We had a Double Room Ocean View room. Pay attention to the room size due to the bed was up against the wall so one person always had to climb out of the sinking mattress which was not fun at all. We had two big bags and the only place to put them was on the couch. The buffet restaurant had okay food. We arrived around 7pm and were hungry after a day of travel and opted for the buffet and 2 beers was over $100.00 for 2. The food looked old and dried out. Never went back for lunch or dinner there. The breakfast buffet rush hour was from 730-930am and had to scan a QR code in your room to get on a sitting list between those hours. The buffet food area cannot handle the amount people sitting. The staff could not keep up with food running out. They have an evening happy hour from 5-6pm which was always full. There full service bar was closed, if you wanted a beer you had to go to Family Mart or the onsite gift store. The Japanese Bath area was very nice and worth the Resort Pass to get.

Room Tip: Parking was good. Avoid the dinner buffet, overpriced and food was dried up.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from 18 to 22 February. The staff in the hotel, front desk, reception, restaurant, spa, evening happy hour were all very attentive, friendly and responsive to attend to our need. Pamela that we met could speak English well as we were not good in Japanese speaking. She went out of her way to make our stay extra comfortable and assured. We could not have asked for more from her and her team members for their great hospitality during our stay . They had certainly championed customer service. We look forward to recommending our friends to stay here if they do visit Okinawa and we will come back agin. Thank you all at Sheraton Okinawa Truely yours Kenneth and Ivy Yeoh

Our stay was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Masako gave the BEST customer service and worked with us daily for any requests, reservations, questions, etc. She was the major reason our vacation was such a success! I highly recommend this resort! We like to stay at the resort vice exploring/driving and there was so much to do!! We stayed three nights right in the thick of rainy season and it still didn’t disappoint! So many indoor activities for our toddler and when the sun popped out each day, we were able to do some outdoor activities (they offer SO MANY) :) We would come back again and again. Our dinners were very good and a great breakfast buffet each morning was included in our rate. My advice is to stay in the south tower—very quiet, stunning view of the ocean, and many amenities included :)

This hotel is a solid option in Okinawa but does not compete with some of the nicer Sheraton resorts. The rooms are clean but dated and the bathroom was awkwardly small. The buffet breakfast was average, although they had some really good croissants.

Came here to get some rest and relaxation and mission was accomplished. The staff was very kind and accommodating which is the highlight of my review. The property is very clean and well kept. I had a room in the brand new south tower with a ocean view. Gym and Spa are nice and there’s plenty of on-site activities offered to guests. Looking forward to my next stay here in the future!

Had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. Thank you to Masako-san and Jean-san who helped make our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly located with a lovely beach and loads of water sports to choose from. The pool, pool slide and zipline was extra fun and having an indoor pool also makes this property amazing. We had patches of rain, which wasn't a problem due to the indoor pool. It's worth having a car to explore other areas around the Island, but if you're only planning a few days here and not planning to explore, then the hotel has everything you need. We loved the massive aquarium in the lobby and spent much time spotting the various marine life too.

Stayed here for our anniversary. Prior to stay, email communication with the staff was very smooth. Masako-San was my main point of contact and she made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived (early check-in, lunch and dinner reservations). We received a complimentary upgrade to a loft with ocean view, which was a pleasant surprise. There were also welcome snacks and Marriott souvenirs on the coffee table of our room and we loved the thought. With Coronavirus still going on, our plan was to stay in the resort for most of our stay. Food at the resort was decent. Reflexology massage was great (similar to deep tissue). Masako-San was so nice that she accompanied us to the spa to make sure communication would be smooth. My husband and I really appreciated her help and also the help from the front desk staff throughout our stay. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a staycation/vacation in Oki.

Stayed here as a base for exploring Okinawa. Hired a car which is really a necessity to reach this hotel. The hotel has chargeable parking. We arrived early and despite a request there was no early check in available. This was slightly disappointing as it delayed the start to our holiday. We asked about an upgrade to a King room but it seemed to be lost in translation. The room we were assigned to was quite small. It had a bed pushed up against the wall but I really appreciated the sea view. The bed was super comfy and I loved the bathroom and Sheraton amenities. Ordered room service one night and the food was delicious. Decided against eating at the buffet restaurant. Really enjoyed watching the marine fish in the tank in the centre of the hotel. I wish the lights were functioning to see them at night. Had some snacks by the pool but didn’t use the pool. Decided against purchasing a pass to use the indoor pool and additional facilities. We booked mainly to go out and sightsee and often returned late in the evening so just wanted somewhere comfortable to relax. So didn’t even sit on the beach. One night they had all the lights dimmed and had a light and smoke show in the hotel. There were fireworks also one night. All the staff were ready friendly and staff often greeted you at the door. There was a shop in the hotel but the family mart was cheaper and not far away. Also good for cheap hot snacks for those on a budget.

I had the honor of staying at the hotel for business a retreat. This place screams luxury resort with the many fabulous amenities: pool, zip line, beautiful beach, Japanese bath and sauna. The hotel comes with a huge waterslide And game room. The rooms are super spacious and modern. The bathroom is fabulous with a nice tub. The toilet is high tech. The beds are so comfortable, nice and firm. The balcony offers a picturesque view and relaxation. The room also comes with a small fridge to house drinks. The restaurant offers a beautiful beach view. The food is really good and they offer a good selection of western food. I am very pleased with my stay and only wished I had more time to really enjoy.
