We had never been to Nusa Lembongan before & were very excited about our stay here. We had looked at many hotels on this side of the island but were after interconnecting rooms, which does limit your choice. We were assured this hotel had them, my husband even phoned the hotel direct to confirm this... but when we arrived they were not interconnecting... just an interconnecting verandah! There was no one to meet us once we arrived at the island, we were put on the "bemo" with some other people staying at a different hotel. When we stopped we got out & the people sharing the transport had someone meet them & take them to their hotel. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE FOR US... we had to navigate lane ways & walk along the beach until we found our hotel... not a good start to our holiday!! Once we arrived a young guy asked if I wanted help with my bag... really! Where were you when the "bemo" pulled up... it's not a good look for the Hotel. I understand it's a small island but the power continually cut out & we had to go & advise them each time also on our last morning there wasn't water for a period of time to shower etc One morning my pancakes were quite raw so I sent them back & then asked for toast, I know it is only a couple of dollars (& I sound like a whinger) but they then charged me for ordering toast which I had to due to their mistake Not all the staff were friendly only some went out of their way to accommodate you On a positive the food in the restaurant (apart from that pancake disaster) was really lovely & we enjoyed eating there The location is fabulous... right on the beach for those beautiful sunsets & close to many other restaurants & the supermarket is close by too We loved our time at Lembongan but wished we had chosen a different hotel

We have had lunch and now breakfast here and each time the food was great and so was the friendly service. The pool is very inviting and the location is fantastic. We recommend the Chicken Parmigiana and the smoothie bowls are also great!

Small hotel on the beach. Great location within walking distance of everything. Very friendly accommodating staff and great bartenders. Stayed three nights, no complaints. Free breakfast with stay. Would return again. Bonus- rented a scooter next door at shipwrecked for $5 USD a day.

Stayed here 3 nights, arrived early and room was available which was great. Big bed, air con running, fridge and safe in room. Bathroom basic but clean, hard to regulate water temperature but it was hot. Pool overlooking beach was stunning and clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included either eggs and toast with fruit or variety of pancakes. Other food reasonable in price and includes all taxes which a lot of other other places in the area don't. Only complaint was the stairs to our 1st level were very steep and had slippery tiles when wet. Ask for a ground level room if this is a problem. Would definitely stay here again.
