This amazing hidden boutique hotel jewel in Campos, a charming village in Majorca , is conveniently located close to the most stunning beaches of the Island ( Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and more). it has been carefully designed to respect the original materials; a fusion of 3 old majorcan houses that has been reimagined as a boutique hotel. Exquisite roooms and Suites, Art and beautiful interior design , Spa a gorgeous small pool and curated gardens that surrounds the public areas . Two restaurants enrich the gastronomic experience, Tess de Mar a Mediterranen cuisine and the unique Kairiku, a Japanes chef's table concept ( no menu, just trust the Chef) , for 10 people only, with a pèrsonalized cooking experience right in front of your eyes. A must place to stay if you look for a relaxing, authentic and village vibe epxerience and a perfect spot to discover the beautiful Island of Mallorca.

I couldn’t fault the lovely team at Sa Creu Nova. Ana, Estefania and the rest of the lovely staff made us feel welcomed and looked after from the moment of arrival. I stayed at the hotel on a work trip with crew, and they facilitated all of our requests and nothing was too much trouble. The interior of the rooms are wonderful and the hotel courtyard feels very private and tranquil. I would very much love to stay again!

Awesome little hotel with lovely rooms and really great, high-quality breakfast! Due to the low amount of rooms, the hotel never feels crowded. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and always more than helpful in any situation. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a quite and relaxed getaway.

First of all: for a 5-star hotel, one expects that “the big picture” matches. That is the case here: beautiful old, but nicely renovated compound with a lovely designed courtyard, beautiful rooms (the toilet integrated into the room with a glass box could not be integrated in any other way), spa and small, but sufficient fitness room (see photos) , friendly staff. Significant deficiencies / limitations must, however, be noted on a practical "everyday level". One pool wall, which is directly visible when entering the garden, is very rusty(see photo). Painting it once a month or a screen (if the problem cannot be solved in a more fundamental way) would have been sufficient. The cushions on the sun loungers all have widespread stains (see photo), as they are not cleared away by the staff (in the unoccupied rooms) when it rains. The most annoying thing, however, is the breakfast. The basic concept (only “a la carte” at the table) in no way corresponds to a 5-star standard. (see photo) It is just above the “continental breakfast” of an average hotel: always the same 2 types of bread (no promised rolls), freshly prepared juices (just one, orange), a plate with jam in “homeopathic dose” (see photo), pre-made cereal bowl (yoghurt, 1 large spoonful of granola, fruit) . Of course you can reorder the cereal or jam several times, but that's probably not what you want in a 5-star hotel. The most annoying thing is that for more than 2 years the management has repeatedly replied to previously expressed criticism regarding the breakfast: „Yes, we understand and will take care of it / change something". Nothing has changed! A small breakfast buffet would be so easy to provide ...

Dear Cocov657, First of all, we would like tot thank your trust for choosing once again sa Creu Nova Petit Palais Art & Spa on your recent visit to Campos. Thank you as well for such detailed review regarding your last stay with us which aparently was not up yto your expectations. We are a little bit surprised about your comments regarding the breakfast service since we always have the orange fresh juice and the juice of the day which is a mixed fruites every single day different. It is very weird to hear we do not offer two different types of bread; actually we have white and whole or multicereal bread and if you want something special we can as well provided since we usually bake some bread at home too. It is true we have only twou types of homemade jam, however if you would asked or requested another flavour we for sure will provided to you. I am not sure to understand what was wrong regarding the yougurth and granola dish but if you prefer another kind of cereal we would be able to provided too. We have a la carte breakfast due to Covid19 restrictions and we decided to offer the breakfast on this way; because in the past we used to have a buffet service for breakfast. Maybe for next year we decide to provide buffet service for breakfast again. Warm regards, Àngela Giménez General Manager
