So we paid for hotel room for 2 adults & 2 kids and ski equipment hire 1 month ago. To start when we went to get ski equipment hire the equipment you paid for is very old and not good condition and they use this to say "oh we can upgrade you for extra $20aud dollar" also then you need pay insurance on equipment which you are not told when you book and pay before hand. It's the old scam get them in then start hitting them up for extras. Hotel room was very small and had 4 single beds, pillows are like rocks. When we pushed 2 beds together we found food left under the beds that was never cleaned from last people who stayed here. Bathroom is nearly impossible to use if you are a westerner it is tiny, you can hardly turn around. Oh remember the hidden costs earlier ? Yes there's more, oh did you want a towel in your room ? Too bad that will cost extra. For two nights for my family it cost us $2000AUD dollars when we booked, now with extras - ski gear additional $200 for the upgrade & insurance - towels $32.00. Regret booking this hotel, sadly this is our first night and we are stuck here as everything else is booked. Much better places in Nagano - do not stay here !!!…
