Pleasant appartment, with space enough to relax. Appartment perfectly located in the Centre of the city, near the bakery and supermarket (2-4 minutes) and the Alm Bahn (10 minutes.
Reception is only present in the morning, very friendly.

We stayed in a room with balcony facing the street. The location was great, the facilities were great and the owners very friendly and helpful. Close to the apartment we found a supermarket and a bar and the bus stop was only a few minutes away. They also offered us the Siusi Mobilcard, which allowed us to use the buses in the South Tirol area for free. The apartment was big enough for two persons and it had almost everything we needed - a stove top, a fridge and we asked Nicole for everything else we needed (a toaster, a bigger pan cover, a bigger coffee mug). We enjoyed our stay there and we will go back for sure.

Firstly I have to thank to Nicole for very kind and helpful communication before and during our stay in the Apparthotel Eden. We spent there 6 nice days in February and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is in the center of the village and the skibus stop is just 100m from the hotel (skibus goes every 15 mins in a rush hours). I can highly recommend to everyone who would like to enjoy skiing in the Alpe di Siusi resort or enjoy a beautiful landscape around. I believe that it was not our last visit.

Immaculate apartment. We would definitely return and stay at the same place. The apartment was conveniently located in the middle of the downtown close to the stores and the cable car. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous. We ran out of adjectives to describe the mountains. Nicole was special. She spoke English fluently and was so very helpful, and friendly. The area was magnificent, the apartment was clean and well equipped and Nicole could not have been a better hostess.

Our positive impression started even before we left the States. Nicole was extremely helpful with our reservations -- and we appreciated her fluency in English throughout our stay. The apartment we rented (myself, wife and three boys -- aged 10, 14 and 17) was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The balconies that ran all along the back of our rooms looked out at the spectacular, dominating Dolomites. It was a great place to hang out when we weren't off exploring. The town of Siusi is a little sleepy and many restaurants were closed (due to holidays) while we there -- but there's also something to be said for escaping from the hubbub. The town and the area are both beautiful. The tram to the Alpe di Siusi starts in town and hiking up there is a must. The larger town of Castelrotto is very nearby as well with more restaurants and amenities.

We have spent 14 days of New Year holidays in this apartments and did not have any inconveniences. It is three minutes from the Ski Bus stop (you will reach cable car in 10 minutes by bus or in 5 minutes by car) and located in the center of resort facilities, such as supermarket, butcher and bread shops, ski boutiques, restaurants and bars.
It has own free park place in small yard near house and additional one three minutes around. You will find small hall-dining room (5-6 tables), free sauna with infrared and Finnish booths, lift and cellar for ski equipment (for at least 20-25 sets) in apartments. It is also a swimming-pool in another house, but I haven't been there.
Our apartment itself was about 50 m2 and we had enough place for three adults and child of 2,5 years. It was clean, good looking and well equipped in tiny kitchen. Warm floor in the bathroom and carpet in all rooms. It was a bit darkish in the rooms, but we lived in the ground floor on the shadow side. Not perfect WLAN connection, may be it should be better configured.
When we arrived late in the evening (about 10 p.m.) and found the keys as agreed, the bottle of wine with a set of illustrated materials about ski facilities were waiting for us. Baby bed and baby chair were on place, linen and towels were provided. I always felt the taft care of owners: Nicole and her family. Good advise, event information, some warnings about traffic and ski places, very welcome child attention, a number of 10% discounts at ski rent and some restaurants! The price for high season was more than suitable. I'm sure I'll come back again.

Stayed for a week in peak skiing season, with DH and two kids. Simple but comfortable accommodation. Small but adequate kitchen. Hotel run by very friendly family. Best skiing family we've had. Hotel is short walk from the cable car. Hotel has parking ski locker and a swimming pool.

We returned from 2 days from Siusi allo Sciliar we were 4 families each in an apartment. Perfect location! Perfect residence! We were in the apartment of 6! Beautiful view from the balcony, spacious rooms. The Only Recommendation I would give is to add an extra cupboard in the kitchen where to store your groceries! The lovely receptionist girl!

It is the second year that we stay at the property with our dog. Great location, perfect welcome.
Both apartments where we stayed in the two years enjoy every comfort with balcony and view of the Sciliar.
The house is equipped with every need, very well maintained and clean. Optimal Wi-Fi connection
It is now a place of the heart to return without hesitation
