We utilize everything in order to create a hotel that one would use as if it's part of their everyday life with Japanese 'hospitality' that people loves. We will be waiting for you with all the hospitality we could present. Choose between two lifestyles: hotel and apartment hotel. Latest check out until 12pm to our members if you booked directly.

Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Our room was far from large, but it was modern, tasteful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. There was even a couch of sorts beside our bed, so plenty of room for our luggage. Electrical ports were accessible, and the bathroom facilities were sleek and high tech.
The front desk gave us two bottles of water for free each day we declined room service. The hotel breakfast buffet wasn’t included in our room rate, but it only cost like 3600 yen for both of us (so something like $22 total each day). This was our favorite breakfast of the trip, so we were happy to pay it. Moreover, breakfast began at 6:30am, so this helped us early risers get an early start to our day.
The hotel’s breakfast area doubled as a viewpoint for the nighttime cityscape, with the rainbow-hued Tokyo Skytree providing us a free light show each evening. The vibe was made very pleasant, with relaxed jazz, a couple of neon light fixtures, and an assortment of free tea or sake for your nightcap.
Finally, between 8:45pm-9:30pm, a small bowl of complimentary ramen was offered, just in case you needed that late night snack.
All of these small touches helped us settle into a pleasant routine, and helped us feel at home.
In terms of location, the Okachimachi neighborhood was sort of residential and quiet, but on just the other side of the busy street was the bustling Ameyoko. So, arguably the best of both worlds. Several train stations (including Yamanote line access) were also in close proximity, along with some shops (including a Daiso), restaurants, and convenience stores.
We did take a taxi from Haneda Airport to this hotel, just to simplify that connection.
All in all, I was very happy with this hotel. In terms of quality for the price, it was certainly my favorite of the trip.

Hotel has a very convenient location in terms of transportation, shopping and eating. 7-11 just opposite the road.
Entrance/Exit 1 of The Naka-Okachimachi Station of Hibiya line is just outside the hotel. You can also easily catch a taxi by the main roadside.
Akihabara and Ueno stations are 1 stop away from the hotel. It's close enough to walk and see what's on the street
The room that we booked is quite small and has no bathtub. But it has it's own en-suite toilet and bath/shower. It's recommended to keep luggage under the bed if not in use. Microwave and Coin laundry is available at 2F.
All in all if you don't need luxury on your trip, this is definitely worth the price. They do have discounts when you book early so it's a plus as well.

Amazing room view , nice arrive at the counter and comfortable bed. I think it is an honour for me to live in such a big hotel in Tokyo especially when the price for most hotel is so high . The price of this hotel is relatively acceptable .

1. Staff are very helpful and friendly. 2. 2 security to enter building and room, makes u feel safe. 3. 2+2 bed are GREAT for family travel. 4. Location is 3 minutes walk distance from JR station and 5-7 to Tokyo metro station, well connected. 5. With laundry (all-in-one), stove, fridge, microwave, oven in the room makes travel even more enjoyable. Much more to explore!

I have checked into this hotel for the second time. Although the room is small, it is very clean and the equipment is very useful. There is a front desk named Quynh who was very enthusiastic in helping us change to our ideal room. We are very satisfied and will choose this hotel again next time we come to Tokyo.

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms Are ok size for Tokyo. Breakfastbufe was very nice and a good start at the day. Receptionists speak a little English. Located a short walk from the trainstation, where you also will fins a nice and cozy street with food and shopping in the direction of Ueno.

Clean hotel and strategically situated between akihabara and ueno stations. Has lot of restaurants nearby. Few supermarkets nearby as well. Has kettle inside. Free and fast wifi. Spacious rooms. Bigger than normal Japanese standards. Can walk to the shopping area of Akihabara if needed - a good 15 minutes walk.

Clean hotel and strategically situated between akihabara and ueno. Great for family with teens who love otaku culture. Many eating outlets nearby. Walking distance to ichiran Ramen which is must try for Ramen lovers

Amazing service from start to finish. We stayed here 4 days and the staff and service were incredible. Everyone is very kind, courteous, and genuine. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the views are stunning. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very good service staff are very helpful and cleaning and transportation is very convenient shops are very close the hotel it’s location close to major sight seeing spot and station is just outside the hotel

You have to take transfers but Its simple to reach. Take the Narita express to Tokyo station. Then take Yamanote line and get down at Okachimachi station. Its 5 minutes walk from Okachimachi station. There is also local metro stop right outside the hotel but JR pass doe not work on this. If you take the JR pass then walk to Okachimachi is better and is reasonable as well. We were 5 people and did it that way.
There are more places to choose from in the Taito area.
