The location is the best with this hotel. It is situated at the beach and close to good restaurants as Pinewood and shops and bakery nearby makes living here easy. We had one room with views over the mountains and one room with seaview, both ok. Very friendly cleaning lady and the room is clean and new sheets and towels every day. The small kitchenarea do not have the basics so it was impossible to do any cooking but boil water. There is a good parking in front of the hotel but very crowded. Aspa at the reception, wich is situated at Eva beach hotel, gave us very good advice about where to go and what to do on the island, very helpful. Peaceful area even though close to the center of Nidri, many bars and resturants at the beach too. Family firendly area. We had five very good days here. The bar Christiania in the neighbouring house was a good start and ending of the day serving fresh drinks and food and they also made us feel welcome to the area.…

The Location is practically on the beach, the view is amazing, with the islands and the sea. The room is spacious, good parking near the building, and it is very close to the center of Nidri. I recommend this location.

We stayed for seven nights (25/07/2020-01/08/2020) in this peaceful, heartwarming place and indeed it was everything we could ask for! The location is simply great as it is situated literally ON the beach and close to the center of Nydri, so that shops, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants etc, everything one might need is within walking distance. Still it retains its calmness and a sense of serenity and isolation, ideal for families and couples. The owner, Chara, was very welcoming and she kindly offered us a room with a view on the beach even without us specifically asking for it. Our room was clean, spacious and we felt safe (considering the current situation of the pandemic) from day one, something we highly valued! We will definitely consider coming back soon! Nice, clean apartment in a good condition with wonderful sea view. Good parking. The only reason I give 4 points is that we did not feel the care from the staff/owners side. There are some small but irritating details in the room that could be easily fixed by paying a little attention: there is no shower gel,no kettle, there are no shelves in the cupboard to put the clothes, cutlery, glasses and plates are very low placed (under the washbasin) and there is no kitchen towel and dishwashing liquid in the apartment. Even their own guests need to pay when using their sunbeds... Good location for evening walks in the center/promenade of Nidri.

Been there at the beginning of June. A nice clean location with very friendly personnel. Close to Nautilius scuba club. They have their own piece of beach and didn't charge us for the sunbeds. It is close to the village center where you can find quite a few taverns.

Very nice place with great view to the sea, quiet and peaceful, Christina the owner has been very helpful to us whatever we needed she provided or helped us, even drove us from the airport to the studios which was way cheaper than taxi, clean room with tv, AC and kitchen, but in the kitchen there are many things missing so we had some trouble cooking our meals, but not so bad overall :)

We arrived in the dark and were met at the apartments by Aspa who showed us to our room. When we opened the curtains on our first morning - wow, what a lovely view we had!. Almost on the beach and fantastic views of the islands. Christina and Aspa are co-workers based at Eva Beach Hotel which is a hundred yards or so further on from Akroyali and both of them are really helpful. I had forgotten my travel kettle and asked Christina if she could provide one. Within less than half an hour the maid appeared with a brand new one. Service with a smile. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach but you do have to pay 3 euros each for them but it's worth it for the view. There's the Christiana Hotel right next door which has a lovely bar with comfy seats, good food and music (although we did get fed up of listening to Cold Play!). Akroyali studios are within easy reach of restaurants such as Pinewood, Delfini and Tom's and the Bel Air is great for a pre-dinner drink. We've been coming to Nidri on and off since 1993, staying at several different apartments. Akroyali has been the best so far for a room with a view!…

We had a basement apartment which appeared very clean but after the smell of cleaning products went away you could you smell the mold. We tried to changed the apartment but the owners said "avrio - tomorrow", which means never and Greece. We filed a complaint and moved to another city.

We booked as a couple, 2 persons, for 5 nights. On the phone we had specifically asked for a studio with a small kitchen, a twin bed and NOT two single beds, wifi, tv channels because of the Olympics and a view at the sea, all of which were confirmed by the concierge. When we arrived there, we were given a hotel room with a half-destroyed fridge (no kitchen), two single beds “hidden” under a twin sheet and no TV channels. For three days we were told that they were going to fix the TV, on the 4th day finally someone came and placed ONE of the channels that were showing the Olympics. The room was very small and the plumbing old and difficult to use. The parking lot is narrow and was always full. The corridor was full of mosquitoes, which, of course, were coming into our room when the maid was leaving the door open to clean. Thus, every time we were coming back into our room we were hunting mosquitoes. There were also dead mosquitoes on the walls, as well as prints from shoes, probably we were not the only ones having that problem. The doors and the awning were very loud and difficult to open-close. The sheets and towels had marks on it and were changed only once during out 5night stay. The view was a plus, but there was noise from the staff’s preparations on the beach since early in the morning and at night it was dark, so there was actually no view. The wifi was very good, as well as the location of the room, we could go anywhere in Nidri by foot. During our whole stay, no one bothered to ask us if we wanted to switch rooms, and when we got to the check out, we were told that we were lucky to have to pay so little for the room (70EUR/night is not considered cheap)!…
