meant to write this when we came back but didnt. Travelled to Madrid in February 2017 for a small city break. We booked this via Bookings.com. The price was reasonable. The hotel is very centrally located, and a short walk from the metro or bus from the airport. To be honest the location whilst central is not the most salubrious, but we felt entirely safe. The only noise was from some inebriated teenagers in a nearby street, but that can happen anywhere. The hotel is apparently on the edge of Chueca district which is supposed to be a gay area, but we never saw or heard anything that would cause any concern, ie we felt safe. The hotel is small but again that is not an issue. The rooms are a little dated but as we were only on a city break we only wanted somewhere, central, clean, tidy, safe and hotel Infantas ticked all the boxes. Checking and check out was hassle free. We did not eat in the hotel as we were exploring the city, but it looked nice. Paula on the fron desk was a great help. I would recommend this hotel

This hotel in Jaen in Spain is easy to access from the motor way. We only stayed overnight as we traveled through Spain. The hotel is one of the best value hotels we have encountered. It is clean, well appointed with courteous staff who speak good English. We were told the dining room was closed (it was a Sunday night) but the cafeteria was open for meals. After exploring the surrounding area and finding all but one bar closed, we returned to the hotel for dinner. We were the only guests and were served by a most professional waiter. The food was fresh and delicious and very reasonably priced. The room was clean, quiet, nicely appointed and the air conditioning worked which was essential in the 35 degree heat. The location isn't very nice and I have rated the location as a 2 as the surrounding area is not at all interesting and was quite scruffy. I would highly recommend this hotel for any traveler to Jaen. We will definitely return if we are going that way.
