They treat the gringos good. Most of the staff speak English. All are very kind and well presented. It’s a tight ship. Rooms are clean. Requests are fulfilled without hesitation. I’ve been there for business most weeks since April. Nice place.

5 star hotel. Very modern. Mini bar in room as well as full 750ml bottles of a few standards (Tequila, Mezcal, Scotch, etc.). espresso machine (mornings), antique style radio, turntable and Mezcal shots (in the evening) Huge TV. Quality glassware and service set for drinks. Rubber Ducky and quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Very attractive box that held washcloths, hand lotion, sewing kit, shower cap, and other assorted items. Super large towels. Well thought out room design and layout/floor-plan. Automatic curtains and lights when you came into the room. Nice large shower and bath tub area with awesome rain type shower head. Very comfortable king size bed with fluffy comforter and pillows. Slippers, robe, sweatsuit type wrap if you got cold in the room, Classic 5 star luxury hotel. Great restaurant on the 18th floor. Housekeeping and cleanliness were great. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.…

The hotel is very nice, rooms are large and comfortable. I love the huge windows that allows you to see the city and mountains. The food at the restaurant is good. The staff is friendly, always willing to help!!!

Service and facilities are superb. I went to celebrate my birthday and personnel was very attentive. I stayed at a wellness suite and loved the idea of being able to use the spa facilities at any time. Everything is excellent. l would definitely stay again. They just forgot to have the healthy snacks but I called and brought the right away. Other than that I have no complaints.
