It’s no exaggeration when I say I was absolutely petrified of diving when we turned up at Planet Nomadas, and was only doing so because my partner wanted to so much. I was a complete beginner, with historic ear issues (which had previously caused problems equalising) and also very asthmatic. Needless to say, I was very anxious. We had a pool lesson initially with Orlando, where he ran through how to dive, drills and safety checks too. We were with him for around 45 mins. The session we had took all my uneasiness away and made me excited for the trip the next day. I can’t thank him enough for his time and patience with me! The trip itself was absolutely amazing! We saw clown fish, a rare frog fish, scorpion fish, surgeon fish, angel fish, trigger fish, a huge school of barracudas and best of all, more than 10 giant manta rays which were around 3m wide. Unbelievable! What an experience. Thank you so much Planet Nomadas. I can’t wait to dive again!

Mario and his staff were very welcoming as soon as we arrived. Always there to answer any question we had and help us with our inquiries about the island. The handcrafted cabins set within a quiet environment are very cozy and the wood material used makes you feel at home. Spanish food is amazing, you should definitely try calamari with aioli! Planet Nomadas is a must try on Nusa Lembongan.

Did my Open Water Course here and it was amazing! Not only the diving spots were fantastic, but everybody on the team was so nice and attentive. Especially Orlando, my instructor, who is a excellent teacher, very professional, knowledgeable, patient and takes time to explain everything so you feel confident! I learned so much in a safe and friendly environment and really enjoyed the experience as well as my stay. The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean, the breakfast yummy and freshly made every morning. Feeling thankful for having the chance to get certified there and meeting so many nice people! Can’t recommend enough!!

Calm and friendly resort with a small but excellent dive center. The staff is really friendly and they make you feel very welcome. The rooms have everything I needed: comfortable bed with mosquito net, both fan and AC, several electric outlets and a safe. But the highlight was the dive center. The dive instructor, Taissa, was very friendly but also professional. If you enjoy diving with a smaller group, eating tasty local lunch from a paper wrap with your hands and having lots of laughs this is the place to dive with. Taissa also offer underwater photography if you wish to bring the memory of the underwater world with you back home.
