We chose Boutique Hotel Valezieux for an overnight stay on our drive through France and we were not disappointed. We received an extremely warm welcome and immediately felt relaxed. The property is absolutely stunning and this is reflected by how hard the owners work and want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is located just outside of Tours, which is just a 10 minute cab drive away. The rooms are extremely well appointed and have everything you require. We enjoyed our stay so much we re-booked for our return drive and chose to stay for 2 nights. The owners provided excellent recommendations for dinner and also a Chateau visit, Chateau Chenonceau is a must. The breakfast is delightful and the owners were extremely accommodating on timings. Bedroom Suite No. 2 is gorgeous and looks over the front of the property. Very comfortable bed and good size bathroom. We very much enjoyed our stay/s at this gorgeous boutique hotel and we will certainly be returning on our next drive through France.

Spent 3 nights there with my 2 teenagers. I felt like at home: very warm welcome and a so cozy place. Excellent mattress for a quality sleep. Furnished with style and taste. Very high standards compared with the classic 4 stars hotel chains where rooms are all alike. If you expect overnight room service, this place isn’t for you. But if you are looking for a quiet place, personalized conversations, French style breakfast and feel like a preferred customer, this is it. The owners are doing everything they can to give you the best experience (while sticking to C-19 procedures). I wish I can come back soon.

Tucked in a nice neighbourhood near the oldest church in France, this little gem of a hotel is nicely done. Traveling with two kids, the hotel room was large, comfortable, and well decorated. Hotel entry has a nice reading room and there is a pretty terrace out front with tables to enjoy a drink or have breakfast. While this would be enought to recommend the hotel, I would return because the owner/operater is delightful. He was very knowledgeable about the area, eager to help or offer advice, generous, and happy to share local products. My family had a lovely time and we only stayed one night. A few more nights will be on the agenda next time.

This Boutique Hotel it’s for delicate people, art lovers, genuine travelers who know how to pair a selected gourmet food with a glass of meaningful wine. Like its owners, one of the sweetest couple we’ve met in France. Their poor English and our terrible French didn’t come between our lovely conversations about what to see around. Great restaurants and sights recommendations have made our three days stay a perfect time. Go for the Breakfast it’s delicious, play with Vodka their dog and you’ll feel like home! We’ve stayed with our two kids in a beautiful two bedroom apartment, with a small, but lovely terrace. I totally recommend this place if you want a Chic Base for exploring the Loire Valley!
