Lovely place. Rooms are huge and very comfortable.
We had with our family private pool villa and we made really best family vacation ever :) spa place it’s very professional. We was in many places and have many treatments before , but massage in this hotel was really perfect. Food change every day so you not gonna be bored of it. Specially restaurant a’la crate was so tasty ( we check Fisch restaurant and traditional food , but it’s also Italian option :) )
I’m sure that we will back next year .
Personal it’s very helpfully, when you have problems or special wishes , they organize everything ( specially manager Tatiana was always there when we was needing something) I can recommend this place for all people who search for perfect holidays !

We are in this beautiful, secluded place for the first time. We were greeted by friendly and responsive staff. Lots of different activities and a variety of delicious food every day. Although the place is far from the sea, the hotel provides transportation to the sea and back three times a day. Great place to relax

While I’m on the train from Moscow to Voronezh, I’m writing a subjective opinion about a seven-day stay in this hotel, from which I’m returning :)

Hotel advantages:
- Calm, family environment. There are no tourists drinking until the morning and raging youth. If you want to go as a couple or family, this is an ideal place for solitude.
- The hotel is located in the mountains, stunning views from anywhere. I recommend watching the sunrise at the central pool.
- The animation was different and interesting every day. And after a couple of glasses of champagne it becomes even more interesting! I liked the acrobats and dancers from Colombia.
- There is a gym, which is important because... I practice. Sauna and Hammam were not there.
- Restaurant (Turkish, Italian cuisine and fish day). I went to Turkish and fish. Everything was insanely delicious.
- The food is varied, many types of meat and vegetables, everything is fresh. Desserts, fish, can be eaten with your hands.
- Alcohol. I only drank champagne. I love brut, I liked what they bottled there, I didn’t specify the brand.
- The staff is polite and responsive, we changed the room to a higher segment without any problems (with a small surcharge). We were initially placed by the pool and it was noisy for me.
- Everything is new and of high quality, from the furniture in the rooms to the sun loungers.

- Room cleaning is a little lame, but the staff is always in touch and promptly fixes it.
- It’s a 25-minute drive to the sea. For those who love the sea it may not be suitable. It suits me, I'm indifferent to the sea. I've been there once, you can go. There are no complaints about the beach, they wrote in the reviews that there is garbage. Well, yes, he is there. But what to expect from the city beach.
- The coffee is not tasty, ask the bar to make you Turkish coffee.

Special thanks to Tatyana and guide Ilimdar (aka Gena) for their hospitality:) Very nice and sociable guys, they brightened up my solo vacation.

Overall, I'm glad I chose this hotel. I had a request for a quiet rest, sleep and healthy food and without unnecessary attention, because... I was resting alone. And I got it.
If you want to swim, sunbathe, enjoy nature, eat delicious food and sleep - this is what you need.
The hotel has its pros and cons, but there are significantly more pros :)
I wish the hotel prosperity and well-being!

When we entered the hotel, we were amazed by the view and the environment. We really liked the unusual horizontal hotel architecture and infinity pool. However, the hotel has nothing other than this. It is almost impossible to find a business, clean plates and cutlery in places where hygiene is concerned. All the drink glasses were dirty and stained. There were stuck lemon pieces in my glass of plain soda, which I noticed when I finished it. Afterwards, I asked for every order with a plastic cup, but then they said they ran out of plastic cups. How can a bar serving poolside not have plastic cups? I couldn't believe it when they said they ran out of straws. I have never seen such a dirty 5 star resort hotel. I would never choose it again and would not recommend it to anyone. I called twice to have our room cleaned, but they didn't even bother to come. Housekeeping takes out plates and glasses from the rooms and they wait on the stairs for a day. An officer passing by does not say "let me take it away". Employees fight among themselves and use abusive language. Indifference is at its peak. Your table is not cleared for breakfast or dinner. The serving table, where they had cleared the table in the morning, was full of drink glasses from the night and the dirt had dried. If you keep them waiting for this long and try to wash them, they won't get clean anyway. In return for comments made at the hotel, a night holiday is given away as a raffle. If management is improved instead of dealing with these, good comments will come automatically.

You should try the Turkish bath and massage at the spa, as well as the Italian a la carte restaurant. Tour the entire facility with the buggy. There is a little price difference for rooms with pools, but they are very nice. Nature and Landscape are undoubtedly already perfect.

I feel responsible for writing because I pay close attention to the comments when choosing a hotel. I will try to write everything that comes to my mind about the hotel.
If you see a lot of positive comments about the hotel, the reason is that a raffle will be held among those who leave positive comments about the hotel and 1 extra day of accommodation will be given as a gift for 3 rooms. This means misleading people, so I found this application wrong. The hotel has nothing to do with the sea, it is not 5 or 10 minutes away from the sea, but half an hour by bus. That's why we only went twice.
Cleanliness, one of the issues I attach most importance to, was quite troublesome. I was very surprised that we didn't get sick. When I opened the folded towels in the room to use them, there were hairs of different colors inside, I think they folded them directly and put them away without washing them. I couldn't help but wonder if the duvet covers were not changed either. Plates, forks etc. were also very dirty.
We stayed in one of the houses with a garden on the upper ground floor. There is a house with a pool on the upper floor, and therefore two rooms of the house we stayed in did not have windows. Also, because of the pools, the room was full of mold and we could not sleep because of the damp smell, so we ventilated it with air conditioning every night before going to bed. I wanted to open the window of a glass room, but I couldn't move the curtain because of the spider web. Since the road to the house was very steep and we could not walk, we asked the reception and they took us with golf cart style cars. .
When I saw the main restaurant, I thought it was a snack restaurant because it is so small. There are usually mixed spicy dishes with the same sauce. I could only find soup for my 5-year-old daughter one day and that was plateau soup. All soups other than that were bitter and overly spicy. There was a lot of red meat almost every day. I think the reason might be that we stayed the week before the hotel closed. I think they ran out of stock. It's great if there's always this much red meat. Lamb tandoori etc was very good. The appetizer varieties are the same every day, just a few. There were no such huge salad and appetizer bars. For dessert, I just really liked the rice pudding and even asked for the recipe. We usually ate pita or something. The only things on the beach were sandwiches and Coke Fanta in cold boxes. There are pizza, hamburger, nugget, fries etc. in the snack bar, the taste is quite mediocre, I can even say that the hamburger was bad.
There are many types of cocktails when it comes to alcohol, but apart from one or two bartenders, the rest seem to pour and serve random things since their main job is not bartending, so there were many cocktails that I could not drink. There is beer Efes and Becks beer was very good. Also, my wife asked for Jack Daniels once or twice, and they gave her to me secretly, as if she were giving me something illegal, without showing it to anyone. If you have it, why do you say you don't have it for some and give it to others? I asked baileys and they said they didn't have it, but they gave it to someone else while I was there. When I said it wasn't there, they said it was an equivalent. The ice cream was very good, but there is no such thing as a patisserie, just a plate called patisserie and one or two types of salty and sweet cookies.
In the evenings, there is a mini disco and then a mini club opens. This is something I have seen for the first time. In the evening, you can leave the child there for a couple of hours and hang out by yourself, which actually makes sense, but the child is playing on his own, watching TV, etc., and the people looking after him don't know Turkish, so you can't get along, so I couldn't trust him, I didn't feel comfortable, I couldn't leave him. Afterwards, one day there was live music, the other day there was a dance show, but the evenings were not lively. There is table tennis, foosball, billiards etc. but of course you have to wait in line. Young people get bored, and if our daughter were a little older, she would probably be bored too. It is a place that appeals mostly to the elderly, but walking may be a problem for them too. The places are steep and slippery due to the material. We felt like falling down a few times. Also, the hotel is only in its first year, but I think the buildings stood empty before they were built and put into service, because they are not brand new and clean, they are worn out, old, swollen and falling apart.
I can say that the only good thing is the infinity pool and its view. As a result, I won't go again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

So! Finally, I was able to collect my thoughts, calm down and with a cool mind describe 7 days of “vacation” out of 12 booked (more on that later) in a hotel called “Olimpos Health Resort”! I will try to make my review as complete as possible and pay attention to many details so that you do not have the mistaken opinion that it is custom-made or “sleek”, like some reviews I have read. They are extremely far from reality and are reduced to advertising forms and displays. To confirm my words, I will attach a photo. The holiday with my wife was booked 4 months in advance. Arrival dates are from September 10 to 22. I have experience of holidaying in Turkey and I am familiar with the ability of the Turks to wrap everything in a beautiful wrapper. And this, unfortunately, is like opening a box of Turkish delight, the result does not always meet expectations.)) Of course, my wife and I studied the reviews, there were about 24 of them at the time of booking. I agree - not enough. But we decided to break the basic rule of holidays in Turkey, and this is only the 1st line, and make the holiday extraordinary! The travel agent drew our attention to a hotel of modern design, fresh construction and excellent location in the mountains with breathtaking sunrises. And the sea...? It's not a problem! The hotel provides a shuttle - a comfortable bus with air conditioning, which should run throughout the day between the sea and the hotel. The hotel rents a section of the picturesque Adrasan beach, where many tourists strive to get for money so that they can enjoy the beauty of those places. We have “such happiness” and it’s free. Besides, just 15 minutes and we are in heaven. Agree, this sounds quite convincing!? The hotel was booked and a room with a terrace was chosen, since sunrises and sunsets could not get out of our heads. (RUB 276,000 for 12 nights). We got the feeling that our vacation would really be extraordinary 3 days before departure. The travel agent reported that the reservation at the Olimpos Health Resort hotel was reduced from 12 to 7 nights and we were offered to choose a replacement hotel for 5 days. We did not have time to find out the reasons for the lack of hotel reservations for a full 12 nights, and from the 4 proposed hotels we chose a 5* hotel on the first line. We realized how lucky we were later. We dreamed that our vacation would enhance comfort, and not vice versa. Alas, everything did not work out as expected. Five unforgettable days in a hotel on the first line and now we are being driven by a minivan along serpentine mountain roads to the Olimpos Health Resort hotel that we dreamed of. In the end, what we have. 1. Three trips a day to the sea, which take half an hour one way. The bus is cooled by air conditioning towards the end of the trip; the rest of the time it is hot inside. On the last flight at 18.00 from the beach there are not enough seats on the bus. For example, I rode sitting on the floor at the entrance with a towel laid out. The driver stopped for one of the hotel visitors to go to the store for cigarettes. Passengers are waiting! The beach is public. A site rented by the hotel next to the moored ships. The sun loungers are plastic, broken, without mattresses. Umbrellas made from branches painted white. The view is quite deplorable. Knowing how much dirt is washed into the sea from the decks of ships after excursions, we decided to go to the left to the cape and rent 2 sun loungers for 60 liras per day throughout the entire vacation. 2. The hotel area is in the mountains. There is no transport connection, only by taxi, and then you will have nowhere to go, the shops are local tiny eateries. There are no streets in the area, these are mountains, and you won’t be able to walk in the evening and change the concrete landscape of a mountain hotel. Dusty gravel roads without sidewalks, which no one will enjoy walking on in the heat. On the way to the beach, we asked the driver to drop us off at the turn to the ancient city of Olympos and thus we arranged a 3 km walk to the ancient city and somehow diversified our extremely boring vacation. 3. The landscape of the hotel is a separate impression that I can’t help but share. The hotel has just been built. The only vegetation on the premises is palm trees and a stunted lawn at the entrance to the reception. All! The rest is concrete, concrete, concrete and concrete paving slabs. It’s not difficult to imagine what the temperatures are like there during the day. There is no shadow anywhere! Since the hotel is “mountain”, the elevation changes are such that you will get tired of walking up the steps to the mountains on the very first day of your stay. Trying to walk around the hotel grounds in the heat is fraught with danger. The roads between the buildings have huge slopes and you will not get pleasure from an evening walk, except perhaps as an evening cardio exercise. And it’s still a pleasure to contemplate the blocks of concrete boxes that look like a garage cooperative. The palm trees are beautifully lit up at night! But, I’ll say it again, it’s impossible to walk around the hotel, these are solid mountains laid with tiles, like in a parking lot. Those visitors who lived at the very top of the slope traveled in golf carts. After having lunch in the dining room, climbing up these mountains to your room is unsafe for your health and stomach. We didn’t use golf carts, but we heard that you need to order them at the reception and wait! 4. The hotel is Turkish-oriented. It has 90% Turkish-speaking visitors. This has its own specifics. Smoking. Be prepared for it if you are not a smoker. They smoke in the dining room, by the pool, on the beach, at tables near the stage. Turkish alcohol. We don't care about alcohol, but just for fun we tried a few cocktails. This is disgusting swill! They pour it from unknown bottles under the bar counter and it is not clear what. I didn’t drink the Olimpos signature vitamin cocktail made from stunted carrots, celery and sparkling water, which the bartender prepared in front of me. The very process of peeling dirty carrots discouraged me from ordering anything again. 5. Scene. The tables in front of her and the animation itself are tears! I know that you shouldn't expect much from Turkish animation. But the quality of animation, charades and competitions for guessing pictures with actors and architectural landmarks on the screen with a Turkish-speaking presenter, discouraged us from visiting this part of the hotel for the entire vacation. Over the course of 7 days, 3 dance groups performed on stage. We were at two performances, not for long. The reason is smoking visitors around, a dark scene like in a suburban cultural center. Extremely uncomfortable atmosphere at the outdoor tables. The site is filled with concrete, stained with spilled drinks and food. The same situation is in the dining room. Entertainment includes 2 billiard tables and table tennis. They played tennis out of boredom. 5. Food and dining. Of course, we could not help but compare the level of the two hotels in which, by coincidence, we ended up on this vacation. There was a difference, unfortunately. But the comparison will not be correct, since the first hotel is a higher level. But here is what I would like to draw your attention to. While cleaning the tables, the waiters walk around with a cart, where they throw out the leftover food, of which there is an incredible amount on the tables of those who have eaten. Leftovers flying into the bag, crashing, splattering of plates on a plate awaits you throughout the entire meal. It is quite possible to provide a separate place for this procedure. The food is varied. But! Oatmeal is milk with uncooked flakes floating in it. The selection of confectionery products is poor and lacks a variety of flavors. The cook cuts the baked lamb himself and gives it to you in small portions on your plate. Perhaps this is the right decision, because... Vacationers have a colossal amount of leftover food on their plates. But in the first hotel, lamb was available in unlimited quantities. Excellent tea! The dining room space has concrete floors, aluminum tables and chairs, and all this is covered with a gable roof. It's uncomfortable to be in the heat. There is no shadow and the heat of the roof makes itself felt. Somewhat reminiscent of a summer canteen in a taxi depot. In the small room where the buffet with an assortment of dishes is located, it is very noisy, there are a small number of tables in the center. The tables were always occupied, but being in a small space where there is a constant stream of people around you choosing food, who will stumble and drop pasta on you or, worse, hot tea, is extremely uncomfortable! The smell deserves special attention, but not of mountain air, as some write, but of sewerage, which will haunt you throughout your vacation. The main thing is during meals in the dining room. Literally 5 meters from the end table in the dining room, there will be a screen that weakly covers the sewer well with a reinforced hose with a diameter of 110 mm sticking out of it, through which the wastewater will be pumped into a sewer truck standing on the road below. 6. Number. Suite with loggia. Yes! This is a well laid out room. The room was located right in front of the pool and at the highest point, there were no rooms above us, so it can be called luck. There was no dampness in the room and the panorama was beautiful. The room is good only in terms of layout. I kept wondering why it was needed in the mountains? Then I realized that this is where you will spend most of your time. There are no gazebos or shady areas under trees on the territory! There are umbrellas by the pool and in our room on the loggia. This is all! Oh yes.. Pine Grove!? More on this later. Since the hotel is in the mountains and the main part of the buildings is not covered by the shade of pine trees, they cover one end of the two-story villas at the very top of the mountain, it will be hot in the room! Our room had a bedroom with a dressing room, a living room combined with a kitchen and a loggia. In this space, 2 air conditioners were placed, in the bedroom and living room. The air conditioners were not located under the ceiling, but at the level of my head, my height is 178 cm, so every time you move around the room, cold air will blow in your face. Attempts to adjust the air conditioner so that it would blow upward resulted in the guide plate blocking the flow of cold air. The reason is that the air conditioner is installed incorrectly, very low. The stream blows into your groin or face. The bedroom is small and you can easily get a cold from the air conditioner working in front of you (not above you). We turned it off at night, which made the bedroom hot in the morning when the sun rose. Due to the location of the hotel, hot water is heated by boilers located in the dressing room. After an evening shower and falling asleep, you will have to listen to the hissing of the boiler until the water in it heats up. The renovation, as already noted by hotel visitors, was carried out by non-professionals. Sloppy quality of finishing, crooked ceilings, finishing materials smeared with paint, fallen off plastic window elements, leaking faucet. The furniture, by the way, is of good quality and perfectly matched to the interior, although it has traces of use in the form of splashes of drops and smudges, possibly of organic origin.. The rooms are extremely poorly prepared for arrival. On the stairs leading to the room someone spilled tea or something else. So before we left, the stairs were dirty. Loggia, for which for some reason I overpaid 80 thousand. rub., was dirty, there were traces of other people's bare feet on the floors. The coffee table is stained with spilled drinks. There was no point in having a loggia, because during the day it was unbearably hot. Sun loungers are not needed on the loggia; the same sun loungers are located by the pool, where the need for them is justified. You can admire the view from the loggia, but in the evening it doesn’t last long, it gets dark early. And if you return from the beach at 18.30, then you have half an hour left to admire the scenery. Concrete and the lack of shade will not allow you to do this for a long time during the day. The overpayment for the loggia is not worth it. The rooms were cleaned without any reminders. Bed linen was changed. Somehow the towels were brought dirty, smeared with something black. (I've attached all the photos). Main! Continuous smell of sewage in the room. To such an extent that it causes a gag reflex. Invited plumbers fixed the problem within half a day. The rest of the 6 days the room stank! 7. Restaurant "a la carte" It consists of wooden podiums on the mountainside under pine trees in hemp rope fences next to the dining room! They are covered with clapboard and painted. The source of light in the evening is several spotlights mounted on pine trees and blinding the eyes. Complete darkness at the table. The table setting was difficult to see. The waiter was highlighting the menu with his phone. The explanations given by the waiter in English-Turkish did not improve the situation. But intuition allowed me to make the right choice. The food was delicious, albeit with the noise of the dining room fans or generators running. 8. Walking path in a pine forest. As you enter the trail, you will be amazed by crafts made from stumps and logs made by local craftsmen. Next you will have to walk along the mountainside, with rubble and stone dust sliding under your feet (be careful, you don’t fall!) and the heat! The shade of the pine trees is not enough for a comfortable daytime walk. The trail ends at a dump of construction materials. Then you turn around and go back. Time spent is about an hour. 9. Gym. When I found it, I was no longer upset. I was ready. The hall resembles a basement in a residential area where local jocks train. It has no windows. The equipment is nominal, a couple of weight machines of dubious quality and a treadmill and dumbbells. Obviously, this place does not suffer from an influx of visitors! In custody. If the thought of an unusual holiday in Turkey, and even in the mountains, comes to your mind, drive this thought as far as possible! This is my worst vacation experience ever! This type of hotel is aimed at local residents. Lots of food, swimming pools, but they don’t need the sea. I don’t know what to do in the villas offered by the hotel. The comfort of these structures with their own swimming pool should replace the Mediterranean Sea? Are you laughing?! Why then go to Turkey? You can rent a cottage outside the city and relax with the same success. Going to Turkey and living according to a schedule, waiting for a transfer to the sea on a bus full of people, in complete isolation from shops and streets - such a pleasure! Turkey is the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, first line, rooms to change clothes and sleep, good food in moderation! Everything else is not even exotic, it’s a tourist’s mistake! My wife and I disturbed the hotel staff very little, because we were coming to our senses from the “specificity” of Olympos and its contrast with the first hotel. We were upset, to say the least! We wanted to somehow brighten up this holiday and not get into arguments with the staff, demand better conditions, etc. Reviews about sensitive staff surprise me. The staff is extremely indifferent to visitors. At least this was felt against the background of the locals. This may be due to the language barrier. It was easier for them to explain themselves and, accordingly, demand what they needed. One manager at the reception spoke Russian and was very irritated by our questions. Nobody spoke Russian to us anymore. Oh no. There was Tatiana! But we turned to her once to understand how to get to the ancient city of Olympos. On our first attempt, the driver of the bus taking us to the beach failed to explain what we needed, and Tatiana was not around. The Russian-speaking manager at the reception did not give us her phone number, saying that he did not know. Only the next day, with a Russian-Turkish translator app on our phone, we managed to explain to the driver where to drop us off. He doubted and called an English-speaking manager. We explained to him that there was no need to pick us up on the way back. For 9 dollars we returned by taxi. After 3 days, we were so desperate that, in an attempt to save our vacation, I contacted the tour operator and asked to find us a hotel for the remaining 3 full days in another place on the 1st line, albeit 4* with my surcharge. But later we decided not to move from hotel to hotel, it takes both time and effort. Two hotels were enough for us. We remember with great warmth our first hotel, where, by a happy coincidence, we spent an unforgettable vacation, and Olympos we will try to forget!

Only the appearance and environment of the hotel are beautiful. Don't be fooled by the positive comments, there is a raffle at the hotel, that's why positive comments are made here, this is not ethical at all, they are misleading people. The employees are indifferent and have come across dirty plates and spoons many times. Same thing with glasses. For example, on the first day we arrived at the hotel, there was a black mascara stain on the towel I took to wipe my hands. The food is generally bad. Someone needs to teach the cook how to make mashed potatoes. I took almost everything on my plate during meals, hoping one of them would be good, just to avoid going hungry. It does not say what is served with the food, which is a deficiency. There is a toilet in the restaurant section. A very intense and disgusting smell comes from that toilet from time to time, and a solution must be found for that. The animation team is nice, the staff in the lobby are friendly and we were welcomed nicely. These are the positive aspects I see.

Although we made a reservation from a tourism agency with whom we have been working for 25 years and whose recommendations we trust, and although we had clearly stated our simple expectations about the room that could be met, the suite room allocated to us was one of the most unqualified rooms of the facility, which was extremely stuffy and did not get sunlight. The front desk officials to whom we conveyed our problem gave the best example of unsuccessful customer relations with their own complaints instead of being helpful. Room service is another disappointment: As our most basic right, we were able to provide a bed for our third adult to sleep in at night, as a result of our difficult struggles with the lack of pillows and blankets. There was no door to the shower cabin, and there was no cupboard where we could put our belongings. We do not think that facility managers adopt a professional management approach. As a reference, from his own comments for another guest; I can say, 'Although they reserved an economical room, they were given a more luxurious room with a sun terrace as a gesture.' Even though we made a reservation through a serious agency, the hotel management did not find us worthy of this gesture during our stay. Other activities of the facility (Bar, dining hall, poolside staff were very helpful and caring employees who cared about guest satisfaction) were the features we appreciated. With my experience, I can ask guests who want to stay at the facility, 'Can a gesture be made?' I recommend them to consider the issue.

We made a reservation for our honeymoon 4 months in advance, we paid the deposit, 1 month before our wedding, they called us back saying that we will be closed in October. Can something like this happen? There is 1 month left, how can we find a hotel again? When we asked, there was no interest. We liked it very much and booked the place. We experienced something like this before we could even go. I won't even mention it and I will let everyone around me know that we experienced something like this for this hotel.
