‌When times are grim and you just want to break free, but you are also skeptical about safety, Aloha comes to your rescue. It was a wonderful staying experience.. so quiet, serene.. and most importantly sanitized. We made our bookings by directly calling at leisure hotels, and they helped us with all sorts of formalities, including getting Lockdown passes. Aloha is very particular about their sanitization process, they sanitize almost everything you carry. We took the room at the ground floor, which had an amazing view of hills and forever flowing ganga. The room are spacious and tastefully done. There was sufficient seating space outside the room where you can enjoy your tea, breakfast with a jaw dropping view. They also have complimentary evening high tea. Trust me, having your tea at the lush green beautifully landscaped garden with a view of flowing Ganga.. really takes the choas of life out of your mind. Also there is a beach/shore at just 5 min walking distance from the hotel. Incidentally at the time we booked, they were running special rates and thus we were able to get the same room for half the price. Food here is a revelation. They serve you with utmost hygiene. Do give deserts a try. Overall a peaceful, relaxing experience.

Visited from 9-11 feb . The location of property is amazing . U will get a pristine view of Ganga along with mountains.

We went on our anniversary, and they really cared a lot . With cake and bed decoration.

One should book superior rooms or 2bhk premium apt , cos they are modern and comfortable. They have an infinity Swimming pool (currently closed ) .

Laxman and ram jhula, are just 10 min drive. The in house adventure guys are super cool and ATV ride is must do .
I also went to rafting of 12 Km, it was conducted professionally unlike other local operators. One can walk 700 m from hotel to neem beach , and enjoy the river side. Very less crowd and soothing environment.

Food at patio is great , though pricing is 4* Std, but the location of restaurant and food is mind blowing . Worth money I would say .

Staff needs to be congratulated for full filing all needs , since I was with 1.5 yr kid . They always had smile and gave attention personally . Especially Priyanka and manager pravesh ji .

For all luxury travelers, it’s a must visit place .

Let me begin with positives. The staff is good and courteous. Quite a prompt service at reception. Food and ambiance at the restaurant Patio is good.

Location is good but there is no proper entry signage and you are bound to miss in the night if you are coming from the Haridwar side. The hotel is an apartment complex with few ground floor room offers as deluxe and superior at a reasonably high price-13.5 grand a night. The rooms are good in size but the furniture and fixtures quality is way too low. Linens and Towels quality also low and were not crisp at all. in all probability the bed was made in a hurry and linens were not changed.

The room service menu is way to limited and average in taste as it is probably served through their's Latitude restaurant kitchen. Breakfast Buffet menu is limited and so is the space making breakfast a messy affair. Overcrowded ,noisy managed by courteous but unconcerned staff..in fact you can't blame them at all.

The Hotel is positioned as a premium property -which it is not for sure. Because of low apartment rates and a good location its overcrowded with budget travelers. I booked a superior room for 2 nights but was forced to move due to TV and music noise coming from the adjacent room.

If you are planning a trip for peace and tranquility..this is certainly not a place to be in.

Tremendously enjoyed our week long stay at Aloha on the Ganges. The setting in beautiful with breathtaking views of the river and many temples across the river in Rishikesh. Our first floor room was surprisingly large, well heated in January, and very peaceful. The housekeeping staff kept our room in stellar condition, adding little touches that surprised and delighted us daily, and housekeeper Arpit did many excellent things for us with grace and good humor. The food in the dining room is tasty and varied, and the staff from cooks to servers remembered our dietary restrictions, well done. Plus beautiful young monks lead an Aarti each evening on hotel property overlooking the Ganges. They sing soulfully and patiently involve tourists like us. We attended the larger Aarti's in the cities of Rishikesh, Haridwar, and Varanasi, but I found the simple Aarti at the Aloha was the one I felt most deeply.

This was my 1st trip to Aloha and I did not expect much due to COVID-19 but I was amazed to see the way we were treated and served during our stay. At arrival our temperature was checked, we were requested to share our travel history and our health details, after all these formalities when we reached to our room, we found that everything was sanitized in the room. All these made us feel very safe. They checked our temperature on daily basis and we were met by many staff during our stay, this was again a great feeling. The food was awesome and we always felt like being at home. Many thanks to Chefs for providing such great quality of food. The service of food was also being done keeping all the precautions in mind by the team. We always found them following the guidelines of the government in each and every corner. Their service to each and every guest was awesome with all the safety precautions. We had a very comfortable and memorable stay after a long time. Many thanks to the entire team of Aloha Management and special thanks to Vandana Kala and her team for helping us in making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. You guys are amazing and we will visit Aloha soon.

It was our first outing after the new unlock rules and we were really lucky to book at Aloha as they really took great care of us.
The team here followed all the safety norms from check-in to check-out in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Rooms were thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and disinfected and special care was taken that social distancing is maintained.
Staff such as Pravesh , Himmat, Narender ji & Monish were really outstanding who did their best to serve our needs.

The views of the Ganges stunning. There is quite a steep climb down a stony path to get to the Ganges so not for the very disabled, however we could get a Tuk Tuk back and we took the lovely guide provided by the hotel. Most of the rooms we saw were in apartments which only had one large bed per room so my friend and I had to sleep together which was a bit of a shock as apparently there was only one room available with two sigle beds so unless you don’t mind getting up close and personal be sure to check it out. There was only one key provided per apartment, our appt had another 2 people in and this was inconvenient. Additionally you could only have one shower at a time as it took about half an hour for shower to reheat so if your planning to go out plan your shower time accordingly. The hotel does need some serious redecoration in my opinion. The food was extremely spicy!! however looked inviting if you liked it hot. The staff were amazing, so helpful, courteous and kind, I couldn’t praise them enough.

In a word, SPECTACULAR ! We spent 2 nights, and we enjoyed every minute of our time in the resort. Beginning with our check-in.The service from the start of our stay was excellent. We did our research reading reviews on many resorts. And decided on Aloha on the Ganges because of many good reviews. Our superior room was garden facing overlooking river ganga. The food was great throughout our stay. Room service was good and fairly timely for a resort of this size. Nim beach was right below the hotel and famous Laxman Jhoola and Beatles café located within walking distance. The grounds of the resort are extremely well kept, and we enjoyed taking a long stroll, main attraction was the Infinity pool. Spending our days relaxing at the Pool, and taking in the water excursions was fun and made for great time. Evening aarti at the poolside and live music around high tea were the best.
Superb hospitality by Vandana ji(Room Division Manager) and Suresh Kala ji (Resident Manager), highly professional and courteous, took great care of our minutest whims and fancies, making us believe that we are special. Thank you for an unforgettable time. Hearty meal during breakfast and high tea (package inclusive) service was prompt and never less than ideal with the ever attentive staff, always making sure your dining experience is great. Health fanatics and vegans also feel at home with an extensive menu on offer.
Children’s playroom at the property makes it an ideal location if you wish to get your kids out for an exclusive experience. One can enjoy spa time as well.
Perfect paradise on Earth with lush greenery all around, surrounding panoramic views will blow your mind for sure! It is undoubtedly one of the most amazing resorts in Rishikesh.

We visited Aloha during the third week of September and have the following comments about our experience-
Pros- the staff, food, service, view from the property, evening high tea, private ganga arti are some of the high's of this property. Must call out the staff and service deserve a 5 star ..highly motivated staff who are willing to do everything within their power and capability to help the guests. Vandana from the help desk, Rakesh from housekeeping, Ramesh from the restaurant and Anshika from the reception went over and above to help us.
Cons- the rooms, furniture, bathrooms, tubs, everything in the property was overused. The bathrooms were stinking of drains, the beds were so overused that they made a crazy sound. People were entering the swimming pool without proper swimming attire, there were no sanitizers in the room, no one checked our temperature and the property was over sold out during the weekend..

Once again, since we went on a family trip after almost 2 years we took away some great memories and mesmerizing views from the property however the property owners should make the most of this perfect location and their most wonderful staff and spend some money to renovate the rooms and change the basic essentials like furniture.
Hope we can see the changes and can visit this place again to enjoy the hospitality of their staff!
