We spent five days here in June after a friend recommended it highly and we loved it. The location is amazing - surrounded by the flower filled alpine meadows with stunning views. The view from our balcony was just beautiful. Everything about the hotel was of a very high standard. The room was spacious, very well appointed and spotless, the generous dinners and breakfasts were superb and the service wad very gracious and professional. The beautiful outdoor and indoor swimming pools were an added bonus. We will definitely return.

We treated ourselves to this special hotel for a few days skiing in January, having come across it during our summer holiday in the region. It really is a ski in ski out hotel with beautiful facilities, rooms and food. The pool area looks out onto the slopes and mountains, our room had a beautiful view of the skiers and rock formations that form the Dolomites. We eat in Michelin star restaurants as our son is afine dining chef and we thought the food at this hotel equalled anything we have eaten anywhere else. It was presented beautifully and served by very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome despite our language barrier. We have booked a return visit next year, corona permitting!

For the last ten years, we have been going there with family(5 people) and always have been satisfied. Amazing place next to the slope. The rooms are very comfortable. The chalet is a more compelling option than you would expect. For a large family, a chalet is as close as it would get to feel being at Your own home. Support of hotel service is on a very high level. The food is great, cause of beautifully served dishes with balanced dishes. As a sensitive allergic family, we were able to tell them of our allergic directly when choosing the dishes for dinner and surprisingly ask for custom basic ones. Menu changes when important events happen for example like Christmas menu as well as the desert day once in a while.

Wonderful and peaceful location, stunning views, very nice atmoshpere, warmhearted and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts and dinners, exceptional and caring service at meals, beautiful wellness area and inside/outside pool with panoramic views - we stay here both in summer and winter ( an ideal starting point for summer and winter hikes as well as skiing). Moreover, a friendly place for guests with their four-legged friends. For us - it’s the best choice in the paradise of Alpe di Siusi.

Great service, friendly team and excellent food. The chef is s true artist of taste! Rooms are cozy but elegant, the heated pool quite an experience with snow and most of all the place is totally quiet in the mountains. One feels like Heidi (-:. Wonderful experience! Our best regards, Grazia Stefano and Martina

Our family had an incredible time staying at the Santner! We stayed in three different rooms and each had a unique view of the mountains. The rooms are very clean and have a cozy cabin feel. The staff is friendly and very informative about the area. Every meal was a fresh one of a kind masterpiece! We also enjoyed how the hotel feels private as it is further up the hill from the town of Compatsch. Definitely recommend staying here!

We’ve been up multiple times at the Seiser Alm and it’s the best Hotel we’ve stayed so far. We were in the Sensual Emotion Suite. Everything is very clean and nothing in the room is missing... also the view on the mountains and the panorama is fantastic. The service was very friendly and professional. The food is diversified and very tasty... absolutely perfect. The Spa area is new, also clean and nice for relaxation... good after a long hiking trip. The location of the Hotel is very good for Hiking trips and is very quit. The COVID-19 rules are observed. We will definitely come back! Thanks to the Team and Family Gabloner.

This hotel was the most expensive and the least pleasant of all the places we stayed at, and we cannot understand the positive reviews on Trip Advisor!
Rooms are just OK (at least the standard ones: ours was very small, kept bumping into the bed!)
Bath is even smaller (door did not open fully, blocked by sink, small shower stall).
Heat lowered during the day even though there is a thermostat in the room…( if you need to “dry” ski clothes during the day, you are out of luck since heat is only turned up around 5pm…Really strange for a hotel right on the ski slopes!)
Food is OK, up to the standards of the area, but nothing to write home about. Waiters are not well trained, so you wait a lot between each dish… Dinner is served during a short period of time from 7 to 8pm.
Service is highly mediocre and impersonnal (except for Johanna, Matteo and the lovely cleaning ladies).
The only good point is the Spa, a great place for families, with children jumping, running , screaming and having fun in the pool and Jacuzzi. The pool is large, not chloroxed out, well kept and gives onto the slopes. There is a very nice Jacuzzi like pool outside, where you can roll in the snow then get into hot water with the kids. There are also 2 large saunas, a nice steam room, as well as a relaxation room whose small fireplace is unfortunately never lit. The gym is also very nice and spacious. We just wished the saunas had be on earlier than 4pm on bad weather days, and stayed opened after 7pm (that would allow adults to enjoy the pool and Spa when kids are getting ready for bed!)
The computer area is a tiny spot right by the entrance doors so it is very cold and drafty.
No roaring fire anywhere as one would expect in a mountain lodge, just a mediocre Ethanol ventless fire lit in late afternoon.
All in all, this is a mediocre place, which we recommand for families only. The location is good for family skiing, at 1900m high. However, be aware that, if the weather is bad (we had many days of snowstorms where the visibility was so bad you just could not ski), there is NOTHING to do, and getting out of the hotel is quite an expedition (you have to get the free shuttle to Compatch, then get onto the lift, or get your car out of the garage of their sister hotel (by the way, make sure you have snow tires or you won’t be able to park into their garage which has a steep driveway not often cleaned up… We were not made aware of this important “detail” and could not go up the slippery driveway upon arrival. After refusing to leave our car in the street, Matteo came down with a carterpillar to pull our car up to the hotel’s garage…)
Compared to the numerous good accommodations in the whole area, we feel that this hotel is overpriced for what it offers and cannot recommand it!
