Located in a serene environment in the heart of Owerri Capital City, Swiss International Beland is the tallest hotel in Imo State. As the tallest hotel, Swiss International Beland offers incredible panoramic views of Owerri City and is known by some as the ‘Beland Tower’. Swiss International Beland is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from the Port Harcourt International Airport and 45 minutes from Sam Mbakwe International Cargo Airport. Their customer service is superb. They have nice facilities. It’s a really nice hotel. Their food too is nice. It’s located in close proximity to places in town too. I totally enjoyed my stay there and would recommend.

The pool is very luxurious, but I think there's still room for improvement is the sound system and entertainment on beland hotel swimming pool area, other than that ,the people are very inviting and that's very settling

Good hotel, new and nice facilities. Plus well trained staff. Easily top 5 best in owerri. Not to forget a very fast and strong WIFI so if you need internet during your stay, best experience. Only downside was their food, think they would need a better chef. Thats all

I had an amazing experience at Swiss beland . You have so many hotels littered around owerri and I have been to quite a few when I visit but Swiss beland stood out in how courteous their staffs are , how clean the environment is , the ambience, complimentary breakfast and spacious rooms. Amazing ✅ beautiful 😍 the front desk staffs were welcoming and approachable upon check in and check out. I would love to return. The Wi-Fi was strong too and it enjoyed the sauce that was served as complementary breakfast.
