We only stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe suite as part of a wedding celebration . The staff tried hard to understand English and with the help of a dictionary and staffs phone app translator we got on well. Breakfast is Chinese but to be expected but still plenty of choice you just have to open minded. Our suite was spotless and huge wi fi was good . The Bell boys in particular were very helpful and were always willing to try and help they liked to practice their English and we our Mandarin it was great fun. The lobby was a bit chilly and the Bar was not straight forward but to be fair they do not really have a bar culture as we do in the west .....we got our drinks though . We would definitely go back . Thank you

Room clean and well equipped, soft bed and good bathroom. Coffee in the room missing but room service brought right away on request! Polite staff - good service. Breakfast buffet good - even smoked salmon! No cheese, but they brought a portion when requested. Room was a bit cold and air condition did not warm it up - we could have asked for heater, we did not, so no complain. And on the top of everything they have great swimming pool and gym facilities - all was time to close but they gave us extra time!

Booked one night as my daughter was visiting from Scotland. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and spotless. The staff are very polite, although shy. The room itself, was magnificent, possibly one of the best I have stayed in. There was a problem with the wifi, and couldn't connect, but as it was only one night, it wasn't a huge issue. The shower was to die for, and once you go in, you dont want to come out. The beds were amazing, so comfortable. The hotel could do with international channels on the TV though. Plenty of toiletries available, even a weighing scale, but we avoided that. The price included breakfast, and this is what let the hotel down. of course it is a Chinese hotel, but the lack of choice for "westerners" was poor. The things we did choose, the bacon (not your usual bacon), sausages, and eggs were stone cold. The mushrooms were stone cold. In fact the only hot thing was the coffee!! If you are Chinese and like eating fish or pork dumplings for breakfast, or eating ducks necks, thats great. The main let down was that the food was COLD!!!!!

Goayou is still considered a small town, so exploring a modern international hotel was not what we expected. The hotel looks still quite new, maintenance is done well, the lobby is big and friendly, most of the staff speaks some english (all try) and some are quite well. The first impression of the hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are today's standard, nothing missing. Positive: The bed is not as hard as usual and we had a good sleep. Sadly there is no international TV channel at all. The bathroom is very clean. The lobby bar is OK, but feels cold. Significant improvement is possible. Staff is friendly and supportive. The restaurant is good, the taste is Chinese and excellent. Limited amount of western food. The buffet is a little bit disorganized. Nobody would expect the Sashimi next to the Ice cream. The staff is well trained. The breakfast is not European, but fine. Enough food available.
