I visited Padangbai to launch a Reef Rehabilitation Diving Trip and found that this is the only eco accomodation in the area so it was the biggest reason why i stayed. I'm super glad that other than implementing eco values that warms my heart, Bloo Lagoon Eco Village also has a very beautiful view both inside and surround the villa. The location is also perfect for me to depart for my diving trip as it's just down hill away from Padangbai shore. I could just walk down from the villa to the shore if i prefer, and i could also call the shuttle car to pick me up in the shore when i was tired after the diving. I'm also grateful with the helpful staffs. I told them that i wanted to visit the Temple for Galungan (One of Balinese big day) and the staff accompanied me and friends to teach us how to pray, lent us the proper Balinese sarong as well as preparing canangsari for the offering. Definitely a super excellent stay, will definitely come back again.

The Bloo Lagoon Village has a familiar feel from the first moment you think of staying there! It is situated at the top of a coastal mountain to the east of the sleepy harbor village that Padang Bai is. The reservation and communication is charming, easy and clear. No hidden costs, no tricks. The Village comprises of smaller and bigger huts with alang-alang (kind of straw) roofs, a generous pool with a water slide and a water cave (!), a vegetable garden, a yoga veranda that opens spectacular out to the open ocean, a restaurant, water collecting ponds, an art space and a handful of qualified and happy employees. The Bloo Lagoon has a maritime feeling with the ocean and big ships visible on two sides. Bring your binoculars to spy on the activities on the ships bringing oil and fuel to the Pertamina facility nearby in Manggis or the fishing boats bringing in the catch of the day! If you are lucky like us you can see a school of dolphins passing by. All you can hear all day are the birds singing in the old lemon trees and at night you are gifted with absolute stillness. Nothing disturbs your beauty sleep. Wake up at 6.15 am and you are rewarded with a spectacular sunrise. If you need some days away from it all, want to practice yoga or write your memoirs The Bloo Lagoon is THE place for you! For us we will come again very soon! Thank you!

A clean hotel with lovely gardens and pool. Breakfast was simple yet sufficient- all restaurant meals lovely, staff polite and helpful. Steep walk up the hill to hotel but they have shuttle bus. Altho we never saw this..place was quiet at time of travel and felt like it was ours -deluxe room was stunning with amazing views- great place for adults

We likes the atmosphere a lot. I would give it 10 out of 10 if the price was more moderate (we are comparing to other places on Bali) A bit expensive but really a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this!

This eco hotel had the most amazing views. We were lucky enough to have the sunrise to one side and the volcano to the other plus 180degree sea view. The villas are open with only the bedrooms being separated. Bathrooms are outside. You will have wildlife so if this bothers you this isn’t the hotel for you. The helix restaurant again has stunning views and serves great food. Beautiful pool. Lovely spa which I made plenty of use of. Couple of minutes to a small beach. Ferry over to Gilli island. The village is small with a few bars and restaurants but if you want a get away location you won’t be disappointed.
