This is a standard airport hotel. On the plus side are its location in walking distance from the terminal, its cheap ( in our case even free) parking, and its good beds. As most airport hotels, its a soulless place, but the service was very friendly, and they validated our parking ticket for free.
Very good quality NH hotel, breakfast as always in NH -you don't want to miss it, but if your flight is to early, they will prepare for you a breakfast box. Perfect wi-fi and very good sleep quality. Only the access to the airport even is just across the street to it, you can not cross the very busy street and you have to to walk around about 800 m or to get the hotel shuttle for 5 euro/person, or a cab for more euro. Otherwise is perfect. Next time when I travel and have a late check in and early check out for sure I will go again in NH Orio al Serio.
Very convenient, comfortable and with very welcoming staff even when checking in after midnight. However, even though the hotel is visible (across the motorway) from the airport exit, it was very confusing trying to find our way to the hotel. Some workers leaving their shift at the airport very kindly showed us the way to the non-obvious route to the tunnel under the motorway.....
My boyfriend and I stayed here two weeks ago (16.3-17.3.22). The first impression of the hotel was okay: the room was ready when we got there, and the hotel was near to the airport. After a long day, when we were going to sleep, we saw a little bug in our bed. It was alive and we recognized it as a carpet beetle (they are little bugs that eat your clothes and other textiles). We went to the reception with the living beetle, and they give us a new room next to the old one. When we got to the new room, we noticed that there were lying dead ones on the floor. After that, they gave us a new room from the other side of the building. There were also dead bugs, one even on the windowsill… The third time when we contacted the receptionist, he even dares to argue that those bugs came with us, and no one ever have complained about pests… We asked for a refund, but they gave us a nothing. I even left my email in the morning to the receptionist, but they never contacted me. So, if you don’t want pests, that are difficult to get a rid of, I recommend not to stay here. great staff-very helpful and kind Excellent hotel! thank you for the up grade-it was a plesent surprise the brake fast was fit to Covid 19 . i hed using the GYM -it was good enough . Thank you very much!!
