Detailed Reviews
We stayed at the resort Feb 3-7, 2023. our first day was a disappointing series of events starting with check in. We arrived shortly before check in and not greeted cordially by Kenneth at the front desk who informed us that our room was not ready. He informed us that we would get a call when it was ready. We are used to being greeted with a smile and recognition of our Bonvoy status, which did not happen. We browsed the resort facilities, which are beautiful, waiting for our room to be ready. Finally we went back to the front desk at 5:00 pm and bypassed Kenneth to the other associate Mr. Gomez to inquire about our room which was ready. So our bags were taken to our room by Cyprie one of the nicest people we have ever met. We had the pleasure of having Cyprie help us again at checkout.
The weather was rainy and windy this day so we decided to watch a movie only to find that the cable movie channels did not work in our room. After reporting this there were three different employees in our room trying to figure out what was wrong with the cable. At 10:30 PM this issue was still unresolved and we agreed to try again the next day. After being out for the day we came back to our room and still no cable. I called down to report it again and some more associates in our room trying to figure it out. While all this was going on we began to get ready to go out for dinner and found that there was no hot water to shower with. My frustration level was rising and I went down to the front desk in person to report this. More engineers in our room. While I was downstairs my wife came across a wonderful lady named Ginette Vilsaint who is the housekeeping manager and was venting to her. Ginette agreed with the front desk and we were going to get another room, which happened to be right next to ours. Before moving our things over I checked to make sure everything worked in the room and the same exact problems existed in the room next door. Now there is an army working on these issues. Finally someone figured out the cable and the hot water system was repaired and we moved into the new room. So the first half of our stay was stressful and frustrating to say the least. But I want to say that friendly and helpful staff were plentiful. Concierge Frank Calendrillo was a joy and extremely knowledgeable about local things to do. All the valet team were energetic and friendly. Breakfast each day was delicious and servers very attentive. Overall a very mixed bag. _ Lee Sullivan

Had the pleasure of staying here (sadly only) 2 nights in a upper floor 2br corner condo.
The condo was roomy, very nicely appointed, and had a huge wrap around terrace with views to forever.
The resort location is great. Need a car to venture out, but resort has pretty much everything you need, including a coffee/bakery/snack shop, a very good restaurant and bar and a beach bar on premises.
The beach is beautiful and clean.
And the Resort service is excellent.
Two outstanding persons who need
mention are: JAN. Jan accomodated us at the beach. Very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and remembered our names after our first encounter. Customer focused and friendly!
And the second person is AISHA (I hope I'm spelling it correctly). Aisha was our server at the restaurant on premise, 3800 Ocean.
Aisha's service was impeccable and personable, making our meal that much more enjoyable. This, even when she seemed to be handling all of the floor by herself. Kudos.
Overall, an enjoyable, tho brief stay.
Definitely worth a return.

Staff was great! Sean at the concierge desk was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our kids needs. JC at the front desk was sweet and helpful at check in. Breakfast was fantastic. The lady who served us breakfast was wonderful but I dont remember her name. I believe she was an Asian decent. We hope to return soon.

Went from Dec 27-Jan 2 to celebrate my birthday and the new year. We are Bonvoy members but booked our room through airbnb. We arrived at 3:45.. and they refused to check us in. Check-in is at 4:00. We left our home at 5:00 am to catch an early fligh, so I was exhausted! The woman at the front desk told us that they might still be cleaning our room.. I told her that I checked the calendar and the room has been empty for days. She then proceeded to tell us that she agreed with us but her manager won’t let us check in 10-15 minutes earlier. I told her that sometimes you just have to be a decent human and that by the time we got up to the room it will be 4:00! But nothing worked! It just left a very bad taste in my mouth. Mind you by the time you are done with resort fees taxes Airbnb fee.valet fees for your car . we ended up spending over $4000 over 6 nights for a standard room overlooking the pool.

The hotel and beach are beautiful. The staff is forthcoming and helping . However when you want to reserve beach chairs that are paid for with your resort fee, you should be able to reserve those chairs by calling it in and not needing to go downstairs to do so in the morning when u want to sleep in. We did not receive the two complimentary drinks by the resort and on check out we encountered that the windows of our car had been left open by Valet staff the night before although we called it in. We could see the car parked from our room with the windows open . They moved the car , so we assumed it’s been taken care of only to receive the car at check out soaking wet from the inside after a heavy rain storm crashed down in the morning. My disappointment in their service was obvious and although they tried their best to make it right, my new car needs now interior fixes. Unfortunately I will not come back to this hotel.

I always like when I can squeeze a yoga class into my vacation. Thank you Nicoletta for starting my days with morning yoga on this beautiful beach! It was not too hot yet and the instructor was easy to follow. Then breakfast with mimosas followed by a good book on the beach with the convenient hotel chairs and umbrellas. Next, bike rides or paddle boarding at the nearby park!

Today I had a marvelous experience at the Singer Island Marriott SiSpa. My nail tech, Galina, did an amazing job from start to finish. The level of care and expertise provided truly luxurious feeling. I will be back!!!

This is our second time at this location and what we like the most is the condo set-up...lots of room, living room , bedroom and a little kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit which is great ( helpful for packing light) , just very comfortable Employees we have noticed w...... first and foremost was Cyrus , bell captain, greeter and I must say hotel ambassador...Always available , so pleasant and just a breath of sunshine.. Second employee was Nick in the restaurant . This morning at breakfast we were sitting on the patio when a hotel guest was so ANNOYING, ENTITLED, and just outright rude...Nick was so patient, professional and genuinely amazing with this table...OMG they were crazy and ehe handled it wonderfully !! Gold Star Nick. Breakfast Buffet is great and the restaurant basically has whatever you want. We have been quite pleased with our stay and will come back

The hotel amenities where fabulous. We all slept like babies on the luxurious linens & beds. Our maid service was top notch, Jan at the beach hut , the bartenders at the family pool (I forgot their names) & the gentleman in the coffee shop were great. All super welcoming & attentive. Beautiful hotel! I would recommend to all families traveling in the area.
