There is only one way to describe the hosts and their home, Fantastic. Both Pat and Sam are wonderful. From the time you arrive until they say farewell at the door they are the epitome of what you would wish a host to be. The breakfasts are undoubtably the best we've experienced and their garden is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. A very big thanks to them both for a wonderful, relaxed and comfortable stay at what felt like home from home.
Crowfield Country House did not disappoint! Sam & Patricia are gracious hosts, the breakfast was plentiful, our room was spacious and comfortable and the surrounding grounds and gardens are breathtaking. An ideal location for touring the North with the hosts providing valuable insider tips into Northern Ireland.
We echo all the previous positive comments that have been posted about the Crowfield House! The hosts, Sam and Pat, are wonderfully welcoming and go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable and have a great time. Their breakfasts are outstanding. They are, indeed, both chefs and have actually been in the hospitality business together for 40 years, which is amazing in and of itself! The guest rooms are roomy and have every amenity you could think of--and even some extras, like sweets to have with your in-room cup of coffee or tea. Beds are super comfy. The beautiful location is central to lots of interesting north coast activities and Sam and Pat are great at making suggestions based on the weather, your time and your interests. We came as guests and left as friends--our deepest thanks!…
When you drive through the rod iron gates, you are entering a special place. A place that is set apart. Crowfield Country House is an inviting home with immaculate rooms, and gorgeous gardens. Pat and Sam are warm and gracious hosts. They enjoy getting to know their guests and helping them during their stay. We stayed in their home for 7 nights. It served as our base for touring the area. The location is perfect, and the views of the sheep grazing in the field beyond the river are lovely. Since Pat and Sam are both chefs, breakfast is a highlight. Their home and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. We loved it so much we are trying to figure out how we can return next year.
We stayed here for 2 nights 13/14 July 2019 during a 6 day driving tour of Northern Ireland, specifically to visit the Giant's Causeway, Bushmills and Portrush. I was initially nervous booking this B&B because the price seemed very inexpensive for a B&B with consistent 5 star reviews, but we needn't have. The property and the location are just gorgeous, the rooms are lovely, Breakfast was to die for, and the Hosts Patricia and Sam are just wonderful - thank you!. Don't miss it!
