We were delighted with our 3 nights here in a well equipped luxurious suite which was light and relaxing . All the staff were professional yet friendly and the restaurant wasSuperb breakfasts and evening meals were so fresh and interesting using the best ingredients.we were close to numerous beaches and places to visit .
I couldn’t fault the lovely team at Sa Creu Nova. Ana, Estefania and the rest of the lovely staff made us feel welcomed and looked after from the moment of arrival. I stayed at the hotel on a work trip with crew, and they facilitated all of our requests and nothing was too much trouble. The interior of the rooms are wonderful and the hotel courtyard feels very private and tranquil. I would very much love to stay again!
Awesome little hotel with lovely rooms and really great, high-quality breakfast! Due to the low amount of rooms, the hotel never feels crowded. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and always more than helpful in any situation. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a quite and relaxed getaway.
First of all: for a 5-star hotel, one expects that “the big picture” matches. Of course you can reorder the cereal or jam several times, but that's probably not what you want in a 5-star hotel. The most annoying thing is that for more than 2 years the management has repeatedly replied to previously expressed criticism regarding the breakfast: „Yes, we understand and will take care of it / change something". Nothing has changed! A small breakfast buffet would be so easy to provide ...…
