A pleasant experience with this hotel for a family stay. It is right in the city but once u get inside it gives you a peaceful out of city feel. Rooms are tastefully done, it has a swimming pool , play area near the pool with swings are great attraction for kids. In the Evening hotel had live music which was quite pleasant. Breakfast menu is limited however it has all basic stuff which worked for us. The room had soft edges and corners (even furniture) which made it kids friendly. We stayed in a family room which has two beds in the same room however it is designed in a way that both has a bit of privacy even though it is in same space. You can walk down to reach all commercial places of Rishikesh which is a plus factor.

Budget-friendly hotel with nice view

By far the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at budget friendly price seriously.
I visited them few days back and every aspect of it was mind blowing, the rooms were big , the pool water was clean, the restaurant, the architecture, truly a sight to behold. Housekeeping was great (special thanks to Vishal bhaiya ) food was so tasty , you have restaurant and each dish has its own excellence. The view is breathtaking, specially of Laxman jhula from roof top, the details, the furnitures and the service… I can go on forever on how much I have enjoyed the experience .

I’m presently staying at the location and being lied to ensure booking. I would’ve given them zero stars if it was at all possible. The manager gave the room for 7,000 which was available for less than 5,000 online. We have travelled more than 300 kilometres in mountains. After reaching this hotel at 10 PM, the duty manager told me that you can order food from your room. Once I made the payment for the room, they told me kitchen is closed, order from Zomato. This is by far the most unprofessional resort I have seen. I will do everything in my power that people are aware of the horrendous experience we’ve been through. We are forced to sleep hungry just because they wanted 7,000 rupees. They should simply ask for donations. At least that ways people won’t have to sleep hungry.
P.S. not to mention they initially gave us the room in which bathroom had construction work was done earlier in the day and was covered in mud. They simply said sorry we didn’t know that day staff hadn’t cleaned it. I’m requesting you with folded hands that please don’t stay at this hotel. 🙏🏽

I stayed in this property on March 19-20, 2023 and below are good and bad things about the Hotel.
Goods:-
1) The Location of the Hotel is good and you don't have to struggle to find it, the roads are well connected with public transport with prime areas like Ram Jhula and other tourist spots.
2) The Hotel has a great greenery which you can enjoy if you are nature lover.
Bads:-
1) The Washrooms are very Untidy and the floors of the rooms when we entered had full dust on the floor. Even after cleaning it, I had to wear slippers as there was huge dust.
2) Washrooms are 2/5 according to me. The bathing area has no place where you can keep shower gel and other toiletries for convenience. The tiles of the washrooms looks as if they were cleaned once in a year.
3) Towels were looking so old that if you put down them on the floor they look equivalent to floor mats.
4) Breakfast was horrible, The only option they had was Idli, Paratha, Puri, sabjee, vegetables.
No deserts like Cake, Pastries, poha, upma and even the bread used was of any local brand with only white bread option. No live Counters for Dosa, omlette.
I was upset after looking at the breakfast when the call it a 4 star property.
5) Comman washroom was having use insects and flies and was like a public toilet on a road side.
6) Swimming pool water was very dirty and one would had infection if they take bath in that.
7) The comman sitting areas had huge dust and the cushions were all layered with dust.
My Recommendation is to not to go to this property at any cost as it does not meet any expectations.
Thanks,
Aditya

Stayed here one night before catching an early flight from Dehradun airport. Room was ok, certainly not small. However the bathroom was an atrocity — smelled disgusting, everything leaked, flimsy stained sand-papery towels, just all around gross.

Then the bonfire and music started. Terrible live music for a few hours, then loud thumping house music blaring through blown out speakers right on the grass in front of all the rooms.

It was a nightmare. On the bright side, we asked if they could turn the music down and they turned it off within 10 minutes.

They also hired us a car for early the next morning with a very nice English-speaking driver.

Cozy spacious bunglow.
Has four bedrooms two each on ground and first floor. Clean, well maintained.

All washrooms don't have a wash basin inside. Washrooms on first floor could be cleaner with better fittings. Hot water supply for bath is irregular coz of inadequate pressure.

Has a caretaker family ho keeps the place clean n cooks homely n tasty food made to order.

Backyard has children's play area.

Reasonably priced.

Good option for a stay with family and friends.

The Narayana palace by Salvus is a very amazing property. I went for a run around the city too. The property is really nice and has lush green garden to practice yoga. Live music and rafting was really nice, Loved the hospitality and the staff is skilled. The live music was amazing and rafting in the morning was blissful. Worth staying.

We had a great welcome from Mansi. She was very hospitable and polite.
The room was good with a balcony with mountainview.
It was a bit cold so we asked for a heater which was provided. Every day our room was cleaned properly.
Food was good and there was a nice buffet with breakfast.
All the staff was very helpful and made sure that we were fine.
Arranging taxis was possible with the reception.

Only downside was that there was not so much water pressure in the shower and hot water was there, but limited. This is not convenient in winter time.

Over all a very pleasant experience!

are there any games or activities available for kids?
Answer from Himanshu S
1 contribution1 helpful vote
Not really. They have a small swimming pool for kids and garden where the kids can play. Property is good but service is bad and the breakfast is the worst. Also be careful of the rooms as they are very different from what is shown on the websites. Hope it helps.
