friendly porter who was always helpful. All the staff we met were a real credit to the hotel. Thoroughly Recommended

We spent a ten days at Insotel Finicia in Santa Eulalia and while the weather was changeable the staff here made sure we had a memorable time. A special mention to Eva who runs the evening bar. Eva is an absolute legend, she made us welcome from the off, she’s a credit to the hotel and a living masterclass in hospitality. She went out of her way to mix a low calorie mojito and her attention to detail is fantastic. Paula behind the desk is an absolute joy! Her enthusiasm and demeanour are so refreshing. She went out of her way to find restaurants she thought we would like and she didn’t disappoint. There are some aspects of the hotel that I might change - we had a meal in the speciality restaurant one evening and the food could have been better. That said, once again it was the staff that saved the day. From Jorge who opened the taxi door to the staff in the pool bar, they really are the life and soul of the place. Thank you everyone for making our holiday special.
