Best place to stay in Hakuba, close to shuttle bus stations, walk able distance to Echoland for restaurants, 7/11, atm, rental shops. But the best thing is the host Nanjo, he is so accommodating, friendly, helpful and kind. He made our stay super easy, comfortable and it felt like home. The best part was the onsen every night after a tiring day snowboarding.

Nanjo is the best Host I have met. He is kind, polite and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was the most pleasant stay in all of hakuba.

This hotel has a great homey feel, comfortable, warm and most of all it has a private indoor and outdoor onsen.

Thank you for your great service and we will definitely stay here again!

We met Nanjo (host) who was very sweet and kind. He was always hapoy to help. The first day me and my son needed to go to the supermarket, he insisted to drop us off and even came back to pick us up after an hour. The breakfast there was cheap and yummy. And we enjoyed the private Onsen! On the day we left Nanjo gave us a bottle of wine as a token of our stay! Definitely will come back here again. And you cannot miss the sign!

The host was very welcoming and friendly. We went there to ski and did not expect that he would take us to and drop us off at the ski lodges daily. Additionally, he went out of his way every morning to take all of our ski stuff and load the vehicle before we were even ready to go.

The rooms were a good size considering all we were doing was sleeping in them. Don't expect to host a party in them. Bathrooms were small, but in my experience in Japan, pretty par for the course.

The on site onsen was very nice. We we were there, there were no other guests, so we had the whole onsen to ourselves.

The hotel was also a 10 min walk to the Echoland area which had a lot of izakayas and restaurants.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others going to Hakuba.

came during autumn so it was still a green landscape. ok to find w gps and a convenience store just down the road from the accommodation. host is friendly and welcomed us when we arrived at 9pm. parking is right outside the house. rooms are simple and clean. In the common corridor, there is a kettle for hot water and making tea or coffee if u so wish to. There is a onsen which u can book for your own private use which was really nice, with it being outdoor in the cooling environment. Didn't get meals there so won't be able to comment. All in all a good stay.
