We visited Rishikesh on Jan 27/ 2020 for 3 Nights & stayed at Lemontree Premier. We had searched a lot on net for a good hotel & decided on this hotel, as it is was on the banks of the river ganga. Once we entered the hotel & saw the amazing view of the ganges, we were stunned & extremely happy with this choice. Mr. Gajendra greeted us at the reception & was helpful all through our stay. The reception team - Arzoo, Vidhi, Ami gave us a very good room with the most fabulous view of the Ganges & the Mountains. The room was very spacious, with good interiors, neat / clean bathroom & a big balcony facing the river. The restaurant was on the top level - Citrus Cafe, where we had our breakfast & dinner. The food was very pleasant & had a distinct flavour. It was always made fresh & very very tasty. Meghana & Suman along with the chefs always gave us the best recommendations for new food dishes. They were very friendly & also guided us for the site seeing places around. The entire staff of the restaurant was very attentive & always eager to help. Mr. Gajendra further helped organise our River rafting, which was the best part Rishikesh. The location of the Pool & Yoga deck are on the banks of the river, which are very serene. Finally our vacation got over on 30th Jan & the hotel arranged our transport to the airport also. We will definitely be visiting again with our daughter, who was not with us this time.. Overall it was one of the most wonderful trips we had & will always remember Lemontree Rishikesh for their fantastic service & having the best property in the city. We wish to thank everyone in the hotel for making our visit so very memorable.. Thank you..

It's a 10/10 property! Everything was amazing here. I stayed 9-10feb. Located at the bank of the river,it's a very peaceful place to stay. Amazing view no matter where u r in the property. Food was full of flavours. We ordered local cuisine which was very well prepared by the chef. Special thanks to the entire team who took care of all the meals for my 8month daughter!!! Very courteous staff, willing to extend support for all ur needs. Housekeeping staff were always quick to respond for all our calls. Thanks to the entire Lemon Tree-Rishikesh staff...u all made my stay one of the best till date!!

The hotel is located on a river bend providing amazing view of Ganga and the surrounding mountains. The associates are very warm and helpful. Managing F&B with COVID related safety measures is tough but the team does a fantastic job and is very patient and courteous while doing so. Would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Rishikesh.
I had only one suggestion for the hotel - please label the switches in the room/bathroom for the heater, geyser, hair dryer and so on. Troubling someone from the Engg team for this is too trivial and I am sure the guests will find this easier than calling for help all the time.

I have visited the property during promotional activities with my wife. Mr Gaurav ji our host to shown the property key things with dinner. We were wondering when we visited rooms that very nicely clean and decorated with green gardens, washrooms, spa rooms and most special thing is ganga facing rooms. Every rooms catagory are very specious with speciality.
We highly recommend this property with comfortable stay.

Located at a very scenic location , the hotel ,true to its tradition,offers supreme hospitality along with options of tasteful vegetarian delicacy . We visited here to celebrate a occasion, this is a good hotel and very centrally located. We chose Deluxe Room which had Private Balcony along with view of Ganga River and Mountains.
Rooms are spacious, Food Is Good.
They do have a activity manager who can arrange adventure activities while in Rishikesh.
They need to work on few things, First, they need to work on their housekeeping as I feel rooms and washrooms could have been much cleaner. Second is that they should increase the F&B staff during busy hours like Breakfast. Thirdly, they should do something to have running hot water as the Geysers in the room don’t suffice the requirement and in Winters it is difficult to manage.
I would like to mention a special thanks to Kailash (Sales) and Gaurav (FOM) for making our occasion special.
This can be a sure shot choice for stay in Rishikesh.

We had a delightful visit to Rishikesh, and the stay at Lemon Tree Premier was a highlight. The location above the Ganges provides super room of the river and surrounding hills. Specially i would like to mention two name first one is Mr. Deepak Bhatt who met us in Night he was so helpful in nature & Mr. Suman who serve us lavish as well as yummy food they both were above of super duper.
The staff of the hotel is warm, professional, and very helpful at a level comparable to the best 5 star hotels. We were also blown away by the buffet meals - tasty, creative, and plentiful in variety.
Finally, our rooms were well appointed and spacious.
In summary, we enthusiastically recommend this gem of a spot to anyone who wants to feel pampered while exploring the area.

I Dhhairya Bhutoria (9831313329) on behalf of my group of 13 pax would like to write a review on the public forum of the terrible experience we had during the stay. To start with :- 1. Three out of five rooms had no gas in their air-conditioning units.It was filled on our third day of stay. We were staying with kids and they were literally sweating all night.It added fuel to our hectic journey all the way from Kolkata. 2. As it is the AC was not cooling the rooms, on top of that, there was no fan in One of our rooms. Which was also smaller in size compared to al other rooms but i was charged same for all the rooms. 3. There is a pungent foul order coming out in all the washrooms which makes it so unpleasant that you cant stand it even for brushing time. 4. One of the rooms had towel handle broken in the bathroom which was informed on Day 1 and was not fixed till the end of our stay. 5.The fridge in one of the rooms was leaking and all water was dripping and making the floor wet. 6.As, per the room tariff charged by us , the spread of the breakfast is just not satisfactory as per your standards. We asked for masala tea and they kept us waiting for 40 mins .After requesting multiple times to multiple people , we had to leave the table without the tea. There are just no options for little kids to eat. 7. To add a cherry on top. The elevator was not working in the morning . Senior citizens had a tough time. Thus would not recommend anyone to stay here for the relaxation you expecting from the vacation will never be relaxing at all. Terrible experience from the repute of a so called five star rated cateogary of hotels..

It’s situated at the bank of River Ganges, rooms are spacious, well maintained & you can capture wonderful view from the room. The service staffs are excellent, courteous & always on toes. The breakfast was nice, the only one thing that disappointed me was Chinese food, we had India food/ local dishes on first day which were great but the very next day there was no buffet for MAP so we opted Ala carte Chinese food which were very disappointing we ordered basic Chinese dishes like manchurian and chilli paneer but it was bad. Over all a nice place to stay but Chinese food need to improve on priority.

Laxman Jhula is not very far but it’s under repair. But they do not provide any shuttle. . Only sr. Citizens are dropped off at the entrance as it has a steep and dangerous path way to entrance of the hotel on the road.
There are more places to choose from in the Tapovan area.
