Owners are very nice, room was clean. Mattress & pillows were hard for my comfort and we were unable to get the tv to work. Breakfast was continental, most B&B’s do provide a proper breakfast. If you are looking for accommodations close to the airport and only a one night stay, this is ok.

Stayed here for one night before leaving Ireland. Newly remodeled. The room was super great and clean. This place is only 15 minutes from Mulahide by the sea. Lot's of nice places to eat there and with a view of the water. Breakfast is continental, but for the price and the closeness to to airport you can't go wrong. This was one of the better places we stayed on our trip. The car renatlo return facility is literally less than 10 minutes away. Do stay here if you have an early morning flight out.

Handy stopover close to airport, but difficult to find if coming from anywhere other than the Dublin airport. We got hopelessly lost and people we asked didn't know of it. We asked owner to come and guide us but refused, however her directions were clear enough for us to find it in the dark

We required accommodations close to the airport, since our flight back to the states was leaving very early. The Airport Orchard B&B worked out perfectly. Annabella let us drop off our bags early, so we could take our friends to the airport and turn in our car. John was kind enough to pick us up after the car return and then he offered to take us and pick us up from a local restaurant for a bite to eat. This worked out great! The room was spacious and the bathroom was up to date and very clean. Since we were leaving so early in the morn (6:00 a.m.), Annabella set up a taxi pickup and gave us some goodies to take with us. Unfortunatley we forgot the goodies in the room, but we appreciated it. John and Annabella are lovely and warm people. You can't go wrong choosing to stay at their place!…

A dangerous driveway is just the first impression. Good luck getting in and out of the driveway to the main high speed road. The best thing I can say about the B&B is it is close to the airport. Here is a summary of our poor experience - heavy mold in the bathroom, very small room, only took cash for bill, very small room and the twin beds we not that comfortable and we were given the wrong directions to the nearest metro station. It is close to the airport..................................

Dear guest, I want to respond to the negative comments you made within the review you posted. Firstly, you booked a room with us. It clearly states ‘cash on arrival’ on our website and other booking websites. Each guest sees this before a guest can complete their booking. We have this policy due to non- payment from a small number of guests in the past, who overspent on their credit and debit cards. Secondly, if anything during your stay did not meet your ‘high’ standards, why did you not tell us? We could have offered you, a different room or you could have stayed elsewhere. For this reason, I believe your petty complaints, to be untrue. There were plenty of other hotels available in Dublin, the night you stayed with us. Why did you choose to remain unsatisfied in a room in our home? Your high standards must not work in harmony with your wallet. Thirdly, in relation to not following appropriate directions given to you, that falls on you. You asked for directions, we gave them. It is your own fault you did not arrive at your desired location. You made comments about our driveway being ‘beside a busy road’. Our home is located beside Dublin Airport, so busy roads are to be expected. We also have a mirror opposite the entrance to our driveway, to assist guests to exit safely. If you needed further assistance with exiting our property safely, again you could have mentioned it to us. Lastly, we are many years in the business and have won many awards since opening. We are good value for money and our beautiful home is situated in a prime location. We have a large following online and we have received hundreds of positive reviews. We have guests, who have become close family friends and many who return to us regularly. So, we must be doing something right. Thankfully, we do not meet many guests like you.

How welcoming and caring Annabella and John are! They offered to pick me up at the airport which already is a treat. I could feel being treated as a friend right from the very beginning. I stayed 4 nights on business. I had thought about booking a taxi morning and evening between my work place and the B&B and do the same to go to a restaurant or pub for dinner. No way! John very kindly drove me back and forth whenever and wherever I needed to be. How better can it be? Just outstanding! The bedroom was large, spotless with an excellent bed and a large closet. I had restful nights. No bedroom overlooks the back yard (good to know so there is no disappointment). There is a large and comfortable living room for guests. Continental breakfast with a very good choice is served in the dining room which overlooks the pretty back yard. When in the Dublin airport area, I’ll be back for sure!…

John and Annabella were very helpful during in our stay. The place is very nice and clean. They brought us to a good Restaurant nearby and picked us afterwood up. We got a lot of information about Dublin and Ireland.

We stayed there one night after a late arriving flight and for two more nights before leaving. Very comfortabel, large rooms, clean bathrooms, partly new rooms, very nice breakfast, and above all, excellent service of the hosts Annabella and John. They provide pick up from the airport such as any other transport to bus station etc. On our last day we visited Dublin and could go straigt to the airport while John had transported our laguage there to meet us, which was very comfortable for us. I can only recommend staying there! We arrived there as guests and left as if we had been visiting friends!

We have stayed for an overnight. The flight was late and we arrived in the middle of the night, anyway the owners picked us up at the airport and warmly welcomed us. They provided precious advice about how moving around the city. Hospitable people, confortable room, delicious and abundant breakfast, strategic position near the airport.

My family and I stayed here the night before an early morning flight from Dublin airport. We had 2 rooms for a family of 6, one a double and one a family room with a double and two single beds. The rooms were huge and the toilets and showers a good size and containing everything we needed. We arrived at approximately 11.30pm from a flight from Glasgow and Annabella was there to welcome us. We had to be at the airport again for 8am the next morning and Annabella booked us a taxi and made sure there was toast and coffee ready for us at 7.30am sharp. Breakfast was good and we ate and left in plenty of time for our flight. The only problem we had was that we had to get 2 taxis from the airport and ended up with the 2 taxi drivers who didn't know where the b&b was. There was much discussion at the taxi rank as every other driver seemed to know it! This is just an observation and in no way the fault of Airport Orchard. Unfortunately we only saw the house in the dark and never got to see the grounds but what we saw was lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here…
