Perfect location it's near Sakka lift. It had free shuttle services as well to any other lifts and other places to visit in Hakuba. Great food in their in-house bar/restaurant, The Rabbit Hole. It also had a awesome view of the snowy mountain from the hotel itself.

Very modern and awesome hotel inviting leisure travelers who like refreshing, relaxing and snowy atmosphere. Close to Sakka Ski Slopes of Happo, a minute walk to ski lift and nearby fine dining establishments. The best place we had ever checked in. It has nice comfortable room - spacious and cozy, perfect for a very relaxed stay. Staff were very attentive and approachable. Ensures everything that made our stay more comfortable. Staying in this villa was a remarkably beautiful bond with my family. A magnificent stay indeed this winter season. Highly recommended for all.

I loved it. From the costumer service to the location everything was outstanding. I went with 7 of my family and friends and we didn’t only love our apartment but loved the convenience of the rabbit hole right downstairs. The receptionist was incredible and helped organise many thing such as bookings and the helpful shuttle bus. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with our family for Xmas week. It was a perfect apartment for us, nice big size, living area was awesome and just a walk across the corridor to the bar. The Rabbit Hole is an awesome spot for breakfast and dinner so we barely had to think about going out. The staff were all awesome and the shuttle service makes it easy to get around. Hakuba is a cool town! We will come again!

Hakuba has great snow, great resorts, great restaurants and great accommodation. Hotel Villa Hakuba in particular is a great place to stay. Out three bedroom apartment was supremely comfortable and the staff were super helpful. The Rabbit Hole Restaurant was very friendly and really lively. The closest lift is only 50m away. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Stayed in a cozy room with comfortable bed. Fantastic view with modern amenities. Staff were helpful and the food in their hotel bar was great. A few meters away from the lift as well as good restaurants, this place is just perfect. A memorable vacation!

I stayed at Hotel Villa Hakuba last week with friends.
We stayed in this amazing little detached cabin in the woods overlooking the river. Hakuba in the summer is so beautiful, we felt so lucky to be staying in the cabin with such spectacular scenery.
The river is swimmable and we swum most days because it was so hot last week. The water was pristine.
I’m sure this hotel goes off in the winter, but it’s worth checking out in the summer/spring months. There is heaps to do in the summer in Hakuba. We did a few hikes and some mountain biking.
There were renovations going on at the Hotel while we stayed there, but it didn’t make a difference to our stay. We still had a great time. The staff really made sure that we felt welcome and that we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable.

Excellent location. Excellent snow. Modest clean rooms -- we were not inside much at all. I have heard that the place is going through new management and opening a cafe. I look forward to visiting this gorgeous country and amazing place very soon. Bring on the snow ❄️⛄️🎿🏂

Location great!!! Sakka slope 50m down the road, if good snow would of been great ski in ski out- Bus stop, directly across the road if you want to venture to other ski fields, Central Snowsports ski hire straight across the road.
Staff great- couldn't do enough for you!!! Helped us organise restaurants and many other last minute things.
Rabbit Hole-is the bar down stairs- great for a beer and Hot Chocolate (for the kids) after a day skiing!!
Breakfast included everyday which was great- hopefully as time as gone the will expand the menu options!
Rooms- family quad- good size for Japan standards and great water pressure in the showers!!
Very friendly atmosphere and vibe- would definitely stay here again!!!

This was our second trip to Hakuba, previously staying at another hotel which was also good. But this hotel surpassed the other with its feel. Kazu is the most amazing host, would bend over backwards to help us out. The staff at the hotel were friendly and made you feel at home. Other bonuses were the free breakfast and 3 free dinners that we received. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. Would not hestitate to recommend this hotel to anybody and would definetly stay here again!! Thankyou Kazu for an excellent experience :)

Hi Jules, The Loft Cabin comes with a single burner cook top, microwave, kettle, mini fridge (47L), and all utensils needed (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.). In addition, the Wadano General Store is located just 20m up the road and sells all your basic grocery needs.

Hi, we are only 50 meters from the Happo Lifts so access is super easy and there is a bus stop just near the hotel to take you to Hakuba 47 which is about 10km away.
