Probably the best hotel in Xinghua - well appointed with a small pool and gym, nice rooms and a good restaurant and bar area. Free wifi throughout. Very limited English spoken (apart from one member of staff). Rates reasonable and taxis to and from the hotel very easy to find and very cheap. Breakfast more Chinese than European but plenty of choice.
A good, clean, quiet efficiently run hotel. The gardens are worth a stroll if just to stare at the Koi in the large lake.Special point, the door staff are very friendly and efficient getting you in and out of your vehicles. The hotel catering is O.K. but we tended to eat locally more often than stay in the hotel. No problems at all with the place, but personally I'm not a great fan of open view lavatories in the suite, you have to screen the window that looks in on the bath then the W,C. with a blind. Small quibble though, it doesn't kill you to press the switch.
Stayed in hotel one night. Check in was somewhat difficult since my reservation was made under a company name. They did give me a refreshing hot towel while waiting. Front desk staff very friendly. Bellboy the same, and showed me to my room. The room had the basic amenities, and the shower was in the bathtub as opposed to a separate shower stall, and the water pressure was strong, and temperature the way I liked it. The breakfast had no fresh salads, and no cold cereals. The coffee was weak, and I had to request milk.
really nice n' fully loaded with everything you'd expected from a 5 star western Hotel, from the room furnishing, comfortable bed n' sheets to the layout, the pool n' surrounded facilities, but it wont last to long due the mold smell n' spots on the walls surrounding the bathroom due to lack of quality water sealing walls in the shower n' bathtub. carpet stained n' filthy reminds you're in a china brand hotel
