First of all I would say that I have mix fillings about reviews but I was positively surprised by kindness, helpful and honest by the stuff of hotel my room was on the top of taverna. I sad to my self will be noisy at night or day? No all time I have sleep well there was no noise or anything's that may disturb my dreams. The breakfast was good enough. I even buy for me lactose fray milk but they told that next time I have to send email to them and they will pay for milk. Sunbeds were enough for all of us. This year was quite busy the beach is rocky when you get in the water was sand. Close to center square and all trips with boats.

Nice hotel. Friendly we had a superior double very nice great view pool and sea. Lovely shower bathroom. Room small but air con lovely. Entertainment good at night. Hotel right on beach. My only concern about it all fantastic selection of food but it was cold in the main area which wasn't very nice but a very big selection. All in all very nice.

Avra beach hotel is a very good all inklusive hotel with a large variety of food so everone can find Something right beside a very rocky beach room was large with a sea view alltogether a hotel i can recommend to family and couple cleaning of room could have been better

We spent 10 days at this lovely, family-run hotel and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great location directly at the waterfront with own clean and beautiful beach, 3 min walking from the busier center with restaurants and shops. Our room was simple but spacious, bright, very clean and equipped as advertised. We loved the breathtaking view having breakfast in the small garden next to the beach every morning. Great food at the tavern where we ate several times. Last but not least super kind, attentive and helpful staff, was a real pleasure to stay here.

I'm slightly confused by the positive comments on here. As a frequent traveller of Greece this is probably the most average hotel I've ever stayed in. It's an old hotel that needs serious renovation - for example we only had 1 plug socket available in our room because the *built in* wardrobes were covering the only other two available. This I can somewhat overlook. What I can't overlook is just the lack of helpfulness of the reception staff. One example: C: Are there any bike rental shops you'd recommend? Hotel staff: I don't know C: OK, no worries what about restaurants? Hotel staff: I don't know C (SEPERATE OCCASION): Where's the best beaches near Nydri? Hotel staff: I don't know. Honestly it became comical in the end. Didn't help us with our bags up the two flights of stairs, just "here's your keys" All in all, for the price you pay for this hotel it's genuinely worth looking elsewhere. It's 1000000% not worth the money. Simply don't bother! Good luck all C…

Best place to relax and enjoy yourself, suitable for both couples and fanilies. Sea just in front of the hotel with organised beach and taverna with delicious food, drinks and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Location also very close to Nydri center.

The hotel is old and the decoration old fashioned as well. We asked for their best room, with a view and without noise. We got a room facing the tavern, with noise from the tavern, customers eating till late at night, but also smells from the chimney of the tavern. The window was dirty and the air condition pretty noisy and old. I wouldn't choose this overpriced hotel. You could find way better hotels in Lefkada for the price of 80 euros (thats how much we payed....) We asked to stay more from 12:00 (check out time) till 18:00 and we got charged 60€ extra. ps. the rooms that are advertized on booking platforms are not the ones. there are two buildings, and the one bulding uper the tavern, is not advertized, and thats the one we got. Ps2. If you rate them with 1 star, they use your personal date by searching on google about your business, and then they rate you with 1 star as well. Thats what they did to me after my review. We went here on a spontaneous trip for a week. We had limited knowledge of nydri and the hotel in general. To start with, I might need to explain our expectations of the trip. We wanted a nice comfortable hotel. Close to the sea and not so crowded. We also wanted to have walking distance to tavernas and restaurants. And this hotel really delivered it. The room was very clean and fresh. The staff are very service minded. It’s right at the sea and you have 5-10min walk to the harbour we’re you can find very good cafés and bars. The Nidri area is very comfortable, safe, and relaxed, cosy and small. Now to the hotel. It doesn’t have a pool but you have the sea right in front of it. The hotels have small fees for most of the things. Sunbeds are 3euro/bed.The ac cost like 5euro a day. But it’s a minor cost and well worth it. In general I would like to say this is a hotel you get a lot of value for the money spent! The breakfast is limited and not the biggest buffet (perhaps during covid) but it where fresh and more than I needed! It really delivered what we wanted and I would really honestly recommend this hotel. I’m leaving this trip with nothing more then everything worked out perfect and I have zero complains.…

Avra Beach is located at the end of one of the beaches I Nidri, within close walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Nothing is really far away here. The rooms are recently renovated, standard European size. They are cleaned every day. There is a fridge and a kettle. You can get A/C, safety box and beach towels for a fee. There are no big bars just next to the hotels so it was nice and quite at night. Breakfast is fine and served until 10. The hotel staff was taking the COVID-19 regulations serious and serving you the breakfast over a counter so it felt very safe. Best part of the hotel is the garden/beach, it’s a nice lawn with trees almost all the way down to the pebble beach. So there is plenty of shade to cool down. The sun beds can be rented for 4 EUR. The view is fantastic overlooking some small islands and the mainland. It’s a pebble beach but just after a few steps in the ocean the bottom is nice and sandy. There is also a restaurant on the premises. Overall this is a good budget accommodation and we had a lovely and relaxing week.…

Nice and clean place but it is basic. You will have to pay to sit on their property beach side. I did not like this and I felt I was nicked and dimed. I stay at the hotel and ate at their Taverna but I still had to pay to sit on their beach chairs!
