We have stayed here for 1 night. We had the standard bungalow. The owner may come across as an odd man but is customer friendly in the sense that he will help you with whatever you please. The room was very clean but not very well isolated as you can imagine. Neighbors were loud so we were not able to sleep very well, which was unfortunate. There are great pools that we loved, and the breakfast was decent.

We visited Naturale Villas with our 9-month-old boy and stayed for 7 nights We wanted to avoid the busiet parts of Nusa Lembongan so Naturale Villas, located right by Mushroom Bay, proved to be the perfect hideout for us. What we liked - The look and feel of the place - lush gardens and self-contained cottages for the win - 2 small swimming pools to take a dip in (one of them is an infinity pool) - The semi-outdoor bathrooms of one's cottage (walled, but no roof - see picture) were charming - definitely an experience in themselves - Humble, polite staff who you get to know well, since the atmosphere is cosy and everything is in close proximity What could be improved - The breakfast selection is basic (choice of eggs on toast or pancakes / a few fruits or fruit juices / tea or cofffee - While the service is good, the place has many small quirks. The cutlery and utensils could do with an overhaul, so could the towels - We started out in one of the poolside villas but the AirCon was too hot for our little boy so they moved us into a bigger, more spacious villa further down the garden, where the Aircon did work. If you can, choose one of these rooms - Despite there being a wide range of activities and services available to choose from, they are pricey and you can definitely save by organising some of them yourself. All in all I really enjoyed our stay here and can recommend it to anyone who is comfortable with a basic 3-star hotel where what you see is what you get and where the quirks of the place only add to its charm.

We had a villa in the middle of the resort and it was beautiful. We had the most amazing time while we were here. Naturale is at one end of Mushroom Bay and is far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet but a short stroll back to the action. The villas are beautiful and the beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning is such a welcome in the hot days/nights. The outdoor bathrooms are very nice and the shower’s hot water is excellent. If you are in the villas with a bathroom facing towards the ocean be prepared to have a lot of sun if you shower in the morning. The staff are excellent and will do everything within their power to make sure you have the best time while you are on the island. We can’t thank them enough for looking after us over Christmas. Breakfast is great and is more than enough to get you going in the morning. The staff had to cope with an island wide blackout while we were there and they made sure any impact was minimal and the generator coped with everyone’s aircon going the whole way through the blackout. We were in the villa for a very large storm and the villas didn’t leak a drop. We will be back here as soon as we get the chance to come back to Bali.

We had one of the family bungalows and found it very average. Zero, coffee, tea, water supplied. We had to ask for hand soap and body soap as what was provided to us at the start of our four day stay was not topped up. On the fourth day we had completely run out. So house keeping was not done correctly. Breakfasts was very disappointing. Left you feeling hungry and it was a very basic breakfast menu. The staff seemed very helpful and the grounds were maintained nicely. Location wise is great but a bit more attention to detail on supplies and providing some more amenities would be great. At some music to the restaurant area. Very quiet when dining
