Situated on the slopes at Tsugaike Resort the cafe offers a perfect place to rest up, drink coffee and watch others ski and board down the slopes. We enjoyed both vegetarian and meat dishes. The staff are accommodating and the atmosphere contemporary and comforting. On a snowy day a perfect place to get warm and connect.
Tsugaike ski area ski-in ski-out. Good vibes, good music, good food, International, friendly and cozy accommodation, Great location thank you! 栂池スキー場スキーインスキーアウト この立地最高です。朝夕のアルプスの眺めも感動。そして美味しい食事とクラフトビールで大満足でした。
Basic rooms with a small bathroom. There's a small hot tub useful to soak in from the long day of outdoor activities. Comfy beds too. The ski lifts, ski school and slopes are right there at the basement level of the hotel. Breakfast is from 3 choices western, Japanese and granola yoghurt bowl. They also serve vegetarian options with coffee/tea and OJ. Decent meal to start the day. They also let my kid have some cornflakes that's meant for the staff. Overall the staff and management team's hospitality, helpfulness and easy going attitude made up for the great experience at The Alps View. Big shout out to Dara and al hotel staff for your warm hospitality! One huge advantage is the ski school is just downstairs, we gear up send the kid to ski class and we zipped off to do our thing. Our ski instructors and the kids' school instructors are all very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Made the ski experience a memorable and fun one for us all. Big shout out to Steve, Esben, Scotty, Augus, Jonas and Max for teaching and taking care of us at the ski slopes!! The restaurant serves pizza and snacky dishes that's good quality and tasty. The happy hours from 3.30pm to 5pm! Just ski and stop right in front of the hotel and have a meal or a drink. There are many restaurants / eatery around the area to choose from, minutes away from hotel. …
Small basic rooms but once that is accepted you will really appreciate the warm hospitality, location (ski in/out), bar/restaurant with top view of the main wide ski slope - a really nice place to come have a drink & watch the skiers or have an easy dinner when worn out - has a limited but (in my view) perfect menu. Breakfast was great - generous serve, unexpectedly great coffee! Handy location for the Evergreen ski lessons - meeting point is only a staircase away. The young staff here are so lovely. Glad we stayed here. Doubt we would get better.
The Alps View has great views, kind staff, and good food. We stayed there for 4 days and the staff accommodated a group of 20 completely seamlessly. I highly recommend The Alps View. Dave Enright, the owner went out of his way to make us feel welcomed.
