NO HOT WATER THE WHOLE TIME WE STAYED FOR 4 DAYS, terrible service. no good food (DO NOT EAT GRILLED FISH), terrible breakfast, room full of dust and COCKROACHES in the bathrooms. tv doesn't work, dirty pool. they will scam you for every single penny they can get off you. NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE EVER!! I'm not the person to listen to to the reviews i read, and I PAID THE PRICE staff are arrogant and not welcoming, charging xtra for children to sleep on the existing bed. but they waived all the "xtra bed" expenses after we brought it to their attention that we knew SCAMMING

We booked a family room because we were travelling with 2 kids, of 1 and 3 years old. The family room was way too small, there were no closets so we couldnt store our clothes. Moreover, there wasnt enough space to put our suitcases on the ground. The house was full of musquitos and we found 2 dead cockroaches in our bed. We didnt want to stay here and we checked out as soon as we could. We paid for the full 6 nights and the owner was not willing at all to even talk with us about compensation. We left and had a wonderful time at the Lembongan Beach Club & Resort, but would not recommend this accomodation to anyone.

Booked last minute while island hopping around Bali , for the price we paid we weren’t expecting a lot but we were so pleasantly surprised with this little resort . The huts were well maintained , yes they aren’t brand new but not much on this island appears to be , the place is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Walking distance to restaurants , shops , beach and spas . Breakfast and dinner was tasty local food , staff are probably the friendliest and most helpful you will find anywhere , they arranged a buggy for us at short notice and allowed us an early morning check in. Air con was great as was the pool , it’s a small resort so not crowded and so close to secret beach. Definitely worth a visit .

We had a great stay at nanuks, we stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow, to get to the top level you need to walk through the inside and outside bathrooms which is behind the bungalow and up quite steep stairs. The bungalows are small and basic but served us well for the 3 nights we were there. The staff were always very friendly and happy to help with any requests. We hired a buggy for the day we paid rp60,000 for a full day, we also booked a snorkeling trip for myself and my son which cost rp50,000 for the 2 of us. Breakfast was basic but nice you can choose from pancake, toast, nasi goreng or mie goreng, you can also pay an extra 30,000 for egg. The pool was great for the kids it had a shallow section separated from the deep area. We ate lunch a couple of times there which we enjoyed, it is only a short walk to mushroom beach with a few other restaurants along the way. It has a reasonably priced mini mart out the front to buy snacks etc.

The bungalows are OK - clean and acceptable size. The staff are generally kind. There’s a nice little beach in five minutes’ walk as well. However, the breakfast is ridiculously little (you have to choose either two slices of toast or one pancake; a juice or a hot drink), they charge excessively for any extra food (like eggs). They also tried to apply a 3% payment charge on the accommodation bill although they’re not allowed to do this, so I refused. Their hospitality is quite superficial and their kitchen is really poor - you’ll find much better places close by. Overall three stars service - except that we booked boat transfer through them with drop-off service on Bali, which they hadn’t arranged, and even though we managed to call them, all they said was that it was our fault(?!). Avoid.
