Very friendly and accommodating staff. Convenience of shuttle to village is a plus. The place is peaceful, well conceived and has plenty of amazing views over the ocean and the Agung volcano. Big villas with nice amenities
This place was awesome. Short walk to the best beach in bali in my view. (Bluewater lagoon) All the food we had here was 5 star. And the views 6 star. The rooms are not quite 5 star but the rest make up for it.
Stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend as we were in the area to go diving! Loved: Great staff, so friendly & helpful / loved the WhatsApp communication with reception really fast responses / shuttle up and down the hill into padangbai was great. Breakfast included & a perfect view. Early free yoga was a highlight, what a view! Be aware it is an open style building so there are a lot of bugs. Crazy amount of mosquitos at dusk - team very helpful with spray / electric repellent - lots of centipedes / can hear the harbour alerts (didn’t bother us as we were up early). Could do with some more sun loungers & an evening yoga class would be amazing! Overall though, I would definitely recommend Bloo Lagoon.
We stayed only one night but wished it was much longer! The views are the standout attraction here - volcano, stunning hills and endless ocean - but the staff are what really makes it unique! Having travelled extensively and worked as FOM, I fully appreciated the reception staff's welcoming, happy, and couldn't-do-enough-to-help attitude. Before we arrived they happily assisted with booking a transfer car and arranging snorkelling for us at Bloo Lagoon (don't miss this). The hotel is quiet, with just the noise of tweeting birds, ticking crickets or croaking frogs... gorgeous. You'll find monkeys down the hill, delicious food and a wonderful spa too! Nothing to fault.
My partner and I stayed 3 nights at Bloo Lagoon and we loved it, but please don't book through their website (explanation below). It was so relaxing and in a lovely location amongst greenery. The views are breathtaking, and its very close to the beach. It was clean and well kept, had an great spa, and the staff were very helpful. They helped us organise activities, and were always so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the restaurant, it had amazing food and used produce they grow on site. The two things I would say to be aware of are: 1. When I booked through their website, I received a confirmation email that had all of my credit card details in plain text. This means that when you book through their website, staff have access to your full credit card details. This may not be an issue ( I believe the staff are honest), but I don't trust that they can keep the details getting out. BLOO LAGOON, IF YOU WANT TO TAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS, PLEASE GET SOME KIND OF ENCRYPTED PAYMENT SYSTEM ON YOUR WEBSITE. Until this happens, I would only book through third parties. 2. It is worth noting that there are quite a few insects in the area, so make sure you bring insect repellent and request a room with aircon.…
Beautiful!! Views were amazing from the villa which is all open (toilet/shower outside) slept looking over the harbour. Cool pool with a waterslide. Breakfast was fantastic which looking over the beach and mountains. The town itself is quiet but we enjoyed a well priced meal/drink before heading off to Gili T the following day. Would love to stay again.
6 days of relax and well being in that wonderful eco-village. Special award for all the staff who is welcoming and super attentive to make sure you feel comfortable. They provide good advices and are very efficient to help you planning your activities. The villa are clean, cosy and with fantastic views. We recommend bedrooms with aircon if you are not comfortable with the nighttime sounds (frogs, geckos … but they are friendly and won’t disturb you). The pool is beautiful with lot of flowers around. We had a pleasant surprise discovering an hidden slide and a small cave. Restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh made dishes, coming from the garden. View is amazing, 180 degrees on the sea. Although the service is quite slow due to the fact that each meal is prepared at the moment. However it is worth waiting!…
I paid 117 USD/night for two. It's expensive for what it is. The views were lovely from the restaurant and the room nr 14. Large unit where you can stay during the rain. The beach is very dirty with no sand an ugly and but still remain some coral and fishes. Nusa legongan snorkling is better. Dont dive, you can see the fishes by snorkling
Having stayed here many times pre-pandemic was pleased to find it open and every bit as good as before. Had a lovely 4 night stay with views to die for, beautiful fresh food. Delightful staff throughout from reception to restaurant. Good to be back in my favourite places to stay on this beautiful island.
One of the nicest places we have stayed. Incredible panoramic ocean views, well designed rooms/villas, eco friendly layout, perfect pool to chill out or have fun by, amazing restaurant, friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Hopefully we will return.
