As we arrived, Carol showed us the common areas and in the sitting room with kitchen there were fresh muffins ready for the guests, sweets and all the equipments to brew a fresh coffee or tea. It was really a warm welcome! Our bedroom was big, very comfortable, newly decorated, super clean and with a relaxing view on the awesome Irish countryside! Breakfast was rich and tasty, cooked on the spot by Carol, a perfect host. It is clear that Carol is doing her work with great passion and love, taking great care of every single detail. Agivey Lodge is a couple of minutes drive from the nearest village and a good base to see the Causeway Coast. I would not improve anything, everything is just as perfect as it is. Congratulations Carol! Keep up this good work and good luck!

Great, new lodge to stay for nearby places to visit: Dark Hedges, Giant’s Causeway, Northwest coast etc, all 10-20 mins away by car. Really big, clean and comfortable rooms and good showers. Great view of river and a small terrace to sit in nice weather from the lounge with fridge, kettle and coffee maker- very handy! A very good breakfast here: cereal, fruit, yoghurt and fab pancakes with bacon and maple syrup or traditional Irish.

Our second stay (at short notice) at this excellent B&B. Again lovely accommodation, good food and service. Thanks Carol, & hopefully we will be back again. This is an excellent place to stay and use as a base for travelling.

We booked for 1 night as we were attending a wedding near by and we cannot fault it at all. So clean and modern with fabulous views. Lovely selection of food at breakfast, I had some fresh fruit followed by a fry and it was delicious! Loved the added bonus of the guest living area! If I ever need to stay in the area again I will definitely choose to stay here!

We stayed for 1 night (unexpectedly) and discovered somewhere peaceful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. A haven. We had had a terrible 24 hours and finding Agivey Lodge was a godsend and a lovely place to unwind. The host, Carol, was very accommodating. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Will definitely go back.
